Ann Taylor offers a hassle-free return policy for satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 45 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Returns can be made at any Ann Taylor store or by mail using the prepaid return label provided. Alternatively, if you have an Ann Taylor credit card, returns are free when processed through the mail. If your purchase included a gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, with shipping charges deducted for mail returns. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned.
