I am inquiring about the status of my Apple ID from when I previously set up an iPod through your service. Recently, my old iPod stopped working, and I have since acquired a new one. However, I encountered an issue as my PC runs on Linux, which is not compatible with the iPod. Fortunately, my dad's computer supports iTunes, so I utilized it to set up my new iPod. I have never made purchases through iTunes, so I believe my account should not be affected.

There have been reports of individuals posing as representatives from US Government Grants offering $7,[redacted] Grants. They instruct you to purchase iTunes gift cards for various reasons, promising reimbursement along with the grant money. Unfortunately, this is a scam. Once you provide the gift card information, they disappear without fulfilling their promises. It's important to be cautious of such offers and not to share personal or financial details. If you encounter this situation, it's advisable to report it to the relevant authorities for investigation.

I am inquiring about the availability of an iTunes corporate account for our company. We are interested in subscribing to purchase music for background use in our chain of retail stores. We have around 46 to 50 stores, each potentially requiring different music selections. Please get in touch with me at the earliest convenience. You can reach me at +65 6[redacted] or on my mobile at +65 9[redacted], alternatively via email at [redacted] Thank you and regards, Wai Yin.

I recently spent nearly $50 on WWE SuperCard expecting to receive rewards equivalent to a WM34 pro for being in the top 10k players. However, what I received was disappointing and not worth the amount I invested. I am a loyal iTunes user, and my purchase history can verify this. Besides an unexpected subscription, my returns show no other disputes. I am frustrated with the SuperCard game and would appreciate a refund of my money or in-game credits. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I noticed several duplicate charges on my account totaling almost $[redacted]. I am extremely frustrated as there are multiple charges for the same amounts. This past weekend alone, there were duplicate charges of $8.47 (2), $16.94 (3), $25.41 (3), and $33.88 (2). Additionally, there were individual charges of $25.40, $26.47, $38.11, $26.45, and $24.34, amounting to $[redacted].77. Excluding these, the duplicate and triple overcharges sum up to $[redacted].75. This discrepancy seems fraudulent, with a total of $[redacted].52 taken from my account by iTunes. I am willing to pay what I owe but find these extra charges unacceptable. I expect reimbursement for the duplicates and overcharges. I maintain a detailed record of transactions and times. Kindly rectify this issue and refund my account promptly. I have faced many challenges, including cancer, and now this financial issue. I hope to receive the reimbursement soon. Thank you.

For the past three years, I struggled with an addiction to a game called Summoners War. This addiction led me to spend over $30,[redacted] on in-game purchases. I am seeking a refund for all these purchases made under the Apple ID [redacted] Over the last six months, I have been undergoing therapy to address my addiction. I am requesting refunds for purchases made between April 1, [redacted], and December 1, [redacted]. I realize this is a challenging request, but I am eager to move forward positively with my girlfriend by saving this money for a future home. The game in question for refunds is Summoners War. I appreciate any understanding you can offer, as breaking free from addiction has been a difficult journey, and I regret ever starting to play this game.

I recently experienced a hacking incident that led to my credit card being compromised with unauthorized charges. As a result, I had to cancel the card, and now I have linked my PayPal account. Unfortunately, in the process of rectifying the situation, I lost access to my game accounts where I had invested a significant amount of money to purchase points. These games are vital to me, especially during my tough time facing a potential transplant through UCLA. Having to start over is distressing, and I am hoping to consolidate my accounts. The deleted account included a picture of myself and my close friend from last Christmas and was linked to the email address [redacted], which I have used for multiple accounts. I attempted to seek assistance over the phone twice but encountered unhelpful and impatient service. The incident occurred on June 26. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for your support. Sincerely, Lori G.

I recently came across Andreas Romberg’s Symphony #4, Opus 51, performed by Collegium Musicum Basel and was eager to purchase it on iTunes. I noticed it was only available for pre-order as an "Album Only" purchase, which is frustrating as I only wanted the symphony and not the additional pieces. I prefer to make informed choices based on the performance quality. I understand the need for changes, but it’s essential to offer what customers are looking for. This new pre-order system doesn't meet my needs. I usually buy music based on my preferences, and this restriction is disappointing. I have other concerns to discuss, but for now, addressing this issue promptly is crucial. Thank you. RJ Streeter from Chico, CA.

iTunes appears to have stopped accepting my Visa debit card, which has been linked to my account for a decade. Despite having $10,[redacted] in my bank account consistently, my monthly payments for the iTunes music membership are no longer going through. This is distressing as I rely on music for my workouts, especially the Beyoncé Lemonade album, which I was excited to purchase through iTunes, including the exclusive film. However, I can only access four songs from the album now, and the digital film seems to have disappeared. I urgently need assistance with this issue as I previously enjoyed listening to the entire album and now find it missing.

Hi, I bought around 15 items on different game apps on 7/5/18 using my credit card. The last purchase for $24.00 was declined even though I had more than $[redacted].00 available. Trying to use another card, iTunes mentioned too many cards linked to my device, which is frustrating. I believe I should be able to use any number of cards without restrictions. Now I am unable to update my apps or make new purchases. Kindly resolve this quickly. I intend to continue using my credit cards. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently noticed an unauthorized charge of approximately $37 on my credit card. I hadn't even used the card yet, as I was having trouble making a purchase on an app called Spades. It turns out that iTunes was blocking the transaction because of some unauthorized charges on my account. To make things worse, my account got hacked, and someone changed my profile picture to one with me and my friend at Christmas. I suspect my account is now a mess. I wanted to use my PayPal account instead of my credit card, and I also have store credit that should have been used for a $9.99 purchase. I'm confused and concerned about all these issues happening at once.

I'm a victim of a scam related to obtaining a refund for iTunes cards purchased as a gift for my 12-year-old son from his grandmother. I contacted a number, [redacted], and spoke with individuals named "John" and "Ben". John claimed to be the floor manager and has the extension [redacted]. After spending over 4 hours with them, they instructed me to buy more iTunes and Google Play cards to process the refund. I bought around $[redacted] in additional cards, but when I provided the codes, they claimed they didn't work and requested more cards. They even asked me to purchase $[redacted] of Google Play cards, which I refused. John tried to call me from [redacted]. I have reported the fraudulent charges to my credit card company, but they are still pending. When I call the [redacted] number, it goes to voicemail only. Please assist.

I am having trouble redeeming my iTunes gift card on my Mac computer. When I go to the iTunes page, I click on "Account" at the top, then scroll down to click on "Redeem." A box pops up with my Apple ID where I enter my password. After entering my password, I receive a notification on my iPhone that someone near Schenectady is signing in to iTunes using my password. I confirm the sign-in on my iPhone by selecting "allow" and receive a 6-digit code to enter. However, the iTunes page does not redirect me to a page where I can enter this code. Instead, it repeatedly asks for my password and I keep receiving new 6-digit codes without a place to enter them. This cycle continues, prompting me to change my password multiple times. It seems to be linked to the two-factor verification process on my Apple ID page.

I have noticed multiple unauthorized charges on my PayPal account from in-app purchases, some of which seem to be duplicate charges. Although I made a few in-app purchases last week, the charges on PayPal appear to be combined. The $28.95 charge on 7/28 and 7/30 is particularly concerning as I haven't made any in-app purchases since 7/27, and the previous ones were $6.99 x 2 and a few for $4.99. I am confused about the $45.98 charge and the two $28.95 charges. While the total amount could add up to $45.98 and $28.95 over the week, I can't identify the source of the second $28.95 charge.

I recently had my iPhone 6 serviced to restore its functions. I want to report an unexpected charge of $11.99 after attempting to download Facebook via WiFi. The prompt assured me I wouldn't be billed for the download, but I see this charge on my account. I haven't used the app and was unaware it incurred a cost. I will contact my credit card company to dispute this charge. Please remove the charge and refund it to my card as soon as possible. Thank you.

I contacted customer service recently because I was unable to process updates due to payment method issues. They identified suspicious activity by someone named Frank Morris in NJ using my account to make unauthorized purchases on dating apps totaling over $75. Despite changing my password, they requested I purchase an Apple card for resolution. I find this process excessive when they could simply block him from making further transactions. I refuse to buy an Apple card as a solution. There must be a simpler way to regain access to my own account and credit card. The individual responsible for this fraud should be apprehended, as they claim to know his identity. I am frustrated not being able to update apps like Messenger and Pokemon Go on my phone.

I exchanged 3 $25 iTunes cards with Cardpool online for Amazon credit. I suspect they didn't credit me for two of the cards. I would like to verify if those two $25 cards have been used up. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to check the iTunes balances, only to redeem them. I'm considering reaching out to customer service to confirm the remaining balance on those cards before taking further action.

About two weeks ago, I had to close my Bank of America account due to unauthorized iTunes charges. I had to pay extra to close the account and open a new one. Now, on September 4th, I see two more $39.99 charges from iTunes. My name is Raymond Martinez, and you can reach me at [redacted], which is a home phone. Please contact me immediately. I want a refund quickly as I am the only one using my bank card. This is a new account with a new card. My email is [redacted] I work night shifts and will be home around 6:00 a.m. in California. I was a victim of a scam involving three $[redacted].00 iTunes gift cards. I received an email from my Pastor asking for the gift cards for his niece's birthday, but it turned out to be fake. Unfortunately, I mistakenly sent the gift card information before realizing it was a scam. After speaking with my Pastor, we concluded that someone had tampered with the emails at the church. I have reported this incident to the police and also filed a report with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center.
