I am a YOUTUBE TV subscriber experiencing numerous issues with the "DVR" playback feature. Despite engaging with customer service agents through the Get Call Back process, my problems persist. The agents advise me to submit feedback via my icon, which I have done countless times. However, some agents claim not to have received my feedback despite my successful submissions. It appears there are flaws with the feedback feature as well. Regrettably, I receive no assistance, recommendations, or compensation from YOUTUBE TV. It seems as though they are neglecting their customers, as I am unable to reach anyone capable of addressing my technical issues beyond the initial customer service level. My attempts to collaborate with YOUTUBE TV in resolving these ongoing problems feel futile, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the service I am supposed to be receiving.

I am a close friend and fan of Peter Frampton, and I constantly listen to his music on YouTube. The other day, when I visited YouTube.com, there was an ad which I think was for Spanx, but I wasn't interested. I just wanted to listen to "Baby, I Love Your Way" by Peter. In the ad, there was a picture of a woman changing her top, although I was not focused on it as I was waiting for the skip ad button to appear. When the woman accidentally exposed her breast, I found it to be inappropriate and not something I want to see. I am a decent, religious woman, and I would appreciate it if YouTube could ensure that I do not encounter any more unwanted nudity on the platform. Mary S. [redacted]

Hello, I engaged in a chat session with Frontier where I was informed that nothing could be done, which is unacceptable. I subscribed to Frontier Wi-Fi with a promotion for $10 off YouTube every month for a year. I was assured by Frontier that I would receive the promo code via email after my first billing cycle. I immediately signed up for YouTube but never received the code. When I contacted Frontier, they mentioned that they had already emailed it, but it turned out my email address was misspelled. After correcting it, I still couldn't apply the code, so I reached out to support. Sadly, YouTube informed me that there was nothing they could do. I rely on this discount as it fits into my current budget. The situation is not fair to me, and I haven't been able to resolve it despite my efforts to contact corporate and request assistance. It's frustrating that I have to deal with this when I signed up with the expectation of the discount. Please get in touch with me to provide guidance on how to proceed. Thank you.

Hello, I need answers to what I am asking in this note. I am a special mother, and my special daughter has a dream of visiting Japan and being happy. We are planning the trip, but when we search for information on how to respect the rules in that country, we come across many videos of travelers being discriminated against. They scared my daughter by saying that they don't like people of color, only white people like them. Why do they allow this kind of videos? I need someone to call me at [redacted].

I recently noticed some comments on a video linked to channels I don't recognize. It seems like I was subscribed to them without my knowledge. All these channels have a "live streaming" icon on their profiles. Even after changing my password and revoking third-party permissions, the issue persists. I suspect these channels might be involved in this. Any advice would be appreciated.

I reside in area code [redacted], approximately 40 miles from Tucson and [redacted] miles from Phoenix. For the last year, my account has been set to Tucson, where everything was working fine. I was watching DVR last night, but this morning I'm unable to access it or any Live TV. The system now shows my home area as Phoenix, which is incorrect. I haven't made any changes to my account and have no interest in programming from Phoenix. I only want to receive local news from Tucson. Why have my settings been changed without my permission? I've adjusted both my computer and mobile settings to Phoenix as requested, but still cannot access DVR or Live Channels. It's puzzling why my correct settings from the past year are no longer effective.

I accidentally deleted YouTube TV from my Roku smart TV while trying to remove the viewer dropdown. The green circle with the letter "S" was bothering me, and I wanted to disable it. After finding a solution to remove the dropdown, YouTube TV was also deleted. Now, when I try to log in, I am prompted with options for a 20-minute free watch or a 30-day trial, which I do not want. I have settled my bills and just want to access YouTube TV. I am unsure how to fix this issue and desperately need assistance.

Hello Expert, I hope all is good. This is the second time YouTube has suspended my channel and accused me of posting a video against the community guidelines. I never post videos that go against the guidelines; I only create videos for educational purposes and to share my message with my viewers in a humorous manner. I never insult anyone. I am very concerned about why YouTube suspended my account. When I started my YouTube channel, within a month, it was suspended, and after carefully reading the community guidelines, I created a new channel. Unfortunately, YouTube has suspended my account again. They haven't sent me any email or notification, they just closed my channel. Please advise me on the best course of action. Thank you.

My YouTube channel was wrongly terminated for alleged "sexualization of minors," yet I have never uploaded any videos. I solely use YouTube to watch videos, create playlists, and save libraries, none of which involve inappropriate content. I just want to return to enjoying YouTube without this distress. I assure you, I have not violated any guidelines. Please, can someone assist me in resolving this situation?

I have been subscribed to YouTube Premium, but I recently got a new iPhone after my old phone was disabled due to a forgotten passcode. Unfortunately, I can't access my YouTube account with all my playlists. I am considering stopping the current direct debit for my old Premium subscription and starting a new one on my new device, even though it will be time-consuming to re-download everything.

Please address this to YouTube's legal department: My name is James N., and I want to report a whistleblower complaint regarding Spectrum, owned by Charter Communications, and other channels for allegedly using spyware that restricts data access for up to 3 users and interrupts viewing with the question "Are you still watching?" I have previously reported similar issues involving Comcast and AT&T to YouTube. Upon visiting my mother's house, I observed that Spectrum is engaging in similar practices affecting 32 million customers across 41 states. Additionally, I noticed Comcast running commercials on YouTube that do not provide content but instead consume viewers' time and data. This occurred in Clinton Township, Michigan, with one commercial showing someone painting their nails excessively long. Please escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities, such as the FBI. Please, YouTube, consider the potential danger of showing dogs in close proximity to babies. I once heard of a situation where a baby inadvertently bit a dog's ear, causing the dog to snap and bite the baby's face severely. The baby had to be hospitalized and was left scarred for life. Accidents happen quickly, and it's crucial for parents to avoid unnecessary risks. The increasing number of photos depicting dogs with babies may be sending the wrong message to parents. This practice should be reconsidered to ensure the safety of children.

Hello, about 3 years ago, I lost access to my account named "UNSUB TO THIS CHANNEL" due to a hack and losing account details. I've been struggling to recover it as I lost the Gmail associated with it when my old phone malfunctioned. Hello, I have been trying to contact YouTube for several months regarding the suspension of my account. There are several old videos on that account that I would like to recover, and I am uncertain about the reason for the suspension as I believe I did not violate any guidelines. On 3/11/23, I signed up for the YouTube TV free trial, but due to my kids' unexpected time off, I never used it. I provided my credit card information, and I was charged $64.99, which has left me unable to afford school lunches. Despite canceling immediately, I have faced challenges in getting assistance. I have proof that I didn't utilize the service with a screenshot of the free trial offer. As a struggling single mom who is always behind on rent, this charge has hit me hard. I kindly ask for the $64.99 to be refunded, as my financial situation is dire, and I cannot afford to lose this money.

I accidentally clicked on a YouTube icon and it seems like it might require payment. I'm 71 years old and only want the free version of YouTube. I cannot afford any additional monthly expenses on my fixed income. If I unknowingly signed up for a paid service, I would like to be disconnected from it. There should be clearer indications of whether a service is free or not before clicking. Mistaken clicks should prompt a screen to confirm if it's a paid service or not with an option to delete the action. Please remove me from any potential paid accounts as I did not intend to incur costs. Thank you for your help.

I signed up for YouTube TV for the 14-day free trial but canceled my account shortly after. Today, $69.00 was deducted from my account, which was unexpected. I am 70 years old and keep being asked to provide information to an IT representative, but I do not require any IT assistance. All I want is to cancel the account, which I thought I had done, and receive a refund. My email associated with Google is [redacted] for reference.
