It's simple to schedule an appraisal with Arbella, and you can book a time that suits you. As all the auto appraising locations are currently closed due to COVID-19, there are two simple ways to schedule your appraisal. The Arbella Quick Claim appraisal process platform allows you to work directly with the claims team or schedule an appraisal for a date and time that suits you.
Due to the pandemic, there are no drive-in auto centers open. All submissions must be made through the Quick Claim portal or by phone. Follow the steps below to book an appraisal with Arbella Insurance.
Online Through The Quick Claim Portal
Book online to complete your appraisal within minutes since no visit by the appraiser is required. This will save you time and you can have everything sorted in a breeze without leaving your house. Just make sure you have taken clear, accurate pictures on a smartphone or tablet and then follow the below steps:
- As there is no appraisal appointment needed, you must take clear pictures from all angles of the damage you are claiming for. Make sure to get as much detail as possible as this will help make it clearer for the appraiser.
- Call Arbella Insurance on the support line which is open 24 hours a day and chat with one of the consultants.
- The consultant will then send you a link to the Quick Claims Portal and will walk you through the process of submitting your pictures.
- You will be required to upload your images, complete the forms and provide all necessary information to allow the appraisal to be completed.
