My email, [redacted], accessed through Yahoo login, has been hacked, and I am unable to access it. I never set up a recovery option as it was created 18 years ago, no recovery email or phone number linked to it. Despite trying all the options available on Yahoo's help desk, I have not been successful in recovering it. I am hoping to speak with a representative to resolve this issue, either by unlocking it or receiving a new temporary password to regain access. Although I have attempted to change the password, I am still unable to log in. Regrettably, no emails can be sent to this address as I cannot access it. This problem has persisted for almost three weeks.

Hello, I am experiencing a series of issues. Today, my iMac crashed, leading me to troubleshoot it by reinstalling the OS. However, to do so, I require my Apple Account password, which is stored on the now inaccessible computer. I had changed this password and my Yahoo Mail password in the past without backing them up. Now, to retrieve my Apple password via email, I need access to my Yahoo Mail on an older computer. Unfortunately, I cannot remember one of the security questions to recover my Yahoo Mail account on the older device. Please provide guidance. Thank you, D.B. I am overwhelmed by the Yahoo ads that are irrelevant to me while using my Yahoo email. Despite clicking the "Not Relevant" button numerous times, the same ads keep reappearing. It seems these companies are being charged for ineffective advertising. Yahoo claims to adjust the ads based on feedback, yet they continue to display repetitively. This situation is truly frustrating. If Yahoo disregards my feedback, they may be doing the same to many other users. It might be time for a Class Action Lawsuit against Yahoo to address this issue. Yahoo, please improve your ad targeting system!

I have been using Yahoo Mail for years on my laptop, but unfortunately, my laptop is no longer working. I have switched to a different desktop computer, and I am unable to access my Yahoo Mail account. Every time I try to log in, I am prompted with a request for two missing digits from a phone number that I do not recognize. I have tried all the solutions provided by Yahoo's customer support without success. I desperately need to regain access to my account as I am missing important appointments and online banking notifications. I even attempted to create a new account to retrieve my old emails, but I encountered the same issue again. I am hoping for assistance in resolving this matter. You can reach me at [redacted]

I wanted to bring to your attention a possible mistake on yahoo.finance.com regarding the stock symbol ORC (Orchid Island Capital). The first news item mentions CPI FIM SA (formerly ORCO PROPERTY GROUP), which seems unrelated to ORC. This error could be impacting the perception or price of ORC, and I believe it requires correction. In all my years of trading and relying on your finance news, I have not encountered an issue like this before. Thank you, Neva.

I am attempting to deactivate an old Twitter account linked to a Yahoo email I haven't used for nearly a decade. Without access to the associated phone number or recovery email, I'm unable to proceed. It's frustrating that to speak with a real person, I need to log into my inactive Yahoo account, which seems illogical. Automated responses haven't assisted me. I am willing to provide identity verification and security answers but have struggled to connect with a support representative.

Several years ago, my email account, [redacted], was accessed and the information was altered, locking me out of my account. Despite reaching out to Yahoo for help at the time, I was unable to regain access. This account holds precious photos of my daughter, and I am determined not to lose them. Despite my efforts to use various methods to recover the account, I have not been successful. With a new phone number now, I cannot receive a verification code. I am unable to use an alternative email or answer security questions that I set up. I am seeking genuine assistance to resolve this issue. I appreciate any help that can be provided. Please refrain from sending links that I have already attempted as they have not yielded any results. Thank you.

I am seeking help for a friend who has lost access to her email account and Facebook due to hacking. The hacking incident involved her Facebook account linked to her Yahoo email address, [redacted], which seems to have been deleted. The hacker is threatening to share her personal photos. I have attempted to reset the password for her email but the sign-in page does not recognize the email address, possibly because it was deleted today. I spoke with her on the phone to help with this issue. Despite trying to recreate the email ID, it appears that it is still in use. We are hoping to find a way to recover the email or regain access to it to secure her accounts. The hacker has not altered the recovery email on her Facebook account, offering a potential opportunity to reset the password. Any prompt assistance or guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. If more information is required, please let me know. Thank you.

For years, I've had my Outlook (Small Business Office [redacted]) linked to my Yahoo email on my Windows 10 computer without issues. However, since last Thursday (April 25th), it has suddenly stopped working without explanation. Despite resetting my password multiple times and verifying my POP connection settings in Outlook, I continue to receive error messages indicating it's not working. I temporarily disabled AVG to rule out firewall or port control issues, but the problem persists. Interestingly, I can still access my Yahoo email directly through the web. I'm seeking assistance in restoring the functionality of Outlook with my Yahoo email ([redacted]), managed through Yahoo Small Business. Although based in Montreal, Canada, my contact number is 1-[redacted]. For safety, I have provided an alternative email for communication. Your help resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Best regards, Richard

To access my small business Yahoo email on my Android phone, I created an app password for "Android Mail." I have managed to retrieve most of my social media accounts except for this crucial one. It is vital for me to regain access to my Yahoo mail as it contains important work-related emails and transactions.

I'm having issues with my att.net email, which has privacy information I can no longer access on Yahoo's platform. Yahoo and AT&T keep redirecting me back and forth for two weeks. I visited an AT&T store, but no one is assisting me. The privacy dashboard has outdated details, putting my account at risk. I no longer have services with AT&T or Yahoo. Receiving emails like the one below just frustrates me further, as it leads me nowhere in resolving my problem. Good day, Thanks for reaching out to Yahoo. I created this email address about 20 years ago. Unfortunately, it was hacked, and my emails were compromised. The contact email listed on the account is also inaccessible to me. I'm stuck because the Gmail account wants access to you as its contact, creating a deadlock. I need to recover my Yahoo account. Although my Gmail incorrectly lists Pennsylvania as my location, I have always been in Ohio except for a brief period in Missouri. I can provide all necessary information, although my phone number has changed. Please assist me in recovering my email, [redacted] This account holds over [redacted] of my photos, which are invaluable memories of my life, children, grandson, and late mother. This situation began on January 1st when I lost access to Facebook, Messenger, and all my contacts. The hackers targeted my Gmail accounts linked to Google Plus. My father-in-law believed he had closed his Yahoo account years ago. Unbeknownst to him, a bill was still being deducted from his bank account each month, and the statements were sent to his supposedly closed Yahoo account. As we recently took over managing his bills, we discovered this oversight, leading to over a thousand dollars being paid annually for a service he thought had been canceled. We need to determine the exact date when the Yahoo account was closed so we can confront the billing company about their lack of awareness regarding the account status. A notification like "Your message wasn't delivered to [redacted] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail" ought to have alerted them to the closed account.

I am experiencing an issue with my Yahoo email account, [redacted], as it has been locked due to the inability to set up a recovery phone number. Upon signing in, I encountered a roadblock at the "set up recovery phone number" page, but I do not possess a suitable number for this purpose and do not wish to set one up. Despite attempts, I was unable to proceed as I was asked security questions that I could not answer, particularly the second unrecognizable one. I could not locate any mention of a mandatory recovery number setup in the terms and simply seek a way to bypass this requirement to access my email. I have logged an incident with Yahoo, #[redacted]8, but as the automated response will be sent to my locked account, I advise contacting me at [redacted] My primary goal is to regain access to my email account devoid of the pressure to provide a recovery phone number.

I recently encountered a frustrating issue as I have been unable to access my Facebook and Yahoo accounts for the past three weeks. I suspect that I accidentally visited an insecure site which caused me to be logged out of Facebook. Despite using the same password for nine years, I am now unable to remember it. Moreover, my Yahoo account is linked to the same phone number as Facebook, and since I have recently changed my phone number, I am stuck. Even though I tried creating a new Yahoo account with my new phone number, I keep getting redirected to my old account. The system does not allow me to update my new phone number. This situation has been very distressing, and even my tech-savvy husband has been unable to resolve it.

Yesterday morning, my Outlook account, which is connected to my BT Yahoo email address [redacted], stopped receiving incoming emails. I keep receiving a dialog box prompting me to confirm my password, but after doing so, I am still not able to receive new emails. When I try to Send/Receive in Outlook, I receive two messages in a dialog box indicating issues with the incoming mail server (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) server. These errors are causing a delay in receiving emails. Despite trying to reset my password for Webmail and Outlook, the problem persists. Until yesterday, I haven't encountered any email reception issues over the past several months.
