What is Lord & Taylor's return policy?

Lord & Taylor's return policy allows customers to return most items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in their original condition with all tags attached. However, certain products such as intimate apparel, cosmetics, and final sale items are non-returnable. Additionally, Lord & Taylor provides free return shipping for online purchases, excluding gift cards. For in-store returns, customers must present the original receipt or packing slip along with the item. Returns made with a gift receipt will be issued store credit.
