They reached out, offering a different case in exchange for me altering my review. I complied, but despite their claims of shipping, weeks have passed without the item or valid tracking information. They mentioned USPS losing the package, then supposedly reshipped; however, the tracking number provided indicates the item hasn't been received. I seek assistance to receive the replacement case or a refund if that's not feasible. Additionally, I am unsure of how to update my review of this seller. In December [redacted], I bought a pressure washer advertised as [redacted] PSI with a heavy water volume. It arrived weeks later, but was not as described. I contacted customer service, got a $20 credit offer but declined it. I, later on, spoke to a helpful representative about applying the credit to another machine. I got an eBay credit card to expedite the process but faced issues with the amount. Ultimately, after speaking to multiple customer service agents, it was suggested I might be part of a scam. Despite initial reassurances, it seems there might have been fraudulent activity. I requested a thorough review of my interactions and transactions. I am eager to have this issue resolved promptly. I am experiencing extreme difficulty returning an inadvertently ordered item to Worldwide100 due to their refusal to provide a return address. Their administrative team seems to struggle with English proficiency based on their poor grammar and confusing responses to my inquiries. The messages I receive are contradictory, overlapping, and make false claims about my requests. It feels like grappling with a slippery fish on a hook, as they continuously evade my attempts to communicate clearly. They consistently misunderstand my intentions, causing immense frustration. Despite my efforts to simplify the situation, they keep changing the terms unfairly, expecting me to comply without addressing my concerns. This ordeal has been exasperating, and I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this unhelpful company. I encountered a situation where a buyer with the ID: el.l.a.sm_44 had requested an item from my store, item number [redacted]60. After I accepted the buyer's offer, payment was expected but was never received. Subsequently, the buyer was removed by eBay, and I have not received the final value fee for this transaction. The product in question, a *NEW* MEN'S HAND WATCH_SILVER WHITE_ANALOG LUXURY_SMART STAINLESS_SPORTS/QUARTZ, has since been removed from eBay, making it impossible for me to open an unpaid case. Hello, I encountered an issue with a purchase I made on eBay using my credit card from a seller named "happybuyforyou." The seller insisted I paid through PayPal and issued a refund to my PayPal account at [redacted] Unfortunately, I have not received the refund as shown in the attached screenshot of my PayPal account activities, which does not reflect any transactions between us. eBay has closed the case stating that the seller refunded GBP 60.98 to my original PayPal account. However, when I try to access the transaction ID 51F68137V[redacted]H provided by eBay, it leads to an error message on PayPal stating, "Oops. That page doesn't exist." I suspect foul play by this individual and fear they may be manipulating the eBay or PayPal system, especially since the seller is from China. I seek help in resolving this matter.

I placed an order with them on Jan 28, with an expected delivery date no later than Feb 28. When I contacted the buyer last week to inquire about the status of my order, they requested an additional week for possible delays, which I agreed to. However, instead of receiving my item, the buyer has been pressuring me to change my feedback without providing any resolution to my concerns. They have been sending multiple messages daily, some of which appear to be threatening in nature. This behavior is making me feel uneasy about continuing to shop on eBay. I have repeatedly expressed my desire for either the item to be delivered promptly or for a refund, but the buyer is only focused on their own feedback. Reference item # [redacted]63 and return # [redacted]. I received a fake LADIES Rado gold watch instead of the Mens Tissot Watch Tony Parker limited edition I ordered. I requested a refund, and the seller asked me to return the watch. However, the shipping cost from Miami, FL to India is $[redacted], which is prohibitive. I want the seller to pick up the wrong watch at their expense as it was their mistake. Since Feb 19, [redacted], I have not received my $[redacted] refund. I have encountered repeated instances where I have not received items purchased through this platform. This has left me feeling frustrated and bewildered. While I have received refunds for some orders, the overall experience has led me to significantly reduce my purchases here. I have resorted to using alternative platforms like Amazon despite the higher costs, as I have never encountered such problems with them. It is vital for this platform to take stronger actions against sellers who engage in fraudulent activities to regain trust and retain customers like me. Sellers should proactively refund money and apologize for any issues rather than waiting for customers to reach out. It is crucial for the platform to prioritize policing sellers to prevent such occurrences and maintain customer loyalty.

Living in the Canary Islands now requires having a NIE NUMBER as per the Spanish Government regulations. However, when ordering items, Spanish Customs officials often request this number. To prevent rejections, it would be helpful to have a specific area in the user account to input the NIE or NIF No. While I managed to include my NIE No alongside my name, it is not the correct procedure. However, upon viewing it, I discovered that it had already expired. This has occurred in the past as well, causing some frustration. The email containing the discount was received at 12:15 pm, after I had already checked my email in the morning. It wasn't accessible until later due to a hectic day filled with appointments, including a late client dinner. Typically, I check my emails multiple times a day, but on that specific day, it was not feasible. Unfortunately, this led me to miss out on the offer, which has happened on prior occasions. I recall a previous instance where an eBay customer service manager was able to re-issue the coupon, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, when I went to use it, I found that it had already expired. This has happened to me before, causing some frustration. I typically check my email multiple times a day, but due to a busy schedule filled with appointments and a late client dinner, I was only able to check my email after midnight on that particular day. By then, it was too late to use the coupon. In the past, I've missed out on similar offers. However, I must mention that a customer service manager at eBay once reissued a coupon for me, which I appreciated. Hello, I'm Persia Castellani. I recently sold a pair of Brown Wild Hide Leather Vivo Barefoot Ankle Boots Size 7 for £80 (Item: [redacted]98) on eBay. After seeing that the item was PAID, I promptly sent the shoes as expected. The next day, my account got restricted as a new user, and eBay requested verification of my details. After confirming over the phone, I was told my account would be reinstated. However, to my surprise, my listed items disappeared, the PayPal transaction was reversed without notification, and the buyer was informed the sale was canceled. The buyer claims the shoes haven't arrived, which is concerning. I have the Royal Mail receipt but didn't use tracked postage. This situation has put me in a difficult financial position. Good evening, On 07-12-[redacted], I sold a Lightwave RF Master 2 Gang 1 Way 250W light switch dimmer (LW420) for 40 pounds on eBay to Andrew Day, located at 98 Azera, Capstan Road, Southampton, Hampshire, postcode SO19 9US. I shipped the item using Hermes services. The buyer contacted me a few days later stating they had not received the item, so I issued a refund. After making a complaint to Hermes, they located the item and delivered it to the buyer, who had already received a refund from me. Despite my attempts to reach out to the buyer, I have had no success. I lodged a complaint with Hermes around three months ago, but no resolution has been reached. I have evidence from Hermes that the item was delivered and proof of payment from PayPal. I am frustrated by this situation, as I am out of pocket for both the money and the item. I believe I am entitled to seller protection and should be refunded. Please assist me promptly.

Hello, I'm reaching out because I'm unable to open more cases on the eBay site. I placed an order in early December, and unfortunately, the item never arrived. I initially opened a case (Case No. [redacted]), and the seller (rarewaves-outlet) assured me they would send another item, so I closed the case assuming the issue was resolved. After the second item also failed to arrive, I contacted the seller in February, even offering a different address and to cover the additional shipping tracking costs. To my dismay, the seller admitted they had not shipped the item when first contacted in January. As of March 4th, the third replacement item has not arrived. I have requested a full refund, which the seller has agreed to, but as of March 21st, the refund has not been processed. I am wondering if there is any assistance customer service can provide in this matter. I have screenshots of all communication with the seller available for reference. Last night, I placed a bid on a Cubot phone on eBay. Before the bidding closed this morning, I contacted the supplier regarding my concerns about receiving a brand new phone without a manufacturer's warranty. I was worried about the legitimacy of the item's source. The supplier did not reply until after I was notified of winning the bid. I have since informed the supplier that I may involve the Trading Standards authority in Essex to verify the legitimacy of the item's source. I also mentioned that I would inquire with Cubot regarding the sale of brand new phones in the UK without a warranty. Upon researching, I found that Cubot typically provides a 2-year warranty with their phones. The supplier offered to cancel the order if I cover the costs, but I am hesitant to do so as I do not want to support any illegal activity. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter.
