Hello, I am Alex H. I am attempting to resolve an issue with my boss's listing on Zillow. The property in question is located at [redacted] Alexander Street, Rochester, NY [redacted]. The problem we are facing is that there is an incorrect listing of the same property with inaccurate information. Our listing includes 8 photos, but the public Zillow page displays only 2. Despite our efforts, the correct listing is not appearing publicly. The account indicates that the property is listed, but it is the wrong information. I am seeking assistance in rectifying this incorrect listing. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss this further. Thank you for your help. Alex

I recently listed a property for rent at [redacted] Sun Blvd Apt [redacted], with listing #T[redacted]. Unfortunately, my clients Mike and Krista Kelleher had an ad on Zillow that they did not remove promptly, causing a mix-up between the two listings. I would like my listing, with updated professional photos, to be the one displayed on Zillow and Trulia. I am open to them removing their listing, but it's important to ensure that mine with the listing number above immediately replaces it. Currently, only my name and email are showing on Zillow, with their pictures and information. Although I received the usual notification of my listing being uploaded to your platforms, I cannot locate it on Zillow or Trulia. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have brought up numerous issues with the realtor regarding our property on [redacted] Lakeside Drive in Kingston, Tennessee, but she is unable to get a response from Zillow. Initially, there was confusion with other properties listed under our address, resulting in incorrect photos being displayed. Although this was fixed, more properties have appeared linked to our address. Subsequently, our listing on Zillow shows a significantly lower value per square foot compared to neighboring properties. Despite our home being newer and more spacious than some adjacent houses, its value is inexplicably undervalued. Even the square footage information provided by Zillow at the time of purchase in [redacted] does not align with reality. County records indicate a different square footage compared to what we possess, and this discrepancy might be impacting the property's valuation and potentially deterring potential buyers. I have detailed documentation supporting these concerns and would be willing to share them for a more in-depth discussion.

I am inquiring about a house in Marcus Hook that is up for auction ending tomorrow. I have been attempting to gain access to the property to inspect it before the bidding. I admire its exterior but need to see the inside before placing a bid. Despite leaving messages and speaking to a representative with difficulty understanding due to a strong accent, no one has returned my calls. I am eager to view the interior as I am interested in purchasing the house. Please contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] to arrange a viewing. Thank you.

I have been trying to reach Aaron Mackey, but haven't received any response. Despite contacting Zillow's help team and requesting them to pass on a message to Aaron, I still haven't heard back. It's been over two months since the refund was approved, though I was initially informed it would take three weeks. I am seeking an update on the status as I cannot consider using Zillow services until this matter is resolved. When I called [redacted], the system mentioned they don't have my account. My contact number is [redacted]. Thank you.

I posted a rental listing on Zillow, and an applicant applied, but the application link provided by Zillow does not work. The applicant also cannot download the application. This is time-sensitive, as delays with Zillow support happened before. I urgently need the application for [redacted] Apollo Beach Blvd., Apollo Beach, FL [redacted]. The property was initially claimed by my husband with the email [redacted] Part 2: Despite releasing the claim, Zillow mistakenly said the property is claimed by my husband, causing further issues. To proceed, we attempted to log in as him, but were locked out until 10 pm tonight due to identity verification issues. This situation is frustrating and hindering our business operations greatly, and my prospective tenant is becoming impatient.

A few years ago I invested over $100k in remodeling my home, which now boasts 4,[redacted] sq feet of living space. The property includes solid oak floors, tile baths and laundry room, new ceilings, lighting, and a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances. As a [redacted]% disabled veteran, I am exempt from property taxes. Despite listing the home for $[redacted],[redacted], potential buyers are deterred by the incorrect tax assessment that undervalues the property at $298k. Following my request, the County reassessed the home at $[redacted],[redacted], reflecting the accurate size and value. An additional error places the property in the wrong neighborhood, impacting its perceived value and association fees. Correcting these inaccuracies on the Tax Assessor's website for Etowah County, AL, to reflect it correctly as Tuckahoe Heights, will facilitate the sale process. I am eager to rectify these errors to attract interested buyers.

I have noticed a discrepancy regarding the listed value of my home on your website. While my property is valued at $[redacted],[redacted], it is erroneously listed at $[redacted],[redacted]. I have observed that a similar home in poor condition nearby, which has been abandoned, is listed at $[redacted],[redacted]. Furthermore, a foreclosed property is valued at nearly $[redacted],[redacted]. On Realtor.com, my home is correctly valued at $[redacted],[redacted]. A neighboring property without amenities like a pool or central air recently sold for $[redacted],[redacted]. These inaccuracies are negatively impacting the perceived value of my property. Kindly address this issue promptly to avoid any further discrepancies.

The properties previously listed on Zillow such as 77 Gladstone, [redacted] Gladstone, [redacted] Gladstone, 21 Gladstone, and 46 Stoneybrook in San Francisco, CA are inaccurately labeled as being in the Mission Terrace district. These homes are actually in the Excelsior North District, which includes areas like Gladstone, Stoneyford, Stoneybrook, Maynard, Congdon, Trumbull, and Ney. The correct boundaries for this district are Mission, Alemany, Cambridge, and Silver. You can verify this information with the San Francisco Assessor's Office and the SFMTA. I have included links to the Mission Terrace and Excelsior North District maps for reference. I kindly request that these listings be updated to reflect the accurate district information. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I currently have a listing for my home on Zillow at [redacted] 6th Avenue, Tacoma, WA. My realtor, Annice O., posted the sale on NWMLS three days ago with only five photos. I recently added 20 more photos to the MLS listing, bringing the total to 25. Despite adding about 50 photos manually on Zillow, the original five photos are still being used after two days. I would like Zillow to either post the 50 photos from my account or refresh the listing using the 25 photos from NWMLS. If there are any questions, please contact me, Teri W., at [redacted] or via email at [redacted], which matches my Zillow account information. The listing has received over [redacted] hits, but the lack of photos is preventing potential buyers from getting a full view of the property. Please update the listing with more photos promptly. Thank you. - Teri W.

Located at [redacted] South Miami Avenue, I used to be the previous broker involved with this property. The current listing contains incorrect details since the original house has been demolished, and a new home is being constructed by the new owner. The segment provided below was part of the former listing and should be removed from the Zillow listing to avoid confusion. Despite no longer representing the property, inquiries and showings are still being directed to me. Thank you, Diana Rose Fleeman.

Hello, I am a homeowner reaching out to address an error/omission in the price history of my property at [redacted] Mayo Place, Bowie MD. We purchased the house in [redacted] for $[redacted],[redacted], but Zillow now only shows the previous sale in [redacted] for $[redacted],[redacted]. The current Zestimate is around $[redacted],[redacted], causing confusion with potential buyers who think we bought the house for $[redacted],[redacted]. This has been a disadvantage as we try to sell the house listed at $[redacted],[redacted]. Please rectify this omission promptly. Additionally, we have noticed discrepancies in the Zestimate as homes with similar features are valued higher. Our property, which includes additional features like an inground pool and standby generator, is undervalued. Kindly reconsider the Zestimate. Thank you.

Dear Zillow, I am reaching out because our home's Zestimate has decreased significantly by over $10,[redacted] in less than two weeks, especially after we switched brokers. The incorrect square footage provided by our previous broker may have contributed to this drop, along with other inaccuracies. We have a valid [redacted] appraisal stating our square footage is 2668sf, which matches the information we updated on your site. Despite this, our Zestimate has not been corrected. Additionally, there are discrepancies in the days our property has been listed, as well as an incorrect listing under a different address. This has caused confusion and negative effects as we are currently selling our home. We urge you to reassess our details promptly using the accurate information we have provided. If needed, we can supply a copy of our [redacted] Appraisal Report to assist in adjusting our Zestimate. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Barb & Tom D.

There is an issue with the rental property listing on [redacted] 28th St NW, Rochester, MN [redacted] on Zillow. Despite editing the description a month ago, the changes are not reflecting on the website, causing confusion with the rental price displayed. Despite reaching out to Zillow via email and not receiving a response, the corrections have not been made. This has impacted the number of inquiries received for the property. The inconsistency in the listing's description and pricing is causing frustration. Requesting Zillow to promptly address and rectify the inaccuracies in the ad to avoid further inconvenience. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly is greatly appreciated.

I am the owner of the property at [redacted] Yale Dr. in Westville, NJ. After purchasing it from the bank and renovating it, I have tried twice to list it for sale with no success. The property is currently listed as a "Foreclosure" on the realtor feed, causing potential buyers to assume it has issues and is priced low. I can provide a copy of my closing statement as proof that it is no longer a foreclosure. This incorrect labeling is significantly affecting the perceived value of my property. Please remove the "foreclosure" heading promptly. I am available to verify any information if needed. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, D.C., Trustee Shore Properties Land Trust

My house at [redacted] Ravenwood Dr, Marietta, GA [redacted] is currently on the market listed with two MLS providers for Georgia, FMLS and GAMLS. I live north of Atlanta and notice that the FMLS listing receives significantly more views compared to the GAMLS listing. The FMLS # for my home is [redacted], while the GAMLS # is [redacted]. I requested Zillow to prioritize the FMLS # due to its higher visibility, but they mistakenly removed that listing. Now, my views have decreased drastically, and the Zestimate based on the GAMLS listing is lower than the FMLS Zestimate, even though the listings are the same. I have asked Zillow to display both listings, but they have not been cooperative. This is impacting my exposure to potential buyers as Zillow is a widely used real estate platform. I believe it's reasonable to request that Zillow show both listings, as other real estate websites do. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

Hello, I'm Sonya Lemon. My brother, Sharrod Rawls, and I were in the process of renting a home at [redacted] Kathryn St. in Garden City. We paid the realtor a $[redacted] down payment over a month ago. We spoke with him last Monday about moving in by last Friday, but it has been two weeks, and he has disappeared without responding to us. We need to move in by September 1st. We are requesting our down payment REFUND. Despite my brother's daily calls, we have not received any response from the realtor at all. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My home is located at [redacted] W Blackbird Court, Franklin, WI, [redacted]. I noticed that my Zestimate is lower compared to similar properties in the area. For example, the house next door at [redacted] W Blackbird Court is valued at $339K and assessed at $277K. Across the street, [redacted] W Blackbird Court has a Zestimate of $382K with an assessed value of $321K. In contrast, my property at [redacted] W Blackbird Court has a Zestimate of $331K and assessed at $315K. I believe a fair Zestimate for my home should be around $349K. My property features a unique large garage with a second-level storage area, which I think should add $20K to the value. Additionally, the house has a new roof, upgraded kitchen with quartz countertops, brick paver walkways, a circular patio, central vacuum, vaulted cedar ceilings, and more. You can find more details and photos on my listing at [redacted] W. Blackbird Court, Franklin, WI on zillow.com.

My house at [redacted] Swan Pond Lane should be listed as active, but there seems to be an issue. We recently changed real estate agents and signed with Blake Rickels from Keller Williams in Knoxville, TN. The house was relisted for $[redacted],[redacted].00 yesterday, but it's only showing on realtor.com, not on Zillow or Trulia. We have a tight deadline of 60 days to sell the house, and each day is crucial. The MLS number is #[redacted]. I spoke with Blake, and he mentioned that he hasn't received the necessary information from Zillow yet to update the listings. Please help us resolve this quickly.

Hello, I have tried twice to address the ZEstimate for my rented 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home in Capitol Hill, Washington, DC. The property is located at [redacted] 10th Street, NE, and the monthly rent is $3,[redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not received any response. The ZEstimate currently shows $2,[redacted], which is significantly lower than the average rental prices of similar properties stated by Zillow on the listing page. This inaccurate information affects the visibility of my rental. As experienced real estate agents and property managers with over 30 years of ownership, we are certain of the market rates. We recently concluded a rental agreement at $3,[redacted]-$3,[redacted] per month for four years. It seems that Zillow may be confusing our two-bedroom house with a one-bedroom basement apartment. The current situation needs to be corrected promptly as it affects the property's advertisement on Zillow.
