I purchased a JBL Xtreme 3 from a seller for £[redacted] with £3 for postage on May 26. The estimated delivery date was June 2. Even though it was marked as paid, the item was never dispatched or delivered. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times, but have not received any response. I escalated the issue with eBay, and they advised me to wait until June 9. I am feeling anxious about this situation as I need to speak to someone regarding the unfulfilled order. I purchased an engine mount almost two weeks ago, and unfortunately, it arrived faulty. I've reached out to the seller through messages and email multiple times, but I have not received any response. Additionally, when I tried calling, their phone was always off. It has been very frustrating dealing with eBay's system to try to contact them. All I am asking for is a response from the seller, but it seems like a huge challenge to get any help. The lack of communication is making this a really difficult situation to resolve.

I am awaiting two items from a seller, expecting their arrival by now. After messaging the seller regarding the delay, I attempted to track the package through Royal Mail. The tracking information only indicates updates upon delivery attempts. Despite my efforts, I have been unsuccessful in contacting a representative over the phone to address this issue. I recently sold an item on Evri but it hasn't arrived after over a week. Despite contacting Evri multiple times, they have been unable to provide any information on the location of the item, citing a missing connection with the courier. I have also been in touch with the buyer who understandably wants their item, while I am unable to refund them due to the money being on hold until 11 Jul. I am at a loss as I don't want to refund the buyer without receiving the item back, and I am financially strained as the funds are still on hold. I have followed eBay's guidelines, maintained a good selling track record with [redacted]% feedback, and never encountered such an issue before. This situation has left me feeling like I am at a loss, missing both the money and the item, which is of significant value.

I am frustrated by the lack of a direct customer service phone number for this issue. On June 7th, I received a billing notification email supposedly from eBay regarding the alleged purchase of an Apple Airbook with confirmation ID #[redacted]52-[redacted] from a seller named nexthand-0. This is false since I did not attempt to buy this item. I have not used eBay in at least 6 months and am unsure if my account is still active. I would appreciate it if this could be looked into.

I attempted to access my eBay account after some time and successfully reset the password. However, upon logging in, the system requests a verification code be sent to the wrong mobile number. My correct number is *********73. I am stuck in a loop trying to resolve this issue. I've tried calling eBay, but the number I found leads to a voicemail instructing me to visit their website. I've searched for an email address but have had no luck.

I recently had a bad experience with a seller named "supermarket place" on eBay. I purchased a laptop but was not satisfied with it, so I requested a return label from the seller. Instead of providing an eBay label, the seller asked me to cancel the return and promised to send a better computer at the same price. The replacement laptop I received had almost no battery life and did not charge properly. When I tried to return it through eBay, a person named Antony from the eBay supermarket denied my request, stating that my order was already closed, and abruptly ended the call.

I accidentally ordered 2 18V Li-ion batteries, and they refunded one but sent the wrong size for the other one. They requested to return it via the post office. I have the receipt and was informed they would refund the money in 5 to 7 working days. I have reached out to the bank, but the refund has not been processed. Future Direct's customer service keeps mentioning the 5 to 7 working days, but it has been ongoing since May 24th, and now it's June 14th. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I purchased a secondhand computer from an eBay seller but was dissatisfied as it wobbled on flat surfaces. After requesting a return label, the seller contacted me to cancel the return and eBay label, offering a supposedly better laptop for the same price. Upon receiving the new laptop, I found it to be identical to the previous one but with more memory. Unfortunately, it does not charge, making it inconvenient as it quickly runs out of battery. Additionally, the laptop was dirty underneath with dust and even hair. When I contacted Antony from eBay to return it, he claimed I couldn't as I had closed the return. Despite expressing my financial concerns, Antony was unhelpful and even rude before abruptly ending the call. My attempts to reach out to eBay customer service have been challenging. I aim to get a refund and take legal action against this fraudulent behavior that tarnishes eBay's reputation. Your assistance in resolving this matter and holding sellers accountable for substandard products would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased 3 LED lights approximately 2 to 3 years ago, and I am uncertain of the exact date.
The lights were scheduled to arrive on Thursday, 13th May and Saturday, 15th May. I paid £3.99 for each light, but unfortunately, I never received them.

On April 17, [redacted], I bought a custom-made Rocking Horse Hair Set for Mark S. from the seller the-hair-extension-expert for £68.80. Despite contacting the seller on May 3, a week after the due date, and May 18, I still haven't received my item. The seller mentioned delays due to international shipping to Northern Ireland, even though they are based in Stockport, UK. After several communications, the seller mentioned the parcel was in Northern Ireland and advised me to check with the depot on May 26 using the tracking number LJ[redacted]87FR. Unfortunately, the item was still not delivered. I have involved eBay as a last resort since the seller mentioned they won't send another item and their store is closed. I have requested a refund but have not received any response from either the seller or eBay regarding the open cases.

I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 PRO with the expectation that it was refurbished using authentic parts. Upon incurring damage to the screen and seeking repairs, I was informed that the screen is not genuine. I received items from eBay, but they are the wrong color. I ordered 3 orange cushions, but received 4 blue cushions instead. I have been unable to reach anyone at eBay, and The Range, where the items are from, is not assisting.
