Are there any limitations or exclusions to AT&T Wireless Insurance?

Asked a year ago
Yes, there are limitations and exclusions to AT&T Wireless Insurance. The coverage does not extend to lost or stolen devices if they have been left unattended in a public place or if they were not in the customer's possession at the time of loss. Additionally, intentional damage or fraudulent claims are not covered. The insurance also does not cover cosmetic damage that does not affect the device's functionality, such as scratches or dents. Devices that have been modified, used outside of the United States, or obtained through unauthorized channels are also excluded from coverage. AT&T Wireless Insurance does not provide coverage for accessories, including phone cases or headphones. It is important to review the terms and conditions of the insurance policy for a complete understanding of limitations and exclusions.
