CarFax Customer FAQ

To print your downloaded CarFax report, open the PDF file of the report on your computer. Once the report is open, you can usually find the print option in the menu under "File" and then select "Print." Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P (Windows) or Command+P (Mac) to open the print dialog. Select your printer and desired settings, then click "Print" to have a hard copy of the report.

If you want to dispute charges on your credit card from CarFax, the first thing you should do is contact your credit card provider. You can call the number on the back of your card and explain the situation to them. They can help you initiate a dispute and potentially stop the charges.
