If you're receiving a pop-up indicating that too many people are using the account, it may be due to simultaneous streams exceeding limits set by Acorn TV. Each subscription allows streaming on a limited number of devices simultaneously. If you're using multiple devices or if someone else has access to your login information, this could trigger the message. Ensure that you are logged out of other devices and that your account details are secure to prevent unauthorized access.

"No media selected" usually means that no content has been chosen for playback. To resolve this, select a show or movie from the Acorn TV library to start watching.
