Order ID: 04-09[redacted]5 (Sales record [redacted]). I placed this order on August 26th, and the items were delivered from Cleantec on Saturday, September 3rd. I am experiencing an issue with one of the products, specifically the Marolex Industry Ergo Viton [redacted]. The base of the bottle has 4 corners, and when placed on a flat surface, one corner does not touch the surface, causing the bottle to rock. I have reached out to Cleantec via email and messages, and they are requesting me to cover the return postage as they do not consider this a fault. I have highlighted that the other 3 bottles from the same order, including the Marolex [redacted], do not have this issue as they sit level. I am expecting Cleantec to replace the faulty bottle at no extra cost. If this is not resolved, I would like to return the entire order for a full refund. Thank you. - Zenon K.

I purchased some chairs from a seller named Bikeaholics Direct Quattro Sports Ltd and was delighted when my order arrived. However, upon unpacking, I noticed two of the chair's legs had marks and two rubber ends missing. I promptly contacted the seller to address the issue. Unfortunately, the seller was dismissive, claiming the marks were minor and that I only wanted a refund because the chairs didn't fit my table. Their response was quite rude. I paid £[redacted].99 for these chairs, and I believe any customer would react the same way if they received items with imperfections. Due to the seller's poor customer service, I am now requesting a refund from this company.

I bought a used tripod for £12 in June from the seller. Despite no delivery, I reached out in August. The seller mentioned a missing FM code delaying collection. They apologized but offered no solution or refund, seeming indifferent and unhelpful. Following further inquiries, I only got a repeated apology message from the seller, showing no effort to fix the issue causing stress. Contacting Ebay customer service has been challenging. It's an ongoing problem known to Ebay. I request a £12 refund and Ebay's intervention. If not resolved, I'll involve consumer services and trading standards. I recently posted a coffee maker for sale on eBay without including any selling fees, offering buyers a chance to purchase it directly. When the item sold, the buyer was unexpectedly given a £[redacted] reduction at checkout, although I had originally listed it as fee-free. Despite contacting eBay about the issue and being assured that the fee would be waived as a one-time exception, my account was subsequently restricted, and I received threatening emails about payment recovery. I have been a loyal eBay user for 19 years and am hoping to have the seller fees waived as promised, along with a refund of the £[redacted] reduction given to the buyer. I sold an item with order number 09-08[redacted]0 on August 11th. After prompting the buyer for payment, which was received on the 14th, I shipped the item on August 15th. Assuming everything was fine, today, on September 8th, 24 days later, I was surprised to receive a message from eBay stating that the buyer had not received the item. After contacting Royal Mail with the reference number [redacted]-C152-02B6-F911, I was informed that the item was delivered on August 17th at 12:02. I am concerned as I had no communication from the buyer until today. I have shared the Royal Mail delivery information with the buyer, but have not received a response, which adds to my suspicion that this might be a scam. I am facing difficulties accessing my eBay UK account. When I try to log in, I am prompted with a message stating that I have exceeded the daily login attempts and need to wait 24 hours to try SMS verification again. Over the past few months, every time I log in, I encounter multiple hCaptcha screens where I have to select images to prove I'm not a robot. Subsequently, I have to request a verification code via SMS each time I log in. I have not experienced any security issues with my account, but I am unsure why I keep encountering these verification steps. Recently, I received the mentioned message that has now locked me out of my account for a day. I attempted to seek help through the provided customer service number, but it directed me back to online help, which I cannot access without logging in. I recently purchased a wooden coffee table from a sub seller. The item arrived promptly, which was a good start. However, as I progressed through the assembly, the inferior quality became all too obvious. I have requested a full refund. After I explained that I am unable to put the five photos I took on a SD card to upload for assessment, the seller asked for images. To date, I have only received one email regarding starting a claim on my behalf through eBay to recover the full purchase price.

I recently bought a RangeMaster Elise Dual Fuel Range Cooker in Red with a Nickel Trim 110cm on eBay. After my payment was refunded, the seller messaged me to make the purchase on their new website, www.dmg.today. The seller is dmg.today, and I am saho-[redacted]. The seller, Denis, explained that they don't accept PayPal/Ebay payments due to a 21-day hold and requested payment through their website. I insisted on purchasing through eBay for security reasons. The conversation didn't go smoothly, with the seller implying I should have read the ad properly before buying and later resorted to inappropriate language. After receiving a disrespectful message from "SCOTMORRISO1" about my Rangers FC signed football listing, he accused me of being a "molester," which is completely unfounded. I have reported this abusive behavior to eBay in accordance with their policies. If no action is taken against "SCOTMORRISO1," I plan to close my eBay account and switch to listing on Amazon instead.

My eBay account got suspended even though I had a [redacted]% feedback history. The issue started when I listed my car for sale. A bidder made an offer which I accepted, but then kept causing delays for a week until I canceled the sale, following eBay's procedures. Despite this, I can't relist the vehicle or pay any fees now, and my account got suspended. This situation has left me feeling frustrated, and I am contemplating permanently closing my eBay account.

I sold an item to a buyer on eBay which unfortunately got damaged before I could send it. I informed the buyer, canceled the order, and issued a refund. However, eBay still deducted fees from the refund amount for reasons I am unsure of. Despite the cancellation, the item was not relisted on the platform. I am unable to pay my bill currently, which has led to the suspension of my account. The customer has received the item but claims they are not as described. Hello, I placed an order for a swing set from Niclimbingframesandaccs on August 28, [redacted]. My order number is 19-09[redacted]4. Despite having a tracking number for express freight - [redacted]89, my item has not arrived yet. I reached out to eBay on September 8, [redacted], after sending several messages to the company without any responses. After multiple attempts, I managed to speak with a lady from the company who claimed the freight company had picked up the item, which contradicted what I was told by the freight company. Disappointingly, the lady abruptly ended the call. The company continues to sell on eBay and their website, while I am left out of pocket for almost £[redacted] with no resolution in sight. Hello, I recently received a used item that was advertised as new but arrived in a very used condition. The seller does not offer returns. I paid 80% of the price of a new item, believing it was never used. However, the earphones are visibly worn, dirty, and even had earwax inside. The charging dock also appears heavily used.
