I inadvertently left positive feedback for the wrong purchase (Item [redacted]20). I meant to leave feedback for the black item I ordered, but received it in grey due to a mix-up in delivery. Despite the delay in receiving the item, I was informed there was an incident at the firm causing the delay. Although the product eventually arrived in a different firm's vehicle, the driver mentioned discrepancies in the order. I have started the process to request a refund given the miscommunication and multiple issues with the purchase. I am concerned that my initial positive feedback may impact my ability to get a refund. This experience has soured my usual enjoyment of eBay, and I hope to resolve this promptly. - Thank you, Mr. K.B. Trimby (Tiny1000)

I placed my Ford Transit van in a 3-day auction that closed on Saturday, June 8th. The ad clearly stated the payment methods as PayPal or bank transfer. After the auction ended, I reached out to the buyer to arrange payment and pick-up. However, when I contacted them, they claimed it was actually their brother who bought the van and promised to call back, but never did. Today, the buyer called saying they would pick up the vehicle at 5pm but hadn't made the payment. When I tried to clarify the payment process, the buyer became aggressive and threatened me. I informed eBay and spoke with a representative named Sharmaine, but she incorrectly marked the cancellation reason as an out-of-stock item. I canceled the sale due to safety concerns after being threatened. The buyer's username is Patmic-8, and the item number for the van was [redacted]93.

I am unable to use the item with a two-pin square charge cable in the UK. I am feeling frustrated with the lack of assistance. Shipping back the item would be very costly for me. I have a photo of the charge cable as proof.

I mailed an item through Royal Mail over a week ago. The buyer opened a refund request, claiming the item did not arrive. I disagree as I shipped it and believe it should have reached the buyer. Despite sending four messages, the buyer has not responded. I informed them to contact Royal Mail, but no action has been taken. I am a dedicated eBay seller and frequent buyer. I am disappointed with how this situation is being handled. It feels unjust that my PayPal funds are on hold due to this buyer being unresponsive and possibly taking advantage of the lack of uploaded tracking information. I have fulfilled my responsibilities as a seller.

I accidentally purchased a French version of Odobe Photoshop instead of the multilingual one I intended to buy. I didn't notice this until after making the payment. I tried to contact the seller to cancel the order, but they did not respond to my messages. I had to cancel the payment through PayPal as I couldn't use the French version costing €[redacted] Euro. I later bought another Adobe product from a different seller at a higher price. I regret any inconvenience this may have caused. I hope to resolve this matter soon. Thank you. I have been dealing with an ongoing issue since 29 April [redacted]. The seller mistakenly sent me the wrong item size, only a 1 mm difference, which I discovered after the item was already cut for installation. Despite the seller promising a partial refund of £6 multiple times, I have yet to receive it. It has been challenging to reach Ebay for assistance with this matter. Here is a timeline of events to provide more context:
- 29 April: Transaction [redacted]29 with massiveattack007

- 22 May: Seller approved return
- 22 May: Notified seller of wrong item and requested a £6 refund for the error

- 30 May: Seller promised a refund
- 4 June: Closed the return as per seller's suggestion
- 10 June: Followed up with seller regarding refund, but no progress
- 16 June: Still awaiting the refund
I am now reaching out for help as I continue to face difficulties contacting Ebay. Thank you.

I sold an item on eBay (Item number: [redacted]70).
The buyer damaged the item while unpacking and wants to return it now. I agreed to the return, but the buyer insists I send money for them to ship it back.
I need eBay to step in and clarify that the refund and return shipping costs will be handled together. This is my first challenging sale on eBay, and I feel like private sellers lack support.
How can I file a case against a buyer? This may be my final eBay sale after this experience. I originally paid €67 for shipping the item, and now I'm being asked to cover the $[redacted] (€[redacted]) return shipping cost.
I'm counting on eBay's intervention in this matter. That's my request.

I am facing continued disrespect from the seller. Below are excerpts from the emails I received:
New message from: bondstreetbroker
"Calling me an idiot and leaving a negative review makes you an inappropriate person. This platform, eBay, allows unwarranted comments like yours to cause trouble without proper transaction closure, making it a complete farce!"
New message from: bondstreetbroker
"You have been blocked from future purchases, and I refuse to ship to the Canaries due to your behavior, which I find foolish."
New message from: bondstreetbroker
"When you left a negative review due to the item being out of stock, it was unwarranted. Now that I have the item back in stock, I have restricted sales to the Canary Islands. Assistance in handling this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
F."

Hello, I am facing a suspension for not shipping an item today as planned. I had to cancel the transaction on eBay and want to refund the buyer. The Royal Mail advised against sending the item to Nigeria due to potential scams and restrictions on items with batteries by Nigerian Customs. I need help processing the refund on eBay since the buyer hasn't agreed to cancel the transaction. Also, I haven't received the payment in my PayPal account, even though eBay shows the item as sold and PayPal indicates the payment is on hold.

I have been struggling to get in touch with the seller regarding the refund for my mobile phone purchase, Item No [redacted]08. They mentioned the refund is either lost or damaged, but I have not received it yet. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
I have not received any response from you regarding the promised £10 refund due to a problem with my purchase. Please let me know if there are any issues. If not, I will have to involve eBay. Your prompt feedback is appreciated.
I am seeking your assistance with a refund matter from a seller. Despite their offer of a £10 refund to keep the mobile phone I purchased, I have not received it after continuous communication.
Regards,
Italianjobie
I am facing an issue with a seller who offered a £10 refund on my mobile phone purchase if I kept the item. Despite our correspondence, I am still awaiting the refund.
Seller's message:
Dear RODNEY,
Thank you for reaching out. I apologize for the inconvenience. I can either refund or exchange the item upon return. However, considering return costs and time, I propose a £10 refund for you to keep the phone. Please confirm if this is acceptable.
Regards,
Selina

OK.
If you are sure it is your engine, then you are welcome to contact eBay.
Be aware, though, that you have no right to tell me I can't use my own intellectual property how I choose.
Even if it is an image of your engine, the photograph belongs to me. I am confident that I am not in breach of any eBay or copyright policies.
I still have on file my original source image, taken at a public event in September of [redacted], and can prove it is my image and therefore my property.
I will not be removing the listing.
eBay will contact me if they see fit, and I will be happy to talk to them.
Kind regards

I purchased the Tom 5" GPS Sat Nav, but it actually only has a 4.3" display, not the advertised 5". I found it challenging to program and it did not provide accurate information. I tried using it six times and struggled to input destinations each time. I would like to return the product for a refund. I plan to buy a more suitable replacement to replace my previous TomTom unit that served me well for years.

I recently placed an order for the Tribit Xfree Black headphones. Unfortunately, I received a pink toy headphone instead. Despite initiating a refund, the seller, Runell, has been unresponsive to my concerns. I returned the incorrect item from Poland, and tracking information confirms it was delivered to the seller on June 27, [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, there has been no resolution. I was even asked not to leave negative feedback due to it being a family business, to which I reluctantly agreed. However, the lack of professional conduct and poor service leaves me doubtful of their intentions. The tracking number from Poczta Polska is CP[redacted]60PL, which confirms the seller's receipt of the returned item. This experience has been disappointing and frustrating, especially considering my health condition.

eBay Listing No. [redacted]41 bought by Hparikh89 On June 6th, we sold a Badminton racket in very good condition with all issues clearly shown in the photos. The buyer messaged us on June 8th to cancel a bid on another racket since he won this one. Subsequently, on July 1st, he left highly negative feedback claiming the racket was bent (a point we strongly disagree with and was not evident in the photos), advising future buyers to check thoroughly before purchasing. This feedback tarnished our previously perfect record, which we value greatly. Upon contacting him immediately regarding his complaint, he alleged he had informed us before leaving feedback, which was untrue. Requesting proof of his previous message, he confessed today that no such communication was made and regretted his comments. I have offered for him to return the racket for a full refund to address this issue. Hoping for a resolution soon. - Vaughn Legg

Hello,
I placed an order for a corner sofabed with next day delivery on Sunday. The seller notified me that my delivery would arrive on Tuesday. However, upon delivery, I was informed that the item would only be brought to the ground floor and not upstairs as I expected. Despite organizing another delivery to the ground floor entrance, the second delivery person was quite rude and insisted I collect the item from the street. I refused as I found this unreasonable.
The sofa remains with the transportation company the seller employed, and I have attempted to initiate a return. However, I was informed that I am responsible for the return shipping costs and need to send the item back to receive a refund. This is problematic as the sofa is not in my possession.
I am seeking clarification on this matter as the seller and the transportation company have conflicting information. I simply wish for the seller to refund me so I can purchase a different sofa.
Kind regards

I require assistance in addressing an issue with a Samsung micro SD card I purchased from seller "5cn1758" some time ago. Upon testing the card, I noticed a significant decrease in copying speed. To investigate further, I used a program called "H2testw" and experienced delays with the testing process. Subsequently, I discovered numerous errors in the Windows Event Viewer linked to the SD card. I engaged with the seller via Gmail, but encountered language barriers. The latest response from the seller was a simple "Ok," leaving me uncertain about the resolution. I am curious if they intend to provide a replacement, issue a refund, or require the faulty item to be returned. Your assistance in clarifying this matter would be greatly appreciated as I urgently need a reliable SD card for my work. I am willing to invest more for a quality product. Thank you for your help. - N46

I had a conversation this morning with someone from eBay regarding an issue with my exercise bike listing. I initially set the price at £40 with a 'buy it now' option, but the button seems to have disappeared. I now have a buyer interested in purchasing it for the listed price, but I can't complete the sale without the button. The eBay representative mentioned that he would send me an email promptly, but I have not received any communication yet. The buyer is urging me to remove the listing promptly, and I am unsure of the next steps. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this matter as soon as possible.

I am struggling with acquiring a refund from runadigitalltd for an iPhone 6 I purchased on eBay. Upon inserting the nano Sim card and configuring my router password, I am unable to receive a signal indoors. The payment was made using Debit Card ending in [redacted], as I avoid using Paypal due to prior negative experiences. The seller's suggestion to file a dispute on eBay seems unreasonable. I am seeking a refund promptly or will escalate the issue further.
