While watching videos on YouTube, I came across an offer for a free one-month trial of YouTube Premium. I followed the link and entered my information as prompted.
To my surprise, I received a notification that £15.99 was debited from my bank account following this transaction. I was taken aback as I had signed up for a FREE trial.
I kindly request a refund of this amount since I have not utilized any of the premium benefits and did not intend to make a purchase. The misleading advertisement of a free trial has left me feeling disappointed.

I operate a channel named "GAMING with Gregory" with over 158k subscribers. On average, my videos receive around 10k to 20k views per upload. However, in my last three videos, I have noticed a significant decline in performance. Lately, my videos struggle to exceed 3k views in total, a sharp drop from the previous engagement within just 10 hours. I am puzzled by this sudden change as my content remains consistent.

To my surprise, I received an email notifying me that my YouTube account has been suspended due to a violation of the Community Guidelines. When I was younger, I thought it would be fun to create a YouTube channel using my real name. However, I have come to realize that this might not be the best idea, and I would like to have the videos removed. I have recently changed my phone and number but still use the same email address. I assumed that my videos would appear on my new phone, but they haven't. Unfortunately, I am unable to delete or recover anything because I do not remember the associated phone number. I have been attempting to resolve this for years without any luck. The channel is registered under the name Leneva Martin and contains 14 videos created 4-5 years ago, soon to be several years old after the new year. It features an orange logo with an "L" in the middle. I would greatly appreciate any assistance as I have tried countless times to no avail.

I uploaded a video that was flagged for content infringement. The thumbnail was changed without my consent or knowledge because of nudity concerns, even though other videos from the same event had more explicit thumbnails. All the footage belongs to me. Because some of my content is controversial, I fear receiving multiple strikes from the algorithm. Thank you, and may the force be with you!

I paused my YouTube premium family account, but it unexpectedly resumed today and charged my credit card $18. Unfortunately, this cost is beyond our budget, especially since my family relies on food stamps. I have since cancelled my premium subscription today, less than a day after it resumed. Moving forward, I believe there should be a notification system in place providing ample time to reactivate, such as a week's notice with the ability to extend the pause option. I am seeking assistance to arrange a refund for the recent charge.

I notified YouTube about a video that violated my privacy by including my full name in the title. After YouTube contacted the channel owners, they removed my name from the title but added false accusations with my last name in the description (edited after YouTube's intervention). In addition to this, the video owner sent me a threatening email which I have a screenshot of and can provide to YouTube.

Hello, I accidentally signed up for the Premium Package twice yesterday. I want to cancel the second sign-up to avoid being charged twice. The sign-up was for Monday, December 9, [redacted], with three months free and payment starting on March 8, [redacted]. Hello, I am the owner of the YouTube channel Captain Korea with [redacted],[redacted] subscribers. I believe my account has been hacked. When I try to sign in using the Gmail linked to my YouTube account, it shows no videos, no subscribers, and now Captain Korea is a separate channel. There is a YouTube channel called Spirit Encounters ITC run by someone known as Chris Moon. This paranormal channel has been causing distress for three years through various means such as sharing personal information on videos and social media. He has disrupted relationships and friendships. Leaving YouTube hasn't stopped the issue. Removing his channel could prevent further harm. Contacting him directly could escalate the situation. Terminating the channel might be the best solution. Thank you.

I would like to address a concerning matter regarding the YouTube platform. There has been a prolonged issue involving Onision, also known as Greg. The content he produces is deeply troubling. It is disturbing to witness an adult exhibiting breakdowns and sharing them on the platform. What is even more distressing is that YouTube consistently permits him to do so. His content flagrantly violates numerous community guidelines, particularly those related to nudity, violence, and child safety. Onision appears to be exploiting the platform to target vulnerable individuals, particularly children. It is perplexing why YouTube still allows him to upload videos. I urge YouTube to take necessary action to remove both him and his multiple channels from the platform.

I signed up for a YouTube TV free trial, intending to avoid charges. Unfortunately, I missed canceling it by a day and saw a pending charge on my scouting account. Despite blocking the charge and cancelling the service on 12/6, the payment still went through, and my account is now active for an additional 26 days. I want to end the membership immediately and receive a refund as I did not want to pay for a month of service.

There is a scam advertisement circulating on YouTube that has been causing a lot of trouble. Numerous individuals have reported being charged £40 after clicking on an ad for "Your Fitness Guru" by Modo Mobi. Once you click on the ad, you receive four text messages notifying you of the charge. When you reach out for assistance, you're informed that the money has already been taken, and are then provided with a link for a supposed refund that never materializes. This deceitful ad is troubling because it even appears on videos targeted at children, and it's concerning to see so many people, including myself, falling victim to this scam.

I updated my account name on YouTube about 3 years ago, but my videos still display the old name, which is embarrassing as I was young when I chose it. Even though my friends see the new name, it hasn't updated universally. I checked the settings, and the new name is saved there, so I can't manually change it again. I really need to permanently update it to avoid the old embarrassing name being associated with my videos.
