I purchased Yard Art via eBay for around $55. However, upon receiving the item, I found it poorly made and with a faulty component. I believe I have been a victim of a scam. I have not received a refund for the item I purchased. Your company claims to guarantee [redacted]% refund to customers, but I have not received mine. I bought TurboTax Deluxe on eBay, but the package arrived open. Realizing I needed TurboTax Premiere, I paid the difference on the Intuit website. I couldn't download the software as my Deluxe version was linked to a different email. I returned the software to eBay and bought the necessary one from a store. The eBay seller sent me another unopened package after the return, but I had already purchased elsewhere. The seller only refunded 50% of the price, alleging I returned an opened package, despite them originally sending it open.

I bought a painting from a seller in Peru and paid with my credit card. The seller asked for more money and didn't ship the item until I opened a case on eBay. The tracking number kept saying "Paid but not sent," so I assumed he hadn't shipped it. The item arrived on March 15th, and I informed my credit card company to reverse the payment. My name is Federico Capellan, and I am a client on eBay. I recently made a purchase from a seller named Luvarobpharma today, and everything seemed fine. I received the order number #25-[redacted], and the cost was $69. However, about 40 minutes later, I received an email stating my order was canceled due to an issue with my address. I purchased an aluminum walking stick for $23.99 from eBay seller "Super Specials," but received a wooden walking stick instead. Hello, I initiated the process to buy an item on eBay. After clicking to pay via PayPal, I signed in, completed the payment, but the eBay payment process restarted without confirming my purchase. Now, upon checking both my eBay and PayPal accounts, there is no record of the purchase or payment transaction. However, I can see the funds were deducted from my bank account with the description "PayPal eBay." I have a bank statement displaying the payment deduction.

I followed the buyer's instructions regarding the shipping process. I used a shipping label provided by your website, shipped the item through USPS as advised by the buyer, and covered all expenses myself. Despite apologizing multiple times, I was accused of intentionally delaying the process. My goal was to receive payment promptly, not procrastinate as the buyer implied. I have incurred additional costs, haven't received payment, and the bike has not been returned. The item had clear instructions not to be returned, following your policy. I maintained regular communication with the buyer throughout the process. I provided the tracking number and shipping details, yet the item was mistakenly relisted as not shipped. The buyer's accusations were unjustified, especially considering the effort I put into packaging the parts securely. Any damage that occurred was not due to mishandling on my part. Repeated assurances of payment have not been fulfilled, and I am in urgent need of the funds. The buyer suggested a payment method that involved me sending the product first, which I find unreasonable.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with a seller named Noffy. The total amount I paid was $10.59, but according to their listing, there was no mention of a restocking fee. Despite this, I was only refunded $6.61. I kindly request a review of the seller's listing to clarify if they are supposed to cover return shipping costs or if there are any additional fees involved.
I noticed that the seller had updated their shipping information on 2-01-[redacted], however, I did not receive a full refund. I made sure to return the item promptly in the same packaging it arrived in within 10 days. Despite following the return process diligently, I only received a partial refund of the amount.

I reached out to eBay customer service for assistance regarding a return since the seller did not provide any contact information. They initiated a case for me, case number [redacted], for my order # 10-09[redacted]9. eBay managed to contact the seller, and they approved the return. However, whenever I attempt to access the return label in my email, I receive an error message stating, "Something went wrong. It’s us not you. Go back and try again." Despite being reassured by eBay customer service that the return label would be printable by today, 4/14/23, it remains inaccessible. My deadline to send the item back is 4/17/23, and I am concerned about not receiving a refund. I am highly disappointed with eBay's handling of this matter.

I purchased an unlocked phone from a seller in the U.S. who assured me it would work with any network. Upon inserting my SIM card, I received an error message saying it was not compatible and warning about potential issues with the phone's behavior. Additionally, the wireless charging feature was also not functioning. I returned the phone on April 5th via Canada Post and have been tracking the package. I purchased 20 AA lithium batteries from the seller "BatteryHookup([redacted])." Upon delivery, I installed two of the batteries in my TV remote, but it did not work. When I tested the new batteries, they showed zero charge. In comparison, my old batteries showed a 50% charge rate. Testing the remaining 18 batteries also revealed zero charge. The order was confirmed on 23/3/23 with an estimated delivery date of 6/4/23. eBay notified the shipment on 30/3/23. However, attempts to contact the seller on the website failed as they were not found, and tracking the order yielded no results.
