Hello, I recently received item [redacted]68 ordered with the reference number 06-08[redacted]2. On Saturday, August 20th, I opened the package on Monday, August 22nd, and encountered several issues with the product. The ink cartridge did not match the instructions provided. After contacting the seller, they mentioned using a drill bit to access the ink ports, but instead, they included a small softwood ring screw. I had to use a real drill bit to open the ports successfully. There were three paper dots covering the ports that needed to be removed. Additionally, I had to disable the ink level monitor on my printer to make the cartridge work, which is inconvenient as I won't have future ink level control. I have initiated a return but it hasn't been processed yet. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you, Mike.

Hello, I recently had to cancel an order with a buyer due to shipping constraints. After attempting to refund the buyer promptly and exploring alternative shipping options without success, the buyer eventually agreed to cancel the order. Despite sending the refund through a chargeback request initiated by the buyer on eBay, I noticed that some of my funds are still on hold. I aim to resolve this quickly. I received my item in a very bad condition, damaged and unusable. When I tried to return it, the seller kept delaying. I attempted to contact them without success. The seller is still delaying my refund as promised, making excuses for two, three, and five days. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance or action from your end. I arranged to pick up an item during my motorhome trip in Scotland. After extending my stay, I went to collect the item a day after the estimated date but it hadn't arrived. The Argos agent informed me they can't forward the item and advised me to let their system return it for a refund. Today, I received notification that the item is available for pick-up, but I am 75 miles away. When I tried to initiate the refund online, I was required to choose a return method. I selected the least expensive option, but it mentioned it would reduce my refund amount. I couldn't reach an eBay agent by phone for assistance. The online return process didn't have a suitable reason for return and the explanation box's character limit hindered me from providing full details. I have not yet received my order that was scheduled for delivery on August 14, [redacted]. During a weekend away, I received a text on August 21, a day before my return, stating that the package was on its way. When I got back, I discovered the package on the wet ground, opened, empty, and not in the designated delivery spot as indicated on my door. Upon reviewing the CCTV footage, I observed an Asian delivery person loitering by the front door, talking on the phone for an extended period, then tossing the package near the bins. Further review of the footage confirmed no other individuals entered the property. The missing item prompts my request for a replacement that was paid for with my order.

I attempted to call the number 15 times yesterday and 8 times this morning. Each time, the automated message said the system was busy. My primary laptop is no longer working, so I'm using a secondhand one. While on eBay yesterday, I was prompted to call [redacted] with code [redacted]7. I purchased an iPhone XS on eBay, but it never arrived. eBay informed me that they didn't receive valid tracking details from the seller and promised a refund. I received an email on the 23rd stating the refund would arrive within 3-5 working days, but it hasn't shown up yet. I just want my money back. I listed an item for sale with UK delivery only, but it was purchased by someone in Thailand. Although the buyer provided a UK forwarding address, I became concerned about the transaction's legitimacy. I messaged the buyer stating that I would consider my part fulfilled once the package was delivered and signed for at the address provided. The item was shipped promptly with tracked and signed-for delivery, costing more than the initial charge. The delivery has been confirmed, but eBay is still holding the funds. I am unable to contact anyone at eBay to discuss the situation and inquire about payment release. I feel disadvantaged in this situation and worry it might be a scam. He contacted me on Tuesday **th requesting a grille to be sent out, which I did via Parcel Force next day delivery at **.** am the same day. Unfortunately, Parcel Force was on strike, but I provided the tracking number TWAO*******GB. The customer struggled with the tracking number and was rude. I am reaching out to Vax outlet store to request a replacement for my faulty vacuum cleaner, as promised by Sofia and Michael. I just want a fully functioning vacuum cleaner with the filter, which was what was initially offered by the store. This will be my last attempt to have the DPD courier collect the faulty vacuum so that a replacement can be sent. As for my restricted account on eBay, I am confused as I don't have any outstanding debts. I'm concerned why my mom is involved, and I suspect this is related to the issues with the Vax outlet store. This situation has been my worst experience on eBay so far, and I hope it gets resolved promptly.

My account has been suspended for over six weeks, and despite my efforts to resolve it, the account remains frozen with no functionality. Numerous virtual conversations have taken place where I was informed that the issue was escalated, but there has been no progress and I keep getting disconnected. Changing payment options or accessing the account has become impossible, and I suspect it may have been hacked. Every payment option link I try results in an error message. I am now trying to cancel the account, but I'm being prevented from doing so due to outstanding fees. I feel like I'm stuck in a loop with no resolution in sight. Is there any legal recourse I can take in this situation?

Order 05-09[redacted]6. 1) I encountered safety issues when trying to install the shelving system in my kitchen. The wire shelves were unstable, with screws and anchors too short to support any weight. The picture on the listing was misleading, showing an unrealistic setup. I stand by my negative review to alert future buyers. 2) The seller initially offered a 50% refund in exchange for changing my feedback, which violated eBay rules. After discussion, they later proposed a 70% refund without disputing my concerns. 3) Due to safety concerns, I disassembled the shelving. I attempted to file a defective item claim, but eBay requires photos for proof. I am willing to return the item for a refund, preferably without shipping back to China. If not possible, I will retain the shelving to keep my warning feedback. I am seeking guidance on obtaining a refund and a prepaid return label. Unable to find an eBay concierge phone number.

I accepted the seller's counteroffer of £[redacted] for a phone that was originally listed at £[redacted] with £5 for postage. However, I was charged £[redacted].50 instead. The seller acknowledged the mistake, expressed regret, and offered either a refund or another phone. I suggested he send me a phone at the agreed price of £[redacted] and refund me the excess amount. Despite his initial willingness, he stopped responding and made excuses unrelated to my situation. I suspected he might not send the phone or refund the money. He started blaming others and became unclear in his messages while talking about eBay fees. His attitude and reluctance to refund me have soured my eBay experience. I simply want my refund of £[redacted].50 to purchase my son's birthday present.

On August 15th, I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy battery as a guest with Order Number 25-08[redacted]2 from seller Oracle [redacted] at a cost of £4.49. I have received a confirmation email with my correct postal address. Despite receiving an email on August 16th stating that the item was dispatched by Royal Mail with an estimated delivery date of August 22nd or 23rd, I have not yet received the item. I am requesting a refund for the purchase price. Since I ordered as a guest, I cannot contact the seller as there is no purchase history linked to my account. I have since registered on eBay, but it does not show any purchase history. I am reaching out for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
