I bought a pool cleaner on February 20, [redacted], and it stopped working in March [redacted]. I have been trying to reach out to the seller with no success. I contacted the manufacturer, who advised me to go through the seller since the purchase wasn't directly made with them. Unfortunately, the seller is ignoring my emails. I have also not received any assistance from Ebay, despite being a loyal customer for over 20 years. This kind of treatment is disheartening, and I am contemplating canceling my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with a return I made to a seller, 1autodepot. Despite having proof from UPS that the item was delivered to Jack at Dudu Group on June 7th, they claim not to have received it. This has caused me a lot of frustration as I am still waiting for a refund. My name is Lisa Bibby, and I bought two tires that were incorrect from them. I recently made a clothing purchase on eBay using my cellphone, spending $82.45. It's been 2 hours, and I still haven't received the confirmation email. The order is supposed to be delivered to zip code [redacted]. The name on the purchase is ROXANNE VON ANDRIAN, and the name on the card is ROXANNE ANDRIAN. I'm concerned about not receiving the confirmation email.

On 06/14/[redacted], I placed order #17-10[redacted]2 for a 12-Volt water pump. Shortly after, I attempted to cancel the order but received a message indicating that it couldn't be cancelled as payment hadn't been processed. When I tried again later, I was informed that the order couldn't be cancelled because it had already shipped. It seems like the seller is not allowing me to cancel the order willingly. This is not how business should be conducted on eBay. I am requesting for the payment on this order to be stopped. If this cancellation is not feasible, I will have to close my eBay account, as I prefer not to engage in such transactions. Thank you, eBay.

I made a purchase on May 19, [redacted], and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. If I don't receive it soon, I will have to report this eBay company to the BBB. I am currently on permanent disability due to issues with my lower right leg, and I live alone at home since my husband passed away on April 22, [redacted], at the age of 93. I only received one out of the five items that I purchased from the seller even though I made three separate transactions. All the items were assigned the same tracking number. After contacting the post office, I found out that the package was delivered inside the mailbox, not in the parcel box. It seems unlikely that all five items would fit into a mailbox. The post office only has a record of delivering one item. I have tried to contact the seller, but they have not responded. It has been a sufficient amount of time, and I simply want to receive the rest of my merchandise.

I have checked with my building manager, USPS, the mail room on base, and the post office off base, but no one seems to know where my package is. The seller is not helping, so I am requesting a refund to repurchase the game. I have searched at my old barracks address as well, but with no luck. I bought a pair of women's size 12 Uggs Tasman, but it was too small. I tried to contact the seller but didn't receive a response. I then went to the flagship store with my mother who really wanted them. However, I found out that the pair I bought was a knock-off and the size was incorrect. Returning to eBay, I discovered the seller rejected my return and closed the case. I ended up buying the genuine pair for my mother at the flagship store. I need a refund as I didn't mean to purchase a knock-off.

I reached out to eBay regarding an auto part I bought, but it turned out to be incorrect. We agreed I'd return the unused part and pay any price difference for the right one to ship. I was expecting return shipping labels when Advanced Auto parts said I needed to cover the return costs. Despite being willing to pay, I never got those labels from eBay. When looking for the email, the seller informed me they would only refund $5.00 to me, and that's all the refund they were willing to provide for the mistake.

Good morning, I would like to kindly ask for information regarding the shipment of an item after it has been sold. Specifically, I would like to understand why the purchase of the label to be applied to the package for shipment is the responsibility of the seller and not the buyer, even though it has been specified that the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. My computer is functioning well, except for the backlit keyboard feature that is not working as I expected. The problem is that the keyboard lights up upon powering on, but when I press and hold the fn f3 or f4 keys, the keyboard remains dark. I have attempted different key combinations as per ASUS's recommendations, rebooted multiple times, uninstalled certain devices, and reset the computer in an effort to resolve this problem.
