Many of us have been around long enough to remember the Memorex brand and associate Memorex with cassette tapes and cassette players. I didn’t have to listen to an automated attendant offering suggestions that would not have helped me. I was disappointed that the item I wanted was unavailable from the manufacturer. Still, the associate gave me some alternatives for finding the unit.
