At Barclay School Supplies, our return policy for damaged or defective items is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we request that you inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly initiate the return process and provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return. Once the damaged or defective item is received back at our warehouse, we will thoroughly assess the issue and either replace the item or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred. Our goal is to resolve any such issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, ensuring that you have the educational materials and equipment you need in excellent condition.
