I recently had a challenging experience with a seller on eBay named (debzllz). I bid on an item and later could not find it in my watch list or when searching for the designer's name. I assumed the seller had removed the item, so I purchased a similar one from another seller. Weeks later, (debzllz) contacted me claiming I hadn't paid for the item and requested payment. I explained the situation and apologized, but I feel like I shouldn't be forced to buy something I couldn't find on eBay. I tried to resolve the issue with the seller, but received no response. This experience has made me hesitant about being an eBay customer. I find the follow-up messages demanding payment despite the circumstances very distressing. I hope to hear back from eBay to address this situation.

Three weeks ago, we sold a large collection of Spode China. The collection included over [redacted] pieces. We carefully checked, bubble wrapped, and boxed the China before delivering it through a courier service, which we have used before. The courier delivered the items, and the buyer confirmed satisfaction with the delivery. The listing clearly stated no returns. However, three weeks later, the buyer contacted us via eBay, expressing a desire to return all the China due to minor chips on three small pieces. These chips are insignificant considering the quantity of China delivered. We informed the buyer of our no return policy and questioned the delayed complaint. The buyer's claim is unfounded as there was significant interest in the China prior to their purchase. We request assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I contacted your team last week and was informed by your colleague that I will receive a refund of £70 for the bicycle wheels purchase. The seller, "Scott8anthony8," sold me wheels that did not fit despite assurances they would. The seller advised not to return the item due to Covid restrictions but then stopped responding to my inquiries. Due to this, the seller claimed to eBay that they had not received the item within 30 days. I purchased two pairs of shorts that did not match the item description and returned them for a full refund. Unfortunately, the seller only refunded me for one pair after receiving both. I reached out to eBay, and they sided with me; however, I have only been refunded for one pair. I have been unable to contact eBay customer service to resolve this issue. I am requesting that eBay provide the full refund owed to me for both pairs of shorts, not just one.

I recently created my first eBay account with the intention of starting a small pet and homeware shop. I listed 13 items, including unbranded cat and dog collars and kitchen utensils like spatulas, all compliant with VERO and copyright regulations.
Unfortunately, before making any sales, eBay removed all my listings and permanently closed my account. Despite having a verified account, using PayPal, providing genuine product photos, and having receipts from a wholesaler, customer support was unhelpful and only mentioned "security risk."
eBay's response was final, without any explanation or opportunity to address the issue. They simply advised me to sell on another platform. I am very disappointed with the way my issue has been handled. Despite my multiple messages, a buyer was refunded for a cat flap I sold, even though she returned it in perfect condition after being rude and threatening. I am frustrated that I had to pay postage for the return and was also charged a seller's fee for an unsold item. Additionally, I have yet to receive refunds for two items I bought on eBay: subpar toilet paper that was meant to be 4-ply but is only 3-ply (Order 21-05[redacted]8) and bed bug spray that I cancelled but still received (Order 21-05[redacted]0). I have requested a return label and refund for the spray but have not heard back for almost a week. If these issues are not addressed promptly, I may have to cease any further dealings with eBay.

I received a message from eBay UK informing me that an unauthorized person had accessed the seller's account and listed the item I had just paid for. The listing was removed, and the account was closed. After contacting PayPal, they concluded that the transaction was legal, no offense was committed, and no refund would be issued. eBay advised me to wait 30 days and reapply to PayPal. However, when I try to do so, PayPal's message states, "This case is closed." On eBay, I am unable to proceed with a new request as I have already filed a claim with PayPal. I'm feeling frustrated and stuck in a loop. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, I have been limited on the number of listings I can post on eBay each month. Despite reducing the number of listings and focusing on low-cost items like 99p listings, I am encountering obstacles putting new items for sale due to these restrictions. I received an email from eBay this morning notifying me that my business account, IMEX FITNESS-18, has been suspended due to security concerns. As an established seller with a solid track record of positive feedback, I was surprised by this action. The issue possibly stems from accidentally ordering a personal item, item number [redacted]69, using my business account instead of my personal one. Could this oversight be the reason for the account suspension? I am unable to reach eBay's customer support for clarification on this matter. I urgently seek assistance in resolving this and having my account reinstated promptly.

I bought an Apple lightning cable on May 28th. I requested a return and refund because it didn't work on my Apple devices. Fashionize asked for details on June 5th and provided a return postage label on June 6th. I sent back the cable on June 7th. Ebay showed "track your return" on June 15th. Fashionize asked for the tracking number on the same day. I hadn't heard anything until July 1st, when Ebay closed the case, stating I hadn't returned the item on time, even though I had. I complied with all instructions. Please reconsider, acknowledge my good customer status, and refund the purchase price, including postage. Thanks. - Paul W.

I have evidence and screenshots of conversations via eBay's messaging service to demonstrate the buyer's intent to exploit return policies. Despite sending this evidence, I have received conflicting emails from various individuals at eBay, none of whom confirm they have seen the proof I provided. I have listed two items on eBay so far, and accidentally relisted a third item after canceling an order at the buyer's request. I realized this when I received an email about an offer, so I had to reject and remove that listing. I understand this may not reflect well on my account, but now that I have a better understanding, I plan to book the courier on the same day. I purchased 2 Plain Memory Cushions for Recliner Garden Chairs through eBay from seller CAROUSEL SOFT FURNISHINGS. I initiated a return on 5th. June (Return ID: [redacted]) and sent the item back with the eBay-supplied Royal Mail Tracked 48 Returns Label, submitted at the Post Office on 16th. June at 15:08 with Tracker ZR[redacted]03GB due to Covid19 restrictions. Seller Paul Boomer has been unreachable. There were image proofs of the low-quality cushions submitted with the return request, which was eventually accepted. Despite the online tracking confirming delivery to the seller on 18th. June, I have not received my £59.98 refund yet. eBay declined my support case, citing the item was not returned to the seller on time, which I find confusing.

I purchased an item from seller 'mbax7743' through eBay and had it sent to my local filling station. After forgetting about the item, I was prompted by an eBay email to review it. The seller informed me it was sent via My Hermes to the filling station, but I never received a collection notification. Upon checking at the station, the item was not there and they mentioned it might have been returned. The seller hasn't received it either. I mistakenly bought this item on 3/6/20 at 4 PM. Despite sending multiple cancellation requests to the seller on eBay, there was no response. The item was delivered on 4/6/20, and I initiated the return process. However, the seller's address is not in English, possibly in Chinese, making it difficult to proceed. The website mentioned UK delivery by 11-6-20, but I prefer not to buy directly from China. I was informed that someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours, but as of 11:00 am on July 8th, I have not received any response. Today, I requested a call back online, but after waiting over an hour and a half, no one contacted me. The online service to request a call back was also temporarily unavailable. Furthermore, I noticed that the item was relisted on July 7th, potentially leading to more fees.
