I have been requesting a refund for a missing delivery since September but haven't received any responses. The item cost £10, but I am now seeking £20 as compensation for the lengthy delay in resolving this issue. Although I keep receiving messages stating the problem is fixed, it is not resolved. I encountered a situation with a buyer who claimed the item I sold was faulty. Despite providing photos demonstrating the phone was in excellent condition, I had to adhere to eBay's policies and accept the return. I promptly arranged and paid for the return postage, and even asked the buyer to validate the IMEI number of the phone, suspecting a potential switch. Now, a month has passed, and I have not received the phone back. I have reached out to request a refund for the return postage and urged for an investigation into the buyer's actions. Furthermore, I requested that the buyer refrain from leaving negative feedback since I followed all procedures correctly. I will refrain from selling on eBay until they change their PayPal-only policy. I will also stop buying on eBay until they resolve the issue I'm facing. Recently, Compume-[redacted] claimed to have sent me a rebate through eBay, but if this is indeed true, the rebate has not been transferred to my bank account. I kindly ask for a thorough check and prompt payment, or at least an explanation of what has gone wrong. The matter needs to be resolved with the vendor. This is my second request using this system. On December 12, Emily, the Account Specialist, assured me that I would get a $87.10 refund in 10 days via PayPal. The case number is [redacted]. It's been 19 days, and the refund has not been processed yet. The recipient already has the Smurf toy, while eBay deducted the payment from my PayPal for the toy and shipping. There seems to be a common issue on eBay with numerous sellers incorrectly advertising single band WiFi repeaters as dual band. Despite claiming dual band capability, the detailed specifications only mention support for the 2.4Ghz band. I have reached out to the sellers mentioned, and they have acknowledged the error but have not updated their listings. This misleading information has made it challenging for me to find a genuine dual band repeater. I recently purchased one based on false dual band claims and now have to return it.

I ordered a new item with order number 16-04[redacted]4, but it hasn't arrived at my address despite the tracking information stating it was delivered on December 24, [redacted]. I have initiated a refund for an item I was unsatisfied with. My order number is 14-04[redacted]0. Unfortunately, I am unable to print the return label as it repeatedly says 'we're having trouble with your label, try again later'. Despite several attempts, I resorted to handwriting the address and taking the package to the post office. The postal service claims the postcode provided is invalid, but I require them to proceed with sending the package so I can input the tracking number on Ebay and mark it as dispatched. I ordered item number [redacted]54 on eBay UK on 12/1/20 and received it from the seller. Surprisingly, it arrived in an Amazon package with a packing slip from Amazon, which was confusing. Since the item was too big, I returned it through eBay returns on 6/1/20. However, after checking the Royal Mail track and trace today, it seems that an attempted delivery was made on 8/1/20 but wasn't successful as no one was at the address. The package was supposed to be returned to the sender, which I assume is me. I haven't received any response from the seller after messaging them and I am eager to get my refund soon. I noticed that this seller has received similar feedback in the past and may not be suitable for selling on eBay. I hope for a prompt resolution. The payment was made through PayPal, and if the issue persists, I will contact them.

Hi there, my name is Imola. A couple of weeks ago, I placed an order for several items. Unfortunately, one of the items has not arrived yet, which is frustrating. I placed an order for garden furniture on January 12th, and according to Yodel, it was delivered on January 14th. However, after checking my CCTV footage, no one came to my property, and no delivery card was left. I contacted Yodel multiple times and was told our details did not match the tracking number provided, even though it was found on the first call.
Despite opening a request and reaching out to the seller, I was informed that the item was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address and needed to be returned. Following up resulted in an automated email about Chinese New Year delaying the process, and later, news that the seller was unwell. Numerous emails have gone unanswered, leaving me frustrated and stressed as I still haven't received what I paid for. Attempts to seek help from eBay have been futile due to the existing request. It's been almost a month of this absurdity, with no resolution in sight and the seller inaccessible.

I recently activated 2-step verification on my eBay UK account. Initially, it was functioning well; however, recently, I haven't been receiving the mobile notifications required to log in. It's frustrating because I need to log in to resolve this issue. Despite trying various solutions, eBay's only suggestion is to sign in to access help, which is impossible currently. I would like to revert back to the previous sign-in method without 2-step verification or have the issue with 2-step verification resolved correctly.
