Do I need to pay for shipping when returning a faulty device under warranty?

Asked 6 months ago
No, you do not need to pay for shipping when returning a faulty device under warranty. AT&T Wireless covers the shipping expenses for warranty returns. We understand the inconvenience a faulty device can cause, which is why we aim to make the return process as seamless as possible for our customers. Simply contact our Warranty Department to initiate the return request, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. All you need to do is pack the device securely and drop it off at a designated shipping location or schedule a pickup. Our goal is to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers, from start to finish.
