Hello eBay Customer Support, I recently bought a Canon EOS 80D camera on eBay from a seller with the username lahim59. The order number is 06-08[redacted]2, and the total price was £[redacted] including postage. I noticed some red flags with the seller's profile; they only have 1 feedback, and many bidders for the camera also had 1 or 0 feedback. Additionally, the seller's location seemed to have changed from the UK to the USA between previous sales. I've reached out to the seller requesting to cancel the order due to these concerns, but I haven't received a response yet. If I don't hear back in 7 days, I plan to file a claim for a refund. I contacted PayPal, and they suggested I inform eBay about this situation. Thank you.

Hello. I have a query regarding an unpaid bill related to the sale of a computer on eBay. Initially, after the buyer transferred money to eBay for the purchase, I was instructed to send the computer. Subsequently, the buyer claimed the computer was damaged, and I was assured by eBay I wouldn't incur any costs if the computer was returned within a specific timeframe. However, now I have been notified of a charge of £44.61, and I am unsure of the reason for this fee. While I understand eBay charges a fee for completed transactions, I am puzzled by this additional charge for a failed transaction. Could you please provide clarification on this matter? Thank you.

My wife bought 2 full-size blue plastic dustbins as a guest on May 20th. I realized she used my credit card and assumed she placed the order on my E bay account, which caused confusion when the items didn't arrive. E bay charged me for the missing bins on May 20th as shown in the statement > 0*5-08[redacted]9 London £59-89p. I'm seeking a refund or any information about the order. I purchased an Asus laptop power charger on June 29th with item number [redacted]4, advertised by 1stopgadgets seller as model number AD890M26 which I verified against my broken charger. Royal Mail initially delivered it to the wrong address, but that was resolved. Upon opening the package, I found a charger with model number Q46DB-[redacted]70, which does not fit my laptop due to a smaller pin size. I have tried contacting the seller four times with no response. This situation is frustrating, especially since a previous experience on eBay could not be resolved due to a printing issue with the return label. I urgently need a working charger and hope for a satisfactory resolution this time.

I am having trouble logging into my eBay.co.uk account as I am prompted with a security message requesting verification. I am unable to access the phone number provided. There is also an option to call another unfamiliar number due to logging in from a different device. I am in Africa and require assistance accessing my account without having to use phone verification. Thank you.

I am located in the UK and used the "inpost" service to send an item to a buyer. I placed the parcel in a drop-off locker for collection and have received payment from eBay. However, today, 6 days after sending the item, I received an email from [redacted] regarding a Global Shipping Programme dispatch, which is not relevant to my UK-to-UK transaction. I am concerned about this unexpected notification and unsure if it is a scam or why Global shipping is being mentioned. Thank you, Christine J.

My username on eBay is argyll1456. I listed a set of MK2 Audi TT carbon fiber mirror covers, and aleks_7787 had the winning bid and sent £77 plus £15 for postage. However, eBay put a hold on the payment, stating it was due to their system not accepting my bank details. I have already had a card blocked by my bank while trying to update my eBay selling account. Consequently, I will not attempt to update it again and will not be selling on eBay in the future. I have been instructed to issue a refund for the money I didn't receive by the 13th of July. If you could kindly refund aleks_7787 the payment that is currently on hold, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I purchased an HP1660C logic analyzer from Radiosurplus-elettronica in Italy through eBay. Unfortunately, the item never reached me. Despite contacting the seller multiple times, they seem unable to complete the international shipping process correctly, causing the package to keep returning to them in Italy. Even though I have been actively communicating with the seller, eBay suddenly closed the case due to "inactivity." The last message I received from the seller was on July 4th, and the order number is [redacted]74. I am now simply seeking a refund for the undelivered item.

Hello, I purchased two leather jackets that I returned. One jacket was resolved with your assistance, but I mistakenly initiated a return for the wrong jacket, which I had to cancel before receiving it. Upon receiving the jacket, I found that I didn't like it, but I am unable to start a return on eBay. I have the post office receipt with a tracking code showing I shipped it back on the 23rd of June, [redacted]. Can you assist me with this issue?

I had a customer complain about not receiving their item within two days, which was not the promised delivery time. I politely informed them that if they returned the item, I would issue a refund. Currently, my funds are still on hold and the item has not been returned. I am eager to receive the payment for the item sold on the 11th of June, which was a month ago. In the meantime, I have sold two other items and had to cover the shipping costs myself because a previous customer received their item within a week, causing some unexpected expenses for me.

I recently purchased 2 Wireless Mice on eBay from a seller advertising them as Logitech M185 models. Upon using the first mouse, I discovered issues with the on/off switch and the battery compartment lid's poor quality. Comparing it to a genuine Logitech M185 Mouse, it seems to be a low-quality fake. I contacted the seller, neudealsday-14, requesting a refund. However, the seller offered various inadequate solutions like a partial refund, a replacement fake item, or a partial refund without returning the item. Despite believing the eBay Money Back Guarantee covered the purchase, I am unable to make a claim. The seller's feedback praising the transaction prevents me from leaving a review about the substandard item. I simply seek a full refund and a return label.

I'm facing two issues. First, I haven't been able to access my account since June 16th due to multi-factor authentication, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I've received no response. Secondly, my account has now been permanently suspended. There was a misunderstanding concerning suspected fraud on my PayPal account, leading my bank to open a case. Once PayPal confirmed the transaction was legitimate, the bank closed the fraud case. However, my eBay account remains suspended as a result.

I purchased hair dye for 2.99, but unfortunately, it was not delivered. Despite the small cost, I am disappointed by the seller's claim that it was delivered on July 5th when I did not receive it. This has never happened to me before while ordering from eBay for many years. I am concerned that this might be a scam. I hope to get a refund as soon as possible to resolve this issue. If not resolved, I may reconsider using eBay in the future, given the amount I regularly spend on the platform.

I have a query that requires assistance from your team. I have recently registered and set up a listing to sell an item. I provided my bank information but encountered a roadblock with Ebay, prompting me to reach out to you directly. Attempts to communicate via chat were unproductive. Hello, I recently sent a wheel to a buyer, and upon receiving it, they claimed it was damaged and returned it. However, the wheel I got back was not the original one I sent; it was in worse condition. I've raised a dispute on eBay with evidence to support my case. Interestingly, I noticed another seller with similar listing styles to the buyer who received my wheel. Both accounts use the same colors and share a phone number in their descriptions. It appears that one account purchases items, returns a faulty one, and then sells the original item received on a different account. The buying account was "authentic-sales," and the selling account now is "original-alloys," listing the alloy I sent. My message to eBay outlined the discrepancies in the return, highlighting differences in date markings and refurbishment details between the wheels. I suspect the buyer swapped their damaged wheel with mine to keep a good one. I stand by my evidence, including photos, to validate my claim. If needed, I can provide additional information. I have been waiting for a week to check if the login issues have been resolved, but unfortunately, they persist. Despite trying various solutions mentioned online, I am unable to access my account. Even after verifying through email, every action in my account prompts the system to send a verification text to my UK BT landline, which is not functional. If this problem persists, I will have to close my eBay account and seek an alternative platform for sales. Contacting eBay's suggested number also proves futile, with a recorded message leading to a disconnection. Many users, including myself, feel abandoned by eBay due to ongoing technical difficulties. I received a delivery notification from my app today, but oddly enough, my neighbor at number 8 received a delivery as well. This has happened before, and I am on crutches. When the delivery person left, my phone showed the delivery was completed. It seems suspicious. I am expecting another delivery tomorrow, and I want to ensure this doesn't happen again. The seller confirmed the item was sent, but I will follow up if it's not here by the 20th. I am at 7 Fletcher, and I will investigate with all the delivery drivers to get to the bottom of this. It's strange that my neighbor seems to get my deliveries magically after the driver leaves.
