I recently contacted Nectar and was informed that my Nectar card was unlinked from my account. Although I have since relinked it, I did not receive the points for my recent purchases totaling over £[redacted]. This is not the first time my card has been unlinked, but when I relinked it previously, the points were added. I have not unlinked the card, so I am unsure why this is happening. I have not experienced any issues with my payment card for transactions. I kindly request that this issue is resolved promptly and the points owed to me are credited to my account. I wanted to alert you that my Nectar Card account was compromised following recent purchases on Ebay, with over £25 worth of points fraudulently taken. Although I can't pinpoint if the hack originated from Ebay, it might be worthwhile for your security team to investigate, especially since last month my Nectar account was solely used with another retailer, where we encountered a canceled item from one of your vendors. While this could be purely coincidental, it marks the first instance of our Nectar account being compromised since its inception many years ago.

I have received multiple emails from you informing me of an unauthorized device accessing my account. Despite my attempts to change my password and security questions, I have been unsuccessful. Today, I have tried to reach out for assistance both online and via the computer without success. I am frustrated with the runaround I have experienced with your online help and I now want to close my account. Should any fraud happen due to my inability to close the account promptly, I will hold eBay responsible.

Hello, I am experiencing a concerning issue with a seller. The individual has accused me of being a scammer, despite selling goods that do not match their description. They have advertised the product as red tiger balm, but what I received is brown tiger balm. I explained this discrepancy to the seller, emphasizing that it does not align with what I purchased in the past, which was dark red tiger balm. The seller's response has been disrespectful, including sending me unpleasant messages. This situation has caused me significant distress, which is particularly challenging as I am a 66-year-old lady with heart and lung conditions. I strive to avoid stress, and the seller's behavior has unfortunately added unnecessary strain to my life. It is crucial to address this false advertising and the seller's inappropriate conduct. I am having difficulty initiating a return request for an item that I purchased on eBay from the seller tukiqu with the order number 05-10[redacted]5. I bought a sieve on 12 July, and it arrived damaged on 18 July. I contacted the seller on 19 July, who offered to send a replacement that has not arrived yet. Despite meeting all the return eligibility criteria and using PayPal as the payment method, eBay is not allowing me to open a return request. They claim the item is not covered under the Money Back Guarantee and advise me to contact the seller directly. I have also noticed that the negative feedback I left for the seller has not been showing up on either of our profiles.

I purchased a Fitbit-style watch that turned out to be faulty. Despite requesting a refund from the seller, I didn't receive it. After contacting eBay, they assured me of a refund. The item I returned to the Zen-Zone with order number 17-10[redacted]7 was delivered on July 6th. eBay stated that the refund was processed, yet by August 5th, I still haven't received it. I want to report that I sold an item on eBay, shipped it to the correct address, but it went missing in transit with UPS. After investigating, UPS mentioned there was a claim initiated against the shipment, which was not from me but initiated by the buyer. They issued a payment dispute, and even though I presented evidence and eBay closed the case in my favor, I am being asked to refund the amount. I find this situation unfair. I have proposed to repay either by the end of the month or half now, as I cannot afford the full refund immediately. I believe I shouldn't be held responsible since the case was already resolved. Hello, I would like to address an issue I encountered with a product I purchased. Upon arrival, the item's box was damaged, potentially leading to issues with the steering rack as indicated by the seller. After installation, it was discovered that the steering rack was defective. When questioning the seller about testing procedures, they did not provide a satisfactory answer and attributed the problem to the power steering pump, which was not accurate. The seller claimed the rack was broken due to a bolt marking, but my mechanic confirmed this was not caused by him as the bolts mount from below on each side. The marking was located on the top near the middle of the rack, as shown in a diagram from Ford. Given this faulty item, I am seeking a full refund to resolve this matter promptly. The ordeal has resulted in unnecessary stress, time, and expenses, and I am hopeful for a resolution from eBay regarding this defective purchase.

I'm feeling a bit puzzled because I recently sold an item on eBay and I've been eagerly waiting to receive the payment from the buyer. I received a notification stating that eBay has sent two small deposits to my account a day or two ago, but despite my frequent checks, I have not seen them reflect in my account yet. I'm wondering if there is a possibility to have these deposits resent. Moreover, the buyer has confirmed receipt of the item I sold.

I am having difficulty returning a bed to BedBusters. They instructed me to change the return carrier by closing the request and reopening it, but this can't be done once it's closed. They are unhelpful in resolving this, stating that I will have to arrange for the bed to be collected myself. However, I lack the measurements and weight of the three items for return.
