I canceled my YouTube TV subscription on 3/19/[redacted], the same day I signed up, but did not receive any acknowledgment. When I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, they informed me that YouTube does not provide refunds for cancellations. I believe that since I canceled immediately on the same day, I should receive a refund for the charge. Despite the unsuccessful cancellation on 3/19/[redacted], I managed to successfully cancel on 3/25/[redacted]. I am puzzled as to why my initial cancellation was not acknowledged and refunded, considering it was done promptly.

I am a psychotherapist in California practicing privately. Recently, a former client covertly recorded our session, which is illegal in our state. The client's YouTube channel, Spirit Narc, posted these recordings. Although YouTube removed the videos upon my request, I mistakenly failed to download copies. Now, the Marin County Sheriff's Department in California requires the original recordings for their investigation. I am having trouble accessing my TV through YouTube TV. An error message, "Error 3, 2y4wf7j3xcffb," appeared asking to update the payment method. We have not made any changes to our payment method or stopped any payments to YouTube TV. Billing has been consistent for over a year. I have a request rather than a complaint. Currently, accessing YouTube playlists without an internet connection is impossible. I enjoy listening to music while working, and it's challenging to find a local station that plays songs matching my mood. This is where playlists come in handy. Unfortunately, with limited internet access at work, I am restricted to local stations. It would be greatly appreciated if YouTube could enable offline access to playlists. Many customers like myself would benefit from this feature. The frustration of having great playlists on YouTube but not being able to listen offline is discouraging.

I was watching YouTube for free and suddenly it mentioned I was on a trial, which I didn't sign up for. I would like to remove this trial from my [redacted] account. I need assistance canceling my YouTube account as I am unable to access my Google account. Despite knowing my email and password, the 6-digit verification code cannot be received due to an issue with my phone number. The login displays my number ending in 66, but upon entry, it claims the number does not match their records. Without access, I cannot cancel my account before incurring charges tomorrow. I recently noticed that HBO Max has been rebranded as MAX. When I attempted to access MAX, the platform prompted me to reauthorize through Youtube TV. Regrettably, I encountered an error message stating that Youtube TV did not authorize me to use MAX. Despite subscribing to the entertainment package, which includes HBO Max, I cannot seem to validate my MAX access. Initially, I successfully accessed MAX on one of my three televisions. However, while setting up MAX on another TV, the service stopped working on the initial television. As a result, I am currently unable to watch HBO, HBO-Max, or MAX on any of my TVs.

Recently, I've noticed some inappropriate and unappealing playlists being added to my account without my consent, which has been quite frustrating. I informed the PayPal team about my concern regarding Google and YouTube's practices. To access the 30-day premium trial on YouTube, I was required to link my PayPal account for the recurring $11.99 fee per month. During the sign-up process via Google Chrome, I encountered multiple security warnings and prompts to purchase unnecessary security features. I eventually switched from Google Chrome, inadvertently losing my YouTube premium subscription. Unfortunately, the premium service did not meet my expectations. Before contacting customer support, I tried to cancel my subscription but was informed to wait until the scheduled payment on June 1, [redacted]. YouTube lacked a direct customer service phone number, prompting me to initiate the cancellation process online. However, upon attempting to cancel, I was prompted to provide a credit card or PayPal account for a $39+ charge to authorize cancellation. I have a student NFL Sunday Ticket account that is set to auto-renew this year, purchased from Direct TV. Since YouTube TV acquired NFL Sunday Ticket, I can no longer log in to Direct TV to cancel the auto-renewal.
Could you confirm if my student subscription will auto-renew this year on YouTube TV? Will there be a student discount available for NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube TV?

On May 29th, I observed an attempted charge of $72.99 from YouTube, which seems to contradict the email I received on April 15, [redacted]. The email confirmed that my auto-recurring billing date for YouTube TV was adjusted at my request to start on Jun 15, [redacted], at $64.99. It mentioned a reduced charge of $35.64 on May 29, [redacted], covering 17 days between the original and new billing dates to prevent any service interruptions. I am puzzled by the discrepancy between the prorated amount indicated in the email and the full charge attempted. I would appreciate clarification on why the full amount was billed instead of the prorated one.
