What is CarMax's return policy?

CarMax's return policy allows customers to return a vehicle within 7 days of purchase for any reason. This policy is referred to as the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. During this period, customers can exchange the vehicle for another in-stock car or receive a full refund. The returned vehicle must not have more than 1,500 miles added and should be in the same condition as at the time of purchase. CarMax aims to make the return process hassle-free and provides a detailed inspection for any damage or wear. In case of an eligible return, customers will receive a refund through the original payment method or a certified check. However, any fees associated with the purchase, such as taxes and registration, are non-refundable.
