I haven't received the item. No pictures were taken by the delivery driver showing where the item was left, and there is no proof of delivery. The seller keeps insisting it's delivered, but I have not received the large chair. I am currently working with PayPal to resolve the issue. I hope legal action won't be necessary. I reached out for help as the seller was uncooperative. eBay canceled my case when PayPal got involved, which I was not aware of. I wish I had waited for eBay's decision before seeking PayPal's assistance, but now it's too late.

Attempting to contact you through the provided link requires a login, but despite multiple attempts I have been unsuccessful, which I have already communicated about 15 times. Could you please provide me with a direct phone number to reach eBay customer support? Just to recap, I have been unable to access my account for nearly a week and have reached out multiple times for assistance. The issue lies in the outdated phone number linked to my account, causing a security check loop when trying to log in, thus preventing me from addressing overdue orders that are significantly impacting my eBay rating. A week has passed, and I am still locked out without a resolution in sight. Thank you.

I purchased two wooden cutting boards on eBay, but they do not show up in my order history as I checked out as a guest, even though I have an eBay account. It has been challenging to reach the seller to inquire about returning the items. The boards are smaller and of lower quality than what was displayed in the pictures. They were meant to be used as serving boards. Contacting eBay or the seller through email has not been successful, and it has been a frustrating experience. I would appreciate it if an eBay representative could contact me. The lack of communication is causing stress, and I feel like my money has been wasted on items that are not suitable for me.

I am facing an issue with an order I placed on eBay as a guest purchaser. The two items I received are not as described - they are smaller and a different color than shown in the pictures on eBay. Even though I have an eBay account with a history of orders, these two items do not appear in my purchase history. Unfortunately, eBay does not provide a customer service phone number for UK customers, making it difficult to resolve this problem. It is frustrating and stressful trying to return these items and get a refund without direct communication with eBay or the seller. This lack of support makes it seem like eBay doesn't care about their customers' experiences. I've encountered this issue twice now, and it is a significant problem that eBay needs to address by offering better customer service options. I tried contacting eBay through a number I found online, but it only directed me to their website, which has not been helpful. I caution others against buying as a guest on eBay, as it can lead to challenges in returning items and getting refunds.

I've been suspended due to "suspicious activity" after creating a new email not linked to eBay. Google locked me out for an incorrect phone number. The email with [redacted]2 remains my eBay login. I can’t update the phone number Google sends codes to due to difficulty navigating the account settings. With serious eyesight problems, all help is welcome. Kindly: A. Unblock my account. B. Provide a direct link to change the phone number on my [redacted]2 account causing the issue. Could you clarify the suspected suspicious activity? I’ve never attempted fraud, used eBay for years, and just updated my address due to moving. eBay is my preferred selling platform as it's affordable, especially as I'm on disability.

I recently purchased a Wedgwood cup and saucer. While making the payment, I asked the seller if it came boxed, as it wasn't mentioned in the listing. After I paid, the seller messaged me claiming there was a misunderstanding and issued a refund without my consent. I immediately replied that I didn't want a refund, just clarification on the box. I even mentioned it was for me only, something they were aware of. Despite this, they processed a refund and falsely stated I requested it. I never asked for a refund and am upset by their dishonesty, especially during a difficult time with a sick child. I'm disappointed by their lack of compassion. I bought a dress on February 15th this year with order number 24-08[redacted]0 for £16.26. Unfortunately, the item received was nothing like the picture. I tried to get a refund for four months, but was told it's too late now as the order is closed. They advised me to open a dispute through PayPal or my bank, which seems too complicated. I simply want a regular refund. Can you please reopen the order so I can get a refund directly from them? Your assistance is appreciated. On another note, I bought magic vapes with order number 21-0[redacted]1 on May 16th this year. I purchased 16 to get a discount, costing me £54.00. Upon using them, I realized they weren't lasting as long as my regular Elf bar vapes. Despite contacting them about the issue, they only offered to send a free vape with my next purchase and refused returns. I'm concerned about their authenticity due to negative feedback mentioning similar problems. Can I possibly get a partial refund since the vapes were not as advertised? Hello, I returned an item to the seller for a refund but have not received it yet. The item number is [redacted]96, order number 21-08[redacted]2, and the tracking number is BH[redacted]89GB via Royal Mail Special Delivery. I explained that the item I received was much more damaged than advertised with missing accessories and scratches. The seller agreed to a full refund and asked me to send the item to a specific address. I followed the instructions and returned the item. I'm still waiting for the refund. Today, the Pico Big Fan I ordered didn't arrive as expected. The seller claimed the delivery service dropped it off at 10 am and provided a picture of someone else receiving it. I purchased a dashcam from an eBay seller, MerryElectronics. The item arrived damaged, and as per their warranty, I was eligible for a replacement. After sending photos of the damaged item, I paid £15 for the replacement shipping through PayPal on May 31, [redacted]. The seller claimed to have shipped the replacement via Evri, but the delivery was made to the wrong address. The seller initially agreed to take responsibility for the lost item but is now requesting an additional £20 for a new dashcam. Hello, My account is currently restricted and close to being suspended due to a missed invoice payment. I have been attempting to make the payment since receiving the invoice at the beginning of last month. However, each time I try to pay, I receive an error stating my card cannot be verified and to use another payment method. As I only have one card, I opened a new bank account and added that card as well. Now, I am being told I have exceeded the payment attempts. I am frustrated as I have consistently paid my fees since opening my account in [redacted]. I have reached out to eBay customer service multiple times without success. I bought two items: CRYSTAL RED AQUARIUM SHRIMP - HIGH GRADE - CARIDINA CANTONESIS - SIZE 1 CM under Order 18-08[redacted]5. Upon inspecting the shipment, I noticed one shrimp was moving and the other was not. I isolated the inactive one in a fry tank to recover, but it showed no improvement after two hours. When I contacted the seller, they requested a photo of the shrimp. Due to its small size, I explained the difficulty but was met with resistance. Despite disagreements and negative feedback, the seller initially agreed to send a replacement but later changed their mind. I believe both parties could have handled the situation better. It's challenging for me to provide immediate photographic evidence due to the shrimp's size. I am disappointed that I am not being offered a refund or a replacement, especially considering this aquarium is intended for a disabled child, and I don't have the means to take photos promptly.

I purchased a double air mattress, but to my disappointment, it turned out to be a single. Despite contacting the seller and providing pictures showing the box with a symbol indicating it's for one person, he insists it's a double. I even compared it to a different seller's box with two people on it, confirming it's a single due to its width being less than 3 feet. When requesting a return, the seller mentioned deduction of £13.90 out of the £19.99 I paid and now states the box must not have been opened for him to accept the return. I opened the box only to discover it was a single, based on the imagery. I feel frustrated by this situation and hope others won't have to deal with such a seller.

After expressing my concerns about the specifications, the seller was rude and insisted on proceeding with the order. When I tried to cancel the purchase, I was informed it was already dispatched, which contradicted the seller's earlier message stating it would take 2 weeks to make. The seller claims to have opened a case with the shipping company, and now refuses a refund, citing the need for more information. I had to purchase the same item from a different seller on eBay as I cannot keep my motorcycle at the garage without the part due to work requirements. Hi Arvind, I contacted the seller because my parcel was delivered to the wrong address and appears to have been stolen from the communal area of my building. Despite my efforts, the seller believes I found the item and closed the case prematurely. The delivery picture shows the package next to a radiator, not at my front door with no signature or delivery notification left. The sender advised contacting Evri, but they insist the item was delivered and urge me to check with the resident. This has led to a difficult situation where I am not being heard when seeking assistance. The sender suggests using the resolution center, but I can't do that since they initiated the courier's investigation. Can you advise on escalating this matter or filing a formal complaint? Dear eBay, On February 17, [redacted], a false order was made on my card by someone using the name Abdul Saleek, while my name is Mr. Ashu Miah. I reported this fraudulent activity to my bank, who investigated it. Despite numerous attempts to contact eBay, I received no response. Although I use Samsung phones and not iPhones, an iPhone XR was ordered under my name and delivered to my address without my knowledge. I received no emails or notifications from eBay regarding this transaction. My bank has now emailed me an eBay receipt showing the delivery to my address.
