Hello, I am seeking guidance on the process for returning an item since I am unable to locate it on "my eBay." Order number: 16-07[redacted]5 Item number: [redacted]92 Product: Lampshades from Direct Lighting I am unable to find any information on my account about this order. Oddly enough, when I spoke to someone yesterday, they were able to view my order clearly. I am confused about why I can't see it myself! Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am experiencing a significant issue with the delivery of my item (No. ([redacted]03) eBay item number:). I made the purchase from "beauty-steps" in China on July 11, [redacted]. Initially, a SpeedPAK tracking number was provided with a normal delivery time from China of 10-14 days. However, the tracking number was later changed to YANWEN with an unacceptable delivery time of September 21. Despite my attempts to contact them, the seller informed me that the item was sent via Wishpost without any tracking updates since July 19. There is no evidence to show clearance from customs or transfer to China Post. The seller has also modified the delivery information to conceal this issue. I have lost trust in the seller due to the repeated change in couriers and I am requesting an immediate refund as I am unwilling to wait until September 21 for a possible delivery.

I recently exchanged 40,[redacted] nectar points for £[redacted] worth of vouchers. I found it challenging to figure out how to use them on my small screen. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the vouchers expire in 12 months. I have not utilized any of the £[redacted] and would like to have them refunded even temporarily. I contacted a representative at ebay last Friday and was assured a reply within 24 to 48 hours, but I have not received any response yet. I'm eager to have my vouchers returned. I sold a vintage bar and two bar stools for £[redacted] on eBay with the condition that the buyer needed to arrange for pick-up. The buyer initially scheduled to collect the items on the 9th of August at 11:00 am but changed the time on the same day to 12:00 pm. Despite waiting till 1:00 pm, the buyer's arranged couriers did not show up. Reviewing my Ring doorbell footage revealed no visit from the courier at the alleged time. I suspect a misunderstanding or a lack of truthfulness on the buyer's part. The buyer claims to have attempted collection twice, but it was only once. Now, the buyer is seeking a refund after three weeks of delay, hindering me from selling to other interested parties promptly. The items are still available for collection, and I am unsure how to proceed given the circumstances.

I recently cancelled and refunded two orders, expecting eBay to use the buyer's funds for the refund, but instead, the money was taken from my bank account. This seems unfair as it looks like I've been paid twice. I'm also unclear why a sales fee was charged for a cancelled order. Since eBay took over payment processing from PayPal, I've noticed more issues. I've been a seller on eBay for years, but unless this improves, I may switch to another platform. Even though I'm a small seller, if you're treating me like this, others may be experiencing the same problems. It's frustrating to deal with these payment discrepancies. -Jonmack10

I made a purchase and left a neutral review due to poor customer service. In response, I received an offensive email from the seller, as shown below: "New message from 3dpursuits (Top Rated Seller): Dear Ungrateful Person, We made extra efforts for you, which we haven't done for anyone else without added cost. We prioritized your order for production and delivery, using a more expensive colored sheet. Despite this, you left neutral feedback without contacting us. Why would someone do that? What kind of person does this? I'd elaborate, but I'm a lady and don't speak like that! No regards, Zoe" I find this response unacceptable, especially for a neutral review on eBay. I haven't used eBay in a while, and recently found what I needed on Amazon instead. When I tried to order a label from eBay, I encountered some issues with the seller. Despite pointing out that the label arrived incorrectly, the seller promised a return but later blocked me from ordering again. I managed to place a new order under order number 26-07[redacted]1 from the company kpink-bags using a different method. After the delivery date passed without receiving the item, I inquired about its status and was informed via email to look for it elsewhere.

Hello, on Friday, August 13, [redacted], I returned and posted the A120 Gigaset twin pack duo black color sets to the seller through Royal Mail at the Western Road Southall UB2 post office. I also sent the receipt and posting photographs to the seller. The seller should receive them on Monday, August 16, [redacted]. However, I am facing issues with the eBay site while trying to inform the seller about the return. I accidentally clicked on the wrong button and cannot attach my receipt and photographs. Could you please request the seller to expedite the refund process? I have proof of the return receipt and a few photos of the posted box. I had an issue with Hermes courier service failing to deliver my parcel. After contacting eBay for a refund, they declined it based on a photo Hermes supposedly left in a public location, incorrectly assuming I received the item. My frustration grew as my grandson rightly questioned eBay's knowledge of our address, as the photo did not match our residence. I am deeply disappointed by eBay's failure to apologize for wrongly accusing me. The parcel being left in a public spot raised concerns about theft, worsened by eBay assuming I had received the item based on the photo taken elsewhere. The seller eventually located the parcel when disputing with Hermes, indicating they knew its location all along without involving me to return it properly. Despite eBay notifying me that the item was at a local store, they persisted in their belief that I already had it, neglecting my attempts to claim a refund. The lack of apology amidst this ordeal pushed me to cut ties with eBay. Their apparent misconduct and refusal to acknowledge their mistake are unacceptable. I will explore my consumer rights further, possibly seeking guidance from the Financial Ombudsman. Only under specific advice would I consider engaging with eBay again, albeit reluctantly. I purchased a faulty item on eBay, a microscope without a lens. After contacting the seller, we have exchanged numerous emails over weeks. I would like to report an issue with an eBay listing (Item: [redacted]1 - Kuschall Wheelchair New with gold wheels). The seller initially quoted me £[redacted].00 + £6.95 postage, but when I asked for a 'buy it now' price, they increased it to £[redacted].00 and ignored my requests for a 'buy it now' option. Subsequently, the seller raised the price twice, claiming another buyer offered £[redacted].00 outside of eBay. I declined this offer as I suspected a scam due to the seller's reluctance to update the listing or use PayPal for a secure transaction. Hello, I wanted to address the issue I'm facing with eBay regarding a buyer request under SR# 1-[redacted]34. I'm still waiting for my refunds of 1,[redacted] Australian dollars from a seller who sent me a broken item that doesn't work. The seller doesn't want the item back due to its condition, and it would be costly to return it to Australia. The seller is waiting for insurance money from DHL in Australia while I'm in Europe waiting for a resolution. Despite contacting eBay multiple times, I haven't received any assistance. There was an agreement that if the seller didn't respond by August 18th, I should reach out to eBay again for a decision on the refunds. I made the purchase solely on eBay and expect to receive my money back. I have documented conversations with the seller and have also corresponded with eBay via email and chat. Hello! I made a payment of £[redacted] to BKAUTOMOTIVES on 29th July to purchase a Ford Mondeo MK 5 driver side wing mirror. I was informed by eBay that it would arrive by 5th or 7th September, but it did not. After contacting the seller, we arranged for the item to be sent to my address again, but it has not arrived as promised. The seller provided me with a wrong tracking number and has since stopped responding to my messages and calls. I have tried reaching out to eBay for assistance but have been unable to find a contact number. I have also sent emails through the eBay help & contact page and am still waiting for a response. Since there was a money-back guarantee on the product page, I am requesting that someone from the staff address this issue promptly and process a refund for me.

Good morning, I am Sharon Skehan, a loyal eBay customer who has made significant purchases from your platform. Unfortunately, after being hospitalized for kidney failure for two weeks, I returned home to find my new bedding and orthopedic mattress in poor condition due to being placed on a dirty lorry floor. This has left one-third of the mattress dirty, making it unsuitable for use. I cannot sleep on such a mattress, as I used my last £3 to purchase it. After spending three weeks at Cardiff University Hospital in Wales due to renal failure and bowel investigation, the mattress arrived on Thursday only to be soiled and not as deep as described by the seller. Hi, I recently sold a Calvin Klein watch valued at over £[redacted]. The buyer has provided photo evidence of the payment through a PayPal receipt. I sold a chair on eBay, but the buyer made payment and then collected it, yet eBay hasn't paid me for the sale. Despite numerous excuses and rude behavior, they even suspended my account. I recently bought an Ercol Windsor Grand Sideboard for £1,[redacted] on June 30, [redacted], and collected it on August 24, [redacted]. However, the furniture is not in the condition as described by the seller. It has scratches and marks, and it was stored in a garden shed with debris around it.
