My Indian SIM card has expired, and I am currently in Asia for the next year. Recently, I was prompted to log back into my Yahoo UK Email and Flickr accounts. Previously, I only accessed Yahoo from home. However, in the last two years, I have started using a smartphone, leading to this unfamiliar situation. Unfortunately, my recovery email is an old Virgin address that I can no longer access. Since I am not using my original phone number, I am unable to change the recovery email myself. I have tried to follow a YouTube tutorial, but it was for a desktop and not applicable to an iPhone. This is my third attempt to seek assistance. Could someone please help me change my recovery email to the one listed below? Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Steve (littletriggers) McCathie

I attempted to update my iPhone 6S to the latest IOS version months ago, and a reactivation message appeared. I am unable to access my device because I forgot the passwords to my email ([redacted]) and iCloud, set up when I first got the phone years ago. Despite numerous attempts, I cannot recall the correct password, and each failed entry locks my account. Due to memory loss issues, I am unable to recollect the answers to my security questions. My old T-Mobile number ([redacted]) is inactive as I canceled it during my time in Manila for therapy. Consequently, I am unable to receive the verification codes necessary to reset my email password. I have been unable to use my iPhone for months and urgently need assistance in reactivating my email account ([redacted]). Please provide guidance on how to proceed, and I am prepared to verify my identity as Eduardo DE Jesus Jr. I can now be reached at my new email, [redacted], for further instructions. Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Subject: Difficulty Accessing Yahoo Account
To Customer Care,
I have attempted to resolve this issue with my Yahoo account but have not been successful. Case number: [redacted]. Recently, I bought a new laptop and encountered difficulty signing in to my Yahoo account on the new device. The system requested two digits of an outdated phone number for verification, making it impossible for me to receive the recovery code and access my essential emails. Despite being able to access my email from my old device and add recovery details there, I was unable to find a way to update this information on the new device. The response from the help center suggested creating a new Yahoo account, which is not a viable solution for me as my email is crucial for managing bills and communication with my landlord.
I possess both my Yahoo ID and password and am seeking assistance in regaining access to my account without the outdated phone number. Is it possible to sign in using my password without the need for the phone number verification? Can recovery data be added after signing in with my password? I am hopeful that there are alternative methods available for account recovery that do not rely on the unreachable phone number.
I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter promptly. Please refrain from sending the standard responses provided by previous agents.
Warm regards,
Z.B.

I'm in a difficult situation as I've been locked out of my Facebook account due to scammers and not having access to my old phone number for two-factor authentication. I've reached out to Yahoo with a different email address as my usual account is inaccessible. My Yahoo password is also a challenge since I don't remember it and have it saved on my phone, which I no longer have. I am Braxton Jalynn Swackhammer, but my Yahoo account may have my last name as Fuller. I can provide any necessary proof to regain access to my account. It would mean a lot to me to retrieve my Facebook account as all my important information is stored there. You can use my friend's phone to send any verification codes needed. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I am a dedicated Yahoo Fantasy Football player and a successful product developer. I am interested in sharing innovative ideas with your company. Could you please provide guidance on the correct process or person to contact for idea submissions?
Thank you,

PS: I came across a comment by Allan Chui, EA Sports SR Manager, Global Brand Management, expressing appreciation for a fantasy football innovation. It seems like a feature that fantasy sites like NFL, Yahoo, and CBS would benefit from integrating directly.

A few years ago, I created a Yahoo account which I used to set up my Facebook account. Recently, I've been trying to access my Yahoo account to retrieve my old Facebook account, but I can't remember the password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the mobile number I used during registration, and I don't think I added any alternate email addresses. Is there any way for me to recover my Yahoo account so I can start using it again and regain access to my old Facebook account?

Hello,
I am Nimit from the United States, and my mother resides in India. Thank you for your help.

I am having trouble accessing my account after resetting my phone to factory settings. I am unable to log in on my laptop because it requires a 6-digit code that I would normally receive on my phone. Unfortunately, I do not have any other email linked to my account or my mobile number. This email address is crucial to me, as I conduct all my important activities through it. I hope you can help me recover access to my account.

I have encountered issues with my Yahoo account on my mobile phone since last year. Whenever I try to sign in, I receive a "correct credentials required... sign-in" message. Despite using the correct password, I am unable to access my emails. After receiving a notification about my account possibly being closed, I tried changing my password but faced further complications. Although I can view my email accounts, I am unable to proceed due to error messages. Currently, my Yahoo mailbox on the mobile device displays a syncing error message and continues to request correct credentials for sign-in. I have not faced any problems accessing my account through a web browser. Should I consider removing the account from my phone given these challenges?

I attempted to log into my Yahoo email account and received a message stating that my password had been changed. The system prompted me to enter a code to reset the password linked to a business account that my ex-boss had set up for me years ago. Recently, the password to this account has been altered and linked to another account under the name Austin Allan in Ocala, FL, where my ex-boss resides. I am concerned that she might be behind this, as she has a history of accessing others' emails. I have been using the email address [redacted] since [redacted] without any issues until now. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Recently, I installed an SSD card in my computer and it somehow reset, deleting all my browsing history. I can't remember my password, and instead of the usual security questions, it's asking for a phone number I haven't used since [redacted]. This is causing me a lot of trouble since I've had this email account for nearly 20 years, and all my important accounts, like Steam, Microsoft, and Bethesda, are linked to it. My name is M. Konovalenko, I go by SlickMick online, and my email is [redacted] I would appreciate any quick assistance as I've already wasted days trying to resolve this. Thank you.

I am unable to find any options to manage this and need assistance to regain access to my account. I am currently facing an issue with accessing my old email account that has been unused for about 3 years. This email is linked to my Xbox live gamertag, and I recently bought a new Xbox that requires the password. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the password and I'm unable to access the recovery email as it belongs to my ex-wife with whom I'm not in touch. Yahoo customer support offered to help for a fee of $4.99 a month or $9.99 one time, which I cannot afford as I don't have a credit/debit card. I believe it's unfair to pay for such a short-term need. I only require access to the old email for a few minutes to retrieve a verification code to regain access to my gamertag, after which I will update the email to my current one. This effort is crucial to recover valuable purchased content on my Xbox account, and I hope to find a solution without incurring unnecessary costs.

Hello,
I'm Alina. I tried reaching out about my email address at [redacted] My case number is [redacted]3. I mentioned that I no longer have access to my recovery email and need to recover my account. The initial response suggested using Yahoo Help Central or Twitter for assistance. I replied stating that the suggestions didn't solve my issue due to the lack of recovery email access. In response, I was asked to open a new case since the previous one was closed.
I'm unsure what steps to take next to regain access to my email account. I appreciate any further guidance on how I can recover my email address.
Thank you.

I need to confirm if I understood the Yahoo Mail help page correctly. Periodically, I clear cookies from my iMac, and every time I do this, Yahoo Mail recognizes my sign-in as a new device. Generally, a verification code is sent to my old cell phone number, but I recently changed it. Now, even though I have the right password and I am signing in from my usual device, Yahoo is still blocking me. If I interpreted the help page accurately, I might have no choice but to create a new account. I've had this Yahoo email for years, so switching to a new one would require updating contacts and losing some data.
Please advise on how I can regain access to my account. If I'm permanently locked out, I would like to note my dissatisfaction due to the potential loss of important data. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been receiving misleading advertisements about the achievements of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister due to the ongoing election. The information presented in these ads by the Ruling Party is false. Yahoo, by sharing these fake ads, is contributing to the misinformation of voters. I am considering taking legal action against this. It is concerning to see false claims about the growth of our state attributed to a CM who I believe is not deserving of such praise.

I have a Yahoo SBCGlobal email account. I forgot my password but can receive a temporary sign-in code from AT&T. Recently, my son used my computer for his account, and now I can't switch back to mine. Every time I try, it takes me back to his account. I attempted to reset my password through AT&T, but now my AT&T phone number seems to be unlinked from my Yahoo SBCGlobal email. I can only access my email on my iPhone. I'm unable to log in to AT&T as well. I need help from Yahoo/AT&T to reset my email password and ensure it's connected to my AT&T phone so I can access it on my computer. I prefer not to pay $5 a month for a service that should be included.
