What is the return policy for opened contact lens boxes?

At 1800Contacts.com, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an opened contact lens box. Our return policy allows customers to return opened boxes within 45 days of their purchase. However, there are a few important things to keep in mind. To be eligible for a return, the sealed lenses must remain in their original condition. We cannot accept any damaged or tampered boxes. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund for the cost of the lenses.
