My entire YouTube channel was terminated because someone falsely reported several old gaming videos from [redacted] that I created. These videos feature gameplay from "Nexon" games and are protected under fair use according to US copyright law. They are non-commercial, transformative, use only a minimal portion of the original content, and do not harm the market for the original games. I believe that my use of the content falls within the guidelines of fair use as outlined in Section [redacted] of the Copyright Act of [redacted]. I am requesting assistance in resolving this issue and having my channel reinstated.

I have been attempting to reach out to YouTube for the past month and a half. Unfortunately, my account was hacked, and unauthorized videos were uploaded without my knowledge. The content violated the Terms of Service, leading to my account being suspended. Despite my efforts to contact YouTube support, I have only received automated responses. These videos, including scams, game hacks, Bitcoin content, and torrent tutorials, were not created by me. I have never uploaded any videos and only use YouTube to watch content.

I am Ricardo. I am requesting to stop the monthly payments from my account that have been happening without my consent. I did not sign up for anything online. Please stop the payments and refund my money. I am going through a difficult time as I lost my job, house, belongings, dog, and girlfriend earlier this year. Any money is significant to me right now, as I have lost £11.59 or £21.95 multiple times per month since February. I have tried to stop these payments at the bank with no success. I am currently living in a room, one month behind on rent, and actively seeking new employment. Please help me stop these payments for good and refund the money. It seems other websites are also targeting me, possibly due to identity theft issues I faced 12 years ago. I am still struggling to recover from loans taken out in my name. I have had YouTube without commercials on my phone for about 8 or 9 months. However, since April, I have been experiencing commercials even though I am paying for the commercial free version. I want to raise a complaint regarding videos of baby monkeys which are being abused by certain individuals on platforms like YouTube. Despite reporting these videos, no action seems to have been taken. It is disheartening to see these poor animals being mistreated by poachers and others who dress them up for abuse. I have contacted trading standards for advice on this matter, and if necessary, I will escalate this to a formal report. There is a video by someone named Monkey Tail who is advocating against these practices. It appears that efforts are being made to stop her rather than addressing the real issue of animal abuse. One such channel that should be banned is Monkey Baby Channel on YouTube.

Today is October 19th and I am still struggling to watch consecutive episodes of this story. Could someone please assist me? My question pertains to the Turkish series "Sol Yanim" or "My Left Side" with English subtitles. Is there a way to watch this series in sequential order from episode 1 to 12? The playback seems inconsistent and often skips episodes. I really enjoyed this series and would appreciate being able to watch it from start to finish.

I have a question regarding YouTube's policy on COVID-19 medical misinformation. According to the guidelines, content that spreads medical misinformation conflicting with local health authorities or the World Health Organization is prohibited. Does this mean individuals like scientists, hygienists, and researchers are not given a voice? It is known that not all scientists share the same views. Is YouTube now deciding which perspective is correct? This restriction makes me concerned about censorship and hindering open discussions, resembling past regimes, like the Red law enforced during communism in my country. Everyone should have the right to express their beliefs. Are these policies not obstructing that right? Despite being vaccinated, I feel uneasy about this restriction.

Hello... I have been posting many videos for a while now, marking them as unlisted. I copy the link to share with specific individuals via email. Recently, when trying to access these links on multiple Windows 10 PCs, I keep receiving a "This link can't be reached!" error, even for older videos. Interestingly, the links work on my iPad and iPhone. The same issue occurs on my wife's YouTube channel. I have restarted my PCs and there have been no recent Windows updates. On 8/12/[redacted] (Thursday), both my YouTube account [redacted] and Windows mailbox were hacked. The hackers transferred my YouTube account, resulting in the loss of [redacted] videos and revenue. The hacker created a new Gmail account, [redacted], to transfer my account. I have reported this to Google Ads, and they have suspended the [redacted] account. Google Ads has passed on case number [2-[redacted][redacted]] to YouTube, but I have yet to receive a response. I am looking to retrieve my videos and earnings from the hacker's account. One of my favorite shows always seems to go off the air whenever a certain individual is blocked from posting harassing comments about the show. This occurs consistently each time the person is banned from making derogatory remarks about the host of the show. The individual, going by the name Coon Nig, frequently targets the "Manpup Buck" show, hosted by a Canadian pup who runs a talk show from his home. It's frustrating that this individual continues to disrupt the show with inappropriate comments, leading to its removal. I urge the platform to look into both the show and the offensive comments made by Coon Nig, and to take appropriate action to prevent further disruption. It's important to ensure a safe and respectful online environment for all viewers.

It's about Mini Ladd. He has made mistakes, but he shouldn't be hounded like this. He has just returned, and people are criticizing him for things that happened a long time ago. The man has paid for his mistakes and only recently started streaming again after a year and a half. People should leave him alone. Please support his new videos or any new content he creates. I am deeply upset and scarred by the disturbing videos of animal abuse on YouTube. It is appalling to see such content allowed on the platform, with some videos dating back over a decade. This content is sickening and traumatizing, making it unbearable for me to let my kids watch YouTube or even let my pets out. The worst part is the comments that support this abuse and the use of these videos by individuals with disturbing fetishes. YouTube must take action to remove these harmful videos and prevent such content from being shared in the future. Please address this issue promptly for the well-being of all users and animals.

I was charged $75.42 on my card on 10-9. I subscribed to YouTubeTV through T-Mobile and got the 1-year promotional price of $54.99. Later, I added HBOMax for $14.99. Google billed us $69.98 for our package in June, July, and August, which was correct. However, we noticed they also billed us an additional $54.99 during the same months, a few days before the correct bill. Despite disputing the charge with Google, they claimed it wasn't fraudulent, so no refund was issued. Recognizing it was a billing error, I cancelled and restarted the service hoping to fix the issue. We are currently out $[redacted].97 due to these duplicate charges. Despite many attempts to contact Google, resolution has been difficult. T-Mobile provided your contact information as they were unable to assist. The duplicate charges did not appear on our T-Mobile billing history, only on our bank statements. Even our bank, Wells Fargo, was unable to help. Thank you for any assistance provided.

Approximately a week ago, I uploaded a video of myself playing a game only to receive a copyright claim, despite there being no borrowed music or video content. Hello, I want to share what happened with my Youtube channel. Yesterday, when I checked my computer, I saw that I received a 2nd strike on one of my videos. The video in question was an old meme I created around 5-6 months ago. It was removed due to "Harassment and Cyberbullying," but I did not target, mock, or insult anyone in it. I reviewed Youtube's policy on this matter, which prohibits content that threatens individuals or contains prolonged insults based on intrinsic attributes. My original 1st strike was about to expire in 14-15 days when this 2nd strike occurred out of the blue. I already appealed, but it was rejected. I believe this was unjust as I did not violate any guidelines. Could you kindly reconsider removing this 2nd strike from my channel? Thank you in advance. Goodbye for now.
