I placed order 15-10[redacted]9 but had concerns about the box it would come in, so I reached out to the seller to clarify. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding, and the seller offered to cancel my order. I eventually decided to cancel due to time constraints for a gift and bought from another source. I have since been trying to get the seller to cancel my order and not send the package as originally agreed upon. However, two days later, the seller shipped the package despite my cancellation request. Now I am requesting a refund as I shouldn't be responsible for return shipping costs when I tried to cancel the order well before it was dispatched.

I sold a model powerboat, "Motley Crew," to a buyer on 21/08/[redacted] with order number 26-10[redacted]2. The buyer, Steven H., received the model boat and raised some issues. I promptly issued a complete refund, and although he still has the boat, he now refuses to return it. He mentioned reversing the refund but has not done so, leaving me out of pocket by £[redacted]. It has been approximately four weeks, and despite multiple attempts to contact him, he is unresponsive. Steven claims ownership of the boat due to winning the auction, yet he also holds onto my money. I seek the return of either the model boat or the £[redacted] refund. Derek

I recently bought a box of Genuine Maxtra Plus Filter cartridges (item [redacted]96) that was delivered today. I am doubtful about their authenticity. There are no indications on the product or packaging that confirm this is a Maxtra product, even though it was advertised as such on eBay. The box states that it is made in China. While the product may still work, I still have a month's worth of use left in my current Genuine Maxtra cartridge. If this product is not genuine, I do not believe I should have to pay for it.

I purchased a perfume 8 days ago and was promised delivery within 3 days. After contacting Beauty Scent on eBay, I received an unsatisfactory automated response. They are now giving me the runaround regarding a refund. They insist that a refund was issued, but I have not seen any reflected in my bank account. The order has not been canceled, despite their claims of a refund. I have no desire to make future purchases from them, so I am simply requesting a refund.

I recently bought a watch on eBay and I've been a loyal customer for years without facing these issues. After purchasing the watch, I was informed that there's an additional fee to have it delivered to the UK from Singapore. This extra charge was not mentioned on eBay, and I believe it's unfair to ask for it now. The seller, who called from DBL Post, suggested I reach out to you to see if the watch could be delivered without the extra fee. I expressed my concerns about a potential scam and my dissatisfaction with this unexpected payment. If such problems persist in the future, I might consider not shopping on eBay anymore.

My eBay account was permanently suspended without any explanation. I reached out to their official support, but they are not providing any details and abruptly end the calls. I last accessed my account in early September and received an email about the suspension on October 12th. I have a history of timely payments, no outstanding balances, and have never used the account for selling. This ban feels unjust to me, but the lack of information from support makes it difficult to understand the reason behind it.

I purchased item number 14-10[redacted]1 OR [redacted]06 - an Earlex 2000W WS125 Wallpaper Stripper Steamer from welsh7214 on eBay for a friend. However, upon plugging it in, it caused a short circuit both at my friend's place and mine. The seller claimed it was safe to use, but I have no written proof of this. The seller also mentioned no refunds on the item page, and I could not request eBay's intervention. The seller only offered a refund of 0.99p for postage, while I paid £3.70 for postage plus the item cost. I am seeking a full refund per Consumer Council guidelines, as the steamer did not meet the expected standards of being in good condition and safe to use. I was selling some brand new items I no longer needed. Two transactions were completed, and three were paid for but not yet dispatched. Today, I received a message stating: "Hello abirak-1, We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been permanently suspended due to activity we deemed risky for the community's safety." Although frustrating, I understand the importance of maintaining a secure marketplace for everyone.

Hi eBay,
I recently received an email notification claiming that my item was delivered today at 1 pm, but that is inaccurate. No items have been delivered to my flat, and the photo provided by Royal Mail indicates possible dishonesty on the part of their delivery staff.
This is not the first instance of Royal Mail employees allegedly taking fake pictures and not delivering items. It is extremely frustrating to have lost a day staying at home preparing for a night shift, only to have nothing delivered and be unable to reach Royal Mail by phone.
How can this situation be rectified?

I returned an item to Uniquegiftshop UK and have not received any responses from the seller regarding my refund. I shipped it back on October 16th as instructed by Emma, who said she would process my refund upon receipt. Despite sending photos of the return and numerous messages, I have not heard back from the seller or received my refund. Please ask Uniquegiftshop UK to check their messages and proceed with issuing my refund promptly.

My account got suspended permanently. I made an account, put an item in my cart, and began the checkout but didn't complete it. My computer went to sleep with the checkout page open. Afterwards, my account was suspended. I managed to update my payment information, but updating personal details shows an error message "something went wrong."

After changing my password and forgetting it, I mistakenly clicked "create account" via Google resulting in a suspension of the newly created helhol_38 account. Now, when trying to log in with my regular username and updated password, I keep getting redirected to the helhol_38 account instead of my original one. I received a partial refund for a recent purchase I made, but PayPal indicates that the refund was sent to my bank account several days ago. However, I have yet to see the funds reflected in my bank account. I have been attempting to contact eBay for assistance, but I keep getting redirected in a loop stating that customer support is unavailable. Even when I called eBay, I was provided with a webpage that led me back to the same message about customer support being unavailable. I ordered an item on eBay from the seller Librairie-Retrorepro in France, but it disappeared inexplicably. I was in contact with the seller regarding a Volkswagen New Beetle profile key ring priced at approximately 8.54 GBP with 4.14 GBP postage, totaling 15.22 GBP on PayPal. Due to incomplete customs paperwork, the product was sent back to France. The seller refunded the product but not the taxes or postage. I want to report an issue regarding the sale of a woven patch with order number 06-10[redacted]6. The item was sold for £7.99 (£6.79 after fees) on October 28th, with the funds scheduled to be available on October 31st. I've been selling for 3 months and completed over 25 sales without problems. There was one instance last January when I was waiting for vintage honey pot eBay site to combine postage for me. I have made numerous purchases on various eBay sites recently without any issues.
