1800 Contacts makes it easy for customers to return their unopened contact lenses. Errors occur and prescriptions change, making returning lenses a necessity. A return label can be nailed to you or you can use the label provided in the original packaging, if the sense haven't been opened. Even if your lenses have been opened its still worth explaining your reasons for wanting to return your lenses. 1800 Contracts will listen to your reasons and determine if you can return your lenses. If you can, you will be mailed a return label to ship your lenses back free of charge. You have the option to request a return for your lenses via customer service as well as online.
