I purchased a hair dryer from e ay and a few other items for delivery to a local shop. Upon arrival, the shopkeeper had two packages under my name. While trying to sort out a collection code for the second package, I received an email with a code for a third item. I mistakenly handed this code over, but upon realizing my error, asked the shopkeeper to look for the third package. Regrettably, she could not find it. The missing package contained a high-value item, and the system now shows it as collected.

As a student, I'm preparing to start selling on eBay through a registered limited company in the UK in a few months. Hello,
I haven't used my account for many years. When I recently tried to log in again, I was shocked to find out that it had been suspended. After finally getting through to a representative over the phone, I was treated rudely. They informed me I could not speak to a manager, refused to disclose the reason for my suspension, and abruptly ended the call. I believe the customer service I received was extremely poor. It's frustrating to be suspended for no apparent reason, especially when I have not used the account in years.

I have attempted multiple times to log into my account, but despite receiving several texts with codes, I keep getting an error message saying the code is incorrect. I'm concerned about being charged for these text messages since I haven't been able to access my account. I bought shoes for my friend's wedding but only wore them on the wedding day. Unfortunately, I noticed that the inside of the shoe was deteriorating, and the patent leather motif on top was coming off. I have encountered an issue where Parcelforce is charging me for VAT after I have already paid for it during checkout on eBay. This is the second occurrence within a week, and although I settled the first charge, I am unwilling to pay for it again. I intend to have the parcel returned to the seller via Parcelforce and seek a refund through eBay. According to eBay, additional fees should not be incurred upon delivery in the UK. It is perplexing why Parcelforce is requesting VAT payment when it has already been processed through eBay. Experiencing this problem twice in one week has left me feeling quite frustrated. I recently sold a brand new pair of sandals, but the buyer claimed they were faulty due to the solid Cork footbed not being bendable and wire sticking into her skin. Despite providing a refund, the buyer mentioned giving the sandals to charity after I offered to send a return label. I am seeking a resolution regarding a purchased Fridja F1900 240W Whole Fruit Slow Masticating Juicer. Before completing the payment, I explicitly requested the seller to confirm in writing, as advertised, that the item was only used once and in a new condition. These were critical conditions for me to proceed with the purchase.
The seller provided written confirmation, which can be verified in our correspondence, stating that the item was (1) used once and (2) new. I firmly believe that an item that is bought new and used only once should still preserve a new-like quality, unless it was poorly handled during the initial use. If any signs of wear were present, it should have been disclosed in the listing.
As an honest and conscientious customer, my eBay history attests that I seldom return items unless they significantly differ from their descriptions. It is essential for buyers like me to rely on the accuracy of product descriptions when making a purchase. Unfortunately, in this instance, there was a discrepancy upon receipt of the juicer. Notably, there was no indication in the advertisement that a product, claimed to be new and used only once, would show signs of use.
It is apparent that the seller was attempting to sell a previously owned item by misleadingly portraying its condition. I am requesting a full refund as this transaction does not align with my expectations of receiving an accurately described product.

I made a mistake in my order from Gettabox in Manchester. I received paint brushes instead of creosote, which I had wanted. The eBay posting was confusing as it seemed to offer creosote for £9.95. I recently received an email stating that my account was permanently suspended due to suspicious activities, even though I haven't used it in a long time. I have never sold anything on eBay and can provide bank statements to prove it. I feel like I've been unfairly accused and treated poorly.
After reaching out to customer service, 'Nandini' dismissed me and I couldn't get help using the [redacted] number or Twitter. 'Cesar' from Twitter directed me to the website without offering any assistance. I am frustrated that no one is willing to listen to me and address my concerns respectfully. Hello, I recently sold a dress on eBay for £5.00 with £3.80 postage through the Global Shipping Programme to Singapore. The buyer mentioned not receiving the item. I am frustrated with eBay sellers who often sell low-quality items or neglect to take responsibility for missing parts. It is concerning that I cannot reach a customer service representative by phone on eBay. This situation seems to favor the seller, which is unacceptable. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. Each time I attempt to log in, a one-time passcode is sent to a Turkish number that was used to create the account while I was on holiday in Turkey. Now that I am back in London, I am unable to access the account. While I receive emails from eBay on that account, I cannot log in. I am willing to provide any necessary proof of ownership for the account. I am unable to create a new account due to having a pending sale that I cannot leave unresolved after the buyer has paid.
