Regarding ITEM ID: [redacted]06 from seller "goatproducts", My experience with this seller has been disappointing. After the seller indicated that the item had been shipped without providing a tracking number, I became concerned. The estimated delivery date of 3/19/[redacted] came and went without the item arriving, prompting me to reach out to the seller. It became apparent that the item had not actually been shipped. I was informed that it would be sent out between Friday 3/22 and Tuesday 3/26. This delay has caused me inconvenience as I could have sourced a similar item from elsewhere and received it promptly. Such misleading conduct is unfair to buyers like myself. I hope eBay takes action against sellers who engage in such practices to maintain a level of competitiveness and ensure a positive experience for all users on the platform.

I recently bought a 7 x 14 Wynne catering basket trailer from a private seller, thinking it was through eBay. After purchasing $[redacted] in eBay gift cards, the seller informed me of an additional $[redacted] for shipping and insurance, which she initially said was free. Feeling like I might be a victim of a scam, I reached out to her declining the extra charge. She mentioned a refund, but I am skeptical. The Order ID provided is [redacted]. I am distressed as a 78-year-old on a fixed income trying to supplement my earnings. The seller, Patricia Cline from Billings, Montana, led me to believe this sale was official through eBay. I seek assistance in retrieving my funds.

I purchased 2 flea collars for my dogs, but instead received 2 cat collars in error from the seller. I promptly returned the cat collars and waited an additional 2 weeks for the correct ones to arrive. The seller mentioned that the collars were from a different country, which I was fine with due to their good reviews. However, it has been 1 1/2 months now and the collars do not seem to be working as described. I have been using these collars for years, and they usually last for 6 months, but in this case, they do not seem effective. I have reached out to the seller about the issue as the collars are not reliable as advertised. My dogs have fleas, so I had to purchase alternative flea treatment for them, which is not ideal considering the collars are supposed to last for 8 months. I am requesting a refund as I suspect the seller may be dealing with counterfeit items from another country. This has been a frustrating experience, and I had to spend more money on flea shampoo for my dogs, which are small indoor pets that do not have exposure to wooded areas. Your assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On February 28, [redacted], I purchased an 800W HIFI Digital Bluetooth Stereo Audio Amplifier from SELLER: hotsaler66, but the item I received did not match the description provided by the seller. Despite my attempts to get a refund by returning the product, the seller has been uncooperative and has not refunded my money. After contacting eBay, they advised me to return the item to Funeng Liu at a location in China by March 31 and provide tracking details within 7 days of shipment for a refund. While I believe the seller should cover the return costs according to eBay's policy, I have not been able to locate a return label to send the item back. I am simply seeking assistance to receive a return label so I can return the item and obtain a refund. Thank you. - Patrick Caesar

Dear Sirs/Madams, I recently purchased a jacket for my husband, relying on the seller's measurements. However, upon receiving the item, we discovered it was much larger than described. The seller suggested a return but did not address the discrepancy in measurements. I sent a polite message expressing my concerns about the inaccuracies and the responsibility for return shipping costs, but have not received a reply. I have attached photos comparing the seller's measurements to my own for reference. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, D. Cole

Hello! I am seeking a refund of $15.23 for a canceled order. I received a message from the seller on March 22, [redacted], regarding the cancellation. The item in question is the PET STANDARD Filters for Catit Design Senses Fountains and Flower Fountains with an item price of $15.23. The seller, furbaby_petstore, has mentioned issuing a full refund for the canceled order and advised me to contact eBay customer service if the refund has not been received. The seller also mentioned that the ordered product was damaged during shipping and there would be a 90-day wait for it to be back in stock. I appreciate any help with this matter. Thank you.

I would like to request a full refund and return the item with Item Number: [redacted]84 and Return ID: [redacted]. Unfortunately, the seller did not provide an accurate description of the product, which led to my disappointment. I had communicated my intention to return the item and receive a full refund, not a partial one, due to its mismatch with the advertised specifications. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the seller only offered partial refunds of $5 and $10, which is inadequate considering the $23 cost. This experience has been frustrating as the item did not meet expectations and failed to function as described. I have tried contacting the seller after the case was closed but received no response. This deceptive practice is unacceptable and violates Australian consumer laws. I urge Ebay to take action against such misleading advertisements to protect other customers from falling victim to similar scams. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, eBay provided me with a label and shipping information to return an item for a full refund by March 25th. I sent the package on March 21st using carrier ECO POST and tracking number RR[redacted]28IL. Despite emailing eBay multiple times to update my details as the carrier information was not recognized, my case was closed unexpectedly. I had been reassured by eBay through emails that the issue would be resolved, so I am puzzled by the closure of my case. I seek clarification on this matter as I have diligently followed the instructions provided and informed eBay about the carrier recognition problem on March 21st when I shipped the item. Your prompt assistance in resolving this and ensuring a full refund with guarantee is greatly appreciated.

I have a question regarding your bidding process. I placed a bid, won the item, and made the payment promptly. However, the seller refunded the money, claiming it was not the correct item. Is it acceptable on eBay for a seller to let a bid proceed and then retract the sale like this? It feels like false advertising and is unfair to customers. My experience trying to resolve this issue was frustrating, with a representative who seemed unfamiliar with ordering processes and eBay policies. While the representative was polite, I did not call to provide training. My concerns were not fully addressed during the lengthy phone call, leaving me feeling dissatisfied with the outcome.

I have been trying to get in touch with eBay for assistance but have struggled due to long wait times and the lack of callbacks. My list of issues with eBay is extensive. Recently, I was on a call with a representative for over 2 1/2 hours due to waiting on hold instead of receiving a promised callback. Despite being a regular customer with monthly purchases around $[redacted], I have faced various problems from order deliveries to seller disputes, especially with items delayed over 30 days. It has become frustrating chasing after refunds or missing items, often feeling like I'm just giving money to sellers without receiving the correct items in return. I am seeking prompt resolution for orders, especially those needing replacement items that are over 60 days old. The communication with eBay representatives has been challenging as they seem uninformed about processes and policies. Improved training for your customer service team would greatly benefit customers like me dealing with complicated issues.

Dear Manager, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding a recent transaction on eBay. The seller, echoii_mall, received the item back, yet has not refunded my $[redacted].96. Despite providing evidence that the item was returned to them in Hong Kong, the case was closed without explanation. The confirmation number for the returned item is [redacted]1. The notification of the delivery on January 3rd indicated the package's weight as 32kg, which differs from the 7kg stated during the purchase. Additionally, the package arrived much earlier than expected, leading me to believe it was incorrect. I incurred a 70 Euros customs fee but opted not to collect the package due to these discrepancies. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Sincerely, Viktoras

I'm unsure if this is legitimate or a scam. I appreciate your quick response. Currently, I'm based at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. Due to my training schedule, I can't make phone calls whenever I like. I'll handle the delivery process and aim to have the item at your home address within 2-3 working days. It will come with clear title and registration. I'm part of the eBay buyer protection program, so after delivery, you'll have a 5-day testing period. During this time, no payment will be requested. Please let me know if you're interested, so I can request eBay to provide you with more details. If you are, kindly share your contact information (full name, shipping address, and phone number) for eBay to proceed. Thank you for sending the pictures! My condolences for your loss. I also experienced a significant loss in the past and am interested in the item. Hello, I am Tameka. My [redacted] Ford Fusion SEL is still available. It has been well-maintained, never had any paint or bodywork, always kept in a garage, and has no mechanical issues. The tires, wheels, and electric components are in great condition. The car has 64,[redacted] miles, runs well with a 2.5L engine, front-wheel drive, and smooth automatic transmission. It comes with a clean title in my name, with no existing loans. I'm selling it for $1,[redacted] due to personal reasons after my husband's passing two months ago. I can provide more pictures if you're interested. Thank you for considering!

Dear Mr. L. Jones, I hope this message finds you well. I recently came across your contact information on the eBay community forum and am reaching out regarding a situation with another user, lorenaluvnenny361, that is similar to mine and has left me feeling frustrated. Subject: Issue with eBay Buyer Hello, I am reaching out for help regarding an incident involving a buyer on eBay. I recently had a buyer request a refund for an item they were not satisfied with. I processed a full refund of £11.87 without knowing the buyer needed to return the item first. Despite numerous attempts to contact the buyer and request the item back, I have not received a response. I have contacted eBay customer service multiple times and have been given varying responses, which has only added to my frustration. The buyer has not returned the item or responded to eBay's messages, which leads me to believe this may be a fraudulent situation. As a new seller on eBay, this experience has been disheartening and I feel eBay should do more to protect its sellers. I am at a loss and seeking assistance in resolving this matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, L. Marques

I had a disappointing experience with eBay customer service. I initially spoke with Rachel, who was unhelpful. I later talked to a helpful gentleman named Kevin, who offered to speak to his manager to address the unexpected fees I accrued from selling an item. Since then, I have been unable to reach Kevin and was given excuses when I called. I feel like I am being avoided and would like to make a complaint about this situation. Rachel also provided poor service by placing me on hold for an extended period and failing to assist me properly.

I recently purchased 10 ST64 40W/60W Tungsten Light Bulbs from a seller in Malaysia but unfortunately, 6 of them arrived damaged in a thin plastic bag. The seller has agreed to refund me for the damaged bulbs and suggested I reorder the missing ones. However, this solution is not ideal as I already paid [redacted] dkk in customs, taxes, and charges for the original shipment. Reordering will incur these costs again, essentially doubling the price of each bulb. Additionally, I now have 4 intact bulbs that are not useful to me as I needed them for a chandelier with 6 bulbs. I believe it is unfair for me to bear the financial burden of the seller's mistake, especially considering the fragile nature of glass bulbs. Do you have any advice on how I can address this situation fairly?

I recently bought a Toshiba TV, model # 32LF221U19, but I am concerned that the listing may be misleading. The description led me to believe the TV had 4K resolution, yet it actually has 720p. Here is an excerpt from the listing in question: The Toshiba 32" Fire TV Edition is a cutting-edge smart TV that integrates the Fire TV experience and includes a Voice Remote with Alexa. It boasts true-to-life 4K Ultra HD picture quality and grants access to a wide array of movies and TV shows. This TV provides an exceptional viewing experience that becomes more intelligent with each passing day. The Voice Remote with Alexa allows you to perform all traditional remote functions and more just by using your voice, such as launching apps, searching for TV shows, playing music, changing inputs, managing smart home devices, and more. I urge you to review all the details in my purchase history under the name John Storrs.

Dear eBay Customer Support, I am writing to report a dishonest seller on eBay, zsmezp56528 ([redacted]), who has been deceiving customers. I purchased a Cycling Bicycle Adult Bike Helmet on November 11, [redacted], but instead of receiving the helmet, I received a small elastic net after waiting for over 3 weeks. The seller agreed to send the correct item but never did, claiming there was no tracking number. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received the item or a refund. When I tried to leave a review and file a complaint, I found that the case was closed. It seems the seller intentionally misled me from the beginning, offering fake items at low prices and then failing to deliver. I urge eBay to investigate and take action against fraudulent sellers to maintain the platform's reputation. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties with a seller who refuses to refund me and is treating me poorly. I made a purchase on January 12th this year for a Nail Gel Polish item from this eBay link: [redacted]. Instead of the gel polish I ordered, I received a regular polish. I contacted the seller immediately, who claimed it was an honest mistake and offered to resend the correct item, due to be delivered by March 18-22. I agreed and waited, but the item never arrived. Despite checking with the post office multiple times, it seems the item was never sent. The seller has been unhelpful, asking me if I checked every corner of my house for the package and dismissing my concerns. I suspect they are stalling so I cannot leave a negative review or warn other buyers. Too much time has passed now, and I am unable to rate the seller poorly or escalate the issue for a refund. I have lost trust in this seller's practices and seek assistance in resolving this situation. Thank you for your help. - Victoria

I accidentally omitted my shipping address on my order. My billing address is my parents' home in a different town. I urgently need to cancel the order. I've contacted the seller, and they've informed me that a cancellation request has been submitted since they are unable to modify the shipping address post-purchase. I would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm whether the order has been successfully cancelled. The inability to change the shipping address right after purchase has left me feeling frustrated and somewhat helpless. Item number: [redacted]61 Product: Front bumper for a [redacted] Ford Ranger Seller: Car Parts Wholesale Thank you for your assistance, and please let me know if there is any additional information required.
