I received an email on December 8th regarding my Apple Music Individual Subscription that I want to cancel. The subscription was purchased with a 3-month free trial starting from December 8, [redacted]. It mentions that it will auto-renew at $9.99/month from March 8, [redacted], if not canceled. I am looking to cancel my subscription before the renewal date to avoid any charges.

I recently tried to buy a Peacock subscription through my TV. I had bought an iTunes card yesterday for gaming and changed my mind. When I entered Peacock, they charged $4.99 plus tax from my iTunes without permission. I only watch Peacock on TV and have issues with the subscription. Peacock said I have to contact you for a refund. I want to cancel my Peacock account and get the $4.99 back for gaming. I buy 1-3 iTunes cards a month between $15-$25. I need the Peacock subscription canceled and the money refunded to my iTunes account for gaming. Peacock won't help and I am frustrated with their confusing website.

Hello and peace be upon you. I have encountered a problem and I am not sure what to do. I purchased two iTunes cards worth [redacted] SAR in total on my Saudi Telecom number, [redacted]. I received a message mentioning something about a Quick Card code and suddenly got two iTunes cards. When trying to use them, I am lost. My Huawei Nova 7 has had issues for four days since being hacked a month ago. I have reported the hacking and my phone keeps freezing on the camera with a message about either a Quick Card or a gift card. Please advise on what to do as this is urgent. I contacted STC, but they said they cannot help. Additionally, I have been receiving messages on Snapchat from unknown people. I have reported this issue as well. Thank you.

I recently tried to create a new iTunes account to buy music but had trouble with my Apple ID and password. Despite answering the security questions and authorizing my PC, I couldn't get it to work. I tried both PayPal and my credit card, but they didn't go through. I suspect my old iTunes account from years ago is causing issues, but I don't remember the details. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. - Pat

Hello, I am writing as Margaret. Recently, I noticed two unauthorized charges of $25.00 each on my credit card dated 11/06/23. I want to clarify that I am not associated with Apple, did not make any uploads, and did not provide my credit card information for these charges. I have already reported these charges to my credit card company as fraudulent. It seems there may have been a breach of information. I kindly request that all unauthorized charges cease immediately. I am hesitant to share more details, but you can reach me via email at [redacted] Thank you.
