Hi, I am encountering an issue with a specific user on YouTube known for sharing private information about individuals in their videos. Here is a link to their channel: youtube.com/channel/UCz3hj… Their channel has attracted negative attention for violating the privacy of some YouTubers. As per your privacy policies, individuals can request content to be removed if they are uniquely identifiable in an image. This user has clearly disregarded these guidelines by posting unauthorized images of YouTubers. This behavior should certainly be subject to moderation. Thank you, Maebara-kun

On December 20, [redacted], my Gmail account was hacked. I unknowingly downloaded malicious software, granting the hackers full access to my computer. They altered my login details including the password and associated phone number. Additionally, they added a recovery option named Google Authenticator. It seems they also accessed and withdrew all my funds from my Google AdSense linked to YouTube. I kindly request YouTube to temporarily suspend my account for further investigation.

I am shocked by the explicit content on YouTube. I discovered that not only my kids but other moms are also struggling to prevent them from accessing such mature content. When did YouTube start allowing such inappropriate videos to be uploaded? It's crucial for YouTube to regulate its content, focusing on abandoned places, adventure, and ghost hunting topics. This disturbing situation has made me feel incredibly uneasy.

I am deeply concerned about the sexual content present on Youtube. I recently discovered that not only my children, but also other mothers' children, could easily access this inappropriate material. Youtube should be a safe platform for all ages to watch videos without being exposed to such explicit content. If these videos are not removed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue. This situation has left me feeling extremely unsettled.

Dear YouTube Team, I am facing difficulty accessing my YouTube channel despite being able to access my Gmail account. My channel was previously suspended for community guidelines violations that I did not commit. After submitting an appeal, the channel was reinstated by the YouTube team on May 15, [redacted]. Unfortunately, it has now been compromised. I can submit videos and thumbnails as proof of my ownership of the YouTube channel "Balotra Events" (now known as 7Star Team), which I originally created. This channel has 14.3 million subscribers, over [redacted] videos, and is connected to my AdSense account (AdSense pub-[redacted][redacted]). Hello everyone, I'm reaching out to share about the unfortunate termination of my YouTube channel on October 28, [redacted], due to a violation related to "spam, scams, and deceptive practices." I've had this account since [redacted], and it holds a lot of sentimental value for me. It's disheartening to lose all the memories associated with it. Despite my attempts to appeal the decision three times and reaching out to YouTube support and TeamYouTube on Twitter, my appeals have been consistently denied. This has taken a toll on my mental health, causing me deep distress and even leading to thoughts of self-harm. My channel mainly featured five videos, two of which were from several years ago, while the other three were posted in [redacted]. The more recent videos revolved around Bitcoin faucets and informational content about earning money online in a genuine manner. Reflecting back, I realize I unknowingly made mistakes, such as using "MiniURL" to shorten links in video descriptions and sharing links in comments on popular videos back in [redacted]. I acknowledge my missteps and have genuinely learned from them. I believe that if these actions led to the termination, a less severe consequence like a strike or temporary suspension would be more appropriate. On 12-24-[redacted] at 10:35 pm, a charge of $49.99 was deducted from my card for a subscription to YOUTUBE TV, which I did not authorize. It was created by a family member using my account. I did not intend to spend this amount, especially during these uncertain times. Kindly refund the funds back into my account as soon as possible as I am in need of it.

Dear Sir, I recently discovered someone named Tanvir Imam using my account to upload cartoon demo videos. It seems like he somehow gained access to my account as both our names are similar, with only a slight difference in spelling. My name is spelled as Tanveer Imam, while his is Tanvir Imam. Despite the similarities in pronunciation, our names vary slightly in spelling. All my subscribers are showing on his channel. I am not very familiar with computers, and I somehow ended up signing up for YouTube TV on my phone using my debit card. However, I am unable to connect to YouTube TV, and I see charges on my debit card. I would like to cancel my YouTube service and any association with them, and I want them to delete my debit card information. They have been charging me $54.99 electronically. I attempted to contact their customer service, but they asked for my card details again to resolve the issue. I am hesitant to provide this information as I fear being charged again without speaking to a real person to solve the problem.

I am having trouble accessing my YouTube account to watch live stream football games. I am unable to find any assistance in accessing the games. Unfortunately, I never received any emails from YouTube regarding my account, no receipts or instructions at all. I signed up using the email below, but I have not received any information. I have tried to find a phone number or internet chat for help, but have had no luck. If I cannot get help, I would like a refund. It is frustrating that there is no service available. I believe having a real human customer service representative contact me in real time would resolve this issue. I hope YouTube can rectify this without additional charges.

I have been charged $12.78 in both November and December for YouTube Premium subscriptions that I did not order. Despite attempting to reach customer service for a refund, I was unsuccessful in speaking to a representative. I initially tried to sign up for a free trial, but was informed that I was not eligible as I had supposedly already used one, which I do not recall. Subsequently, after not selecting any paid options, I was surprised to see the charges on my account. There are no services listed under my subscriptions, and the music streaming feature I wanted to use with the premium service did not work as expected. My verified artist channel, "Bravishi," was hacked recently. Previously, I accessed this channel via my Yahoo email ([redacted]). The hacker(s) unlinked my Yahoo account from the YouTube channel and connected it to their Gmail account ([redacted]). Unfortunately, my Gmail account, created using the Yahoo email, is no longer accessible, resulting in a loss of access to the account.

I recently rented a movie on YouTube and was surprised to see my credit card information already stored. This card is new and has only been used twice online: once for my Medicare premium and once for a Musician's Friend purchase. I am concerned about how YouTube obtained this information. I am looking to cancel my current YouTube TV subscription and set up a new one with my new email and credit card details. I purchased a self-assembly metal model kit from an advertisement on YouTube but received a lightweight plastic replica with no moving parts. After invoking distance selling laws, the company initially offered a 30% refund, but I insisted on a full refund, which I received.
