I have a Facebook account under the name Dr. Abdullah Bangwar with the email address [redacted] and phone number +[redacted]51. I also had another account with the same phone number named Marui Abdullah that I rarely used. I want to delete the unused account and change my email address from the old one to the new one, [redacted] In the process, I somehow lost access to my regularly used account, Dr. Abdullah Bangwar. I contacted Facebook support and provided a screenshot, but I haven't received a response. I don't know what happened during the deletion process, but I think I accidentally deleted my main account instead of the unused one. Additionally, I am unable to log in to my Yahoo account associated with my main Facebook account. Now, when I try to log in using my phone number and Yahoo address, I end up in an account that does not belong to me. I'm frustrated as I've tried various methods to recover my account without success. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my account. Thank you.

I would like to have Isay.com added to my inbox list. Unfortunately, I mistakenly marked their emails as spam and deleted them without realizing they are not spam. I rely on these emails for a useful service and need them to come through without being flagged as spam. This mistake has caused me to lose money, and I have tried to address this issue before, but the response I received did not resolve the problem. Isay.com informed me that you need to correct this issue, or I won't be able to receive their emails anymore. Creating a new account is not an option as I would lose the money I currently have with Isay.com. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I keep receiving Yahoo mail messages about "Error code [redacted]: Suspicious activity detected on your account" and I have to change the password often due to this issue. This happens 3-4 times a week. It only happens on one of my multiple Yahoo accounts, and the emails sent from that account have not reported any problems. Could this be an issue with my account or something else? Thank you.

Dear Yahoo Support Team, I appreciate your response, but I'm still experiencing the issue with moving emails between folders. Despite the attempts to explain the problem, it seems we're not on the same page. Let me provide further details to clarify the situation: after deleting an email from the sent folder, I cannot move it back from the trash folder to the sent folder. There is no clear option to do so, and dragging the email doesn't work either. I hope this information helps in addressing the issue effectively. Looking forward to your prompt assistance. Sincerely, Zoran S.

Dear Yahoo Service Expert, I am reaching out regarding email login issues with my account [redacted] The system is requesting an account KEY that I am unable to provide as the associated emails and aliases linked to my account for recovery and security are incorrect. I would like assistance in resetting my account security, updating my email address, and providing a correct phone number. Additionally, I am looking to clear previous security settings, as the alternate email addresses provided to Yahoo years ago were incorrect and compromised my privacy due to concerns about Yahoo selling contact information. I would like to remove the account KEY requirement for login after resetting all security settings for my Yahoo email. Despite initially using my Gmail account up to load my Yahoo emails, I have since disabled this feature due to memory consumption issues on my cell phone. For further communication, you can reach me at 1-[redacted]. Your help in resolving these matters is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ying Li

I attempted to access my Yahoo account, but I forgot my password and made too many unsuccessful attempts. The system now requires me to recover the account using a backup email and phone number. Unfortunately, my son, who had previously tampered with my account, added his own contact information. Due to his current situation in jail, I cannot access the verification code sent to him. I have discovered the correct password on my alternate phone that is already logged in. I am now trying to log in on my new iPhone, but I am unable to proceed as the system continues to prompt me for the backup email and phone number. With the correct password in hand from my other device, I am hopeful for one last opportunity to successfully log in to my account.

I have previously raised this issue, but I trust in your team to guide customers on resolutions. Many users are facing email account security threats with no access to alternate emails. I have proof of my linked Facebook accounts to regain access. The new password recovery process is inconvenient. I require assistance to retrieve my account to reconnect it with a game. My Android phone was stolen, and it had my Yahoo mail account on it. When I attempt to log in, I am stuck in a loop requesting the "Tap Account Key" on the phone, which I no longer have. The two recovery emails linked to my account have been compromised, and I am unable to use my mobile number as it was also stolen. I have unsuccessfully attempted to recover both of my compromised recovery emails and tried to merge my email with another account to no avail. I urgently need to regain access to my email address, which is crucial as it is connected to all my accounts and commitments. I am desperate not to lose it. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I am having trouble adding my Yahoo email to my new phone because I can't remember my password. The phone number I used for Yahoo to send me a code is no longer active, so I can't receive texts. How can I resolve this issue?

I urgently need assistance! I've been searching the help site for an hour without finding any answers. I'm frustrated that I'm only offered a paid option for help. The email accounts I set up for my kids three years ago are having issues. The first one, [redacted], won't let me log in and says it's deactivated. Please assure me this isn't true. My daughter's account, [redacted], allows me to log in, but there are no emails visible at all. Despite setting these accounts up years ago and sending important family pictures, nothing is showing up. I desperately need someone to restore my son's email access and explain the empty inbox in my daughter's account. I am deeply worried about losing these important emails and photos. Please reply promptly via email.

I suspect someone has been trying to access my Yahoo email account. I am looking for information on the specific cities and states from where these login attempts originated. Unfortunately, the "rep" I contacted seemed unaware of how the security features work, which was frustrating. I just want to ascertain the locations behind these access attempts. The request for account details, including the password, from your end seems unnecessary. For more information about my account, kindly reach out to me at [redacted] The notification claiming that the issue has been resolved is incorrect; the problem persists.

I've been trying to have my hacked Yahoo account deleted. Yahoo keeps asking for verification of information that I don't have since the account was newly created and had minimal activity. I explained the situation, but they are insisting on details that are not on the account. I received an email from Yahoo about the unauthorized access, so I don't understand why they can't act on that information. I found their support to be unhelpful, so I decided to switch my accounts to Gmail for better security measures.

One of my folders seems to have disappeared from my main email screen, even though it shows up when I try to move emails or send messages to it. I also received a pop-up notification while playing a game, asking if I was trying to access my email. I checked my Yahoo account for any related information but found nothing. Additionally, while the privacy dashboard provides numerical counts of activities, I am unable to access any detailed information. I requested a data download but struggled to find a way to access it once received. I want access to my information promptly. Thank you in advance.

1. I am experiencing an issue with a missing folder in my Yahoo Mail. Despite being able to send emails to it by typing it in the address field, the folder disappears when I return to the main screen. How can I make this folder only show up when I want to interact with it? 2. Approximately an hour ago, while playing a game on my phone, I received a notification about someone attempting to access my Yahoo Mail settings. Although I did not initiate this, I dismissed the notification. Upon checking my Yahoo Mail, I found no information regarding this login attempt in recent activity or security alerts. Shouldn't there be details about such login attempts, similar to Google's notifications? 3. I am unable to access the privacy dashboard properly. While it shows a numerical count of data, I cannot click on anything to view the details. After requesting my data to be downloaded, I received the email but couldn't access the information enclosed. Can someone assist me with this issue? Thank you.
