I have two accounts that I need to access, but it has been almost a year and I have had no luck. I called the customer service numbers I found on the internet, and they asked me to buy a Google Play card, promising reimbursement, but I believe it was a scam. I can answer all the security questions, but I no longer have the old phone number on file and the recovery email is for a different account I can't access. These accounts hold my children's pictures from birth, and it's important to me to retrieve them. The accounts are: [redacted], which I have had since I was 14 and turning 32 in 3 days. [redacted], created after I got married in [redacted].

Hello [redacted], I am still experiencing issues with my Yahoo! Mail account. It appears to have been hacked, as someone besides me is controlling it. I am receiving spam in my inbox, and my outgoing emails are bouncing back with a mail failure message. This has become a significant problem for users like me who rely on the internet for daily communication. While other accounts like PayPal and eBay swiftly resolve hacking incidents, I am surprised that Yahoo! Mail has not fixed this after so many years. We need our email accounts to function properly, and the security of Yahoo! Mail must be improved to prevent such incidents from recurring. Please address this issue promptly to ensure uninterrupted communication for users like me. Thank you, MattMaryDeth

Despite entering my correct security question answer on Yahoo, I'm unable to regain access. I'm willing to provide any requested information to verify my identity such as answering security questions, identifying Facebook friends, or even submitting photo identification. I have recollection of old passwords as well. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mrs. Tonya Lovell.

Hello, my name is Thomas Burrell. I have had a Yahoo Mail account for almost 15 years but rarely use it now. Unfortunately, I've lost the login information for my email address [redacted] I vaguely remember my second-to-last password. The main reason I log in is to view photos of my late wife, who passed away in [redacted]. Tragically, my ex-girlfriend lost all my possessions in a storage unit burglary in [redacted], including photo albums and my wife's ashes. My Yahoo mail account contains the only two photos I have of my wife, and I would greatly appreciate any help in accessing them once again. You can reach me at [redacted] or at [redacted].

My email address [redacted] keeps getting marked as spam, causing delays in receiving my emails. When I sent a test email to myself, it took 4 hours to arrive. Additionally, there seems to be an issue with my password not being accepted, even after my computer was unblocked following a 3-month restriction. I am also receiving suspicious messages claiming to be from PayPal, which I have verified are not legitimate. If these problems are not resolved promptly, I will seek assistance from Resolver to address the situation effectively.

I recently received a call from someone claiming to be from Yahoo; however, the call sounded unclear with what seemed like an Indian accent. I decided to reach out to Yahoo on my own due to the difficulty in contacting your customer service. The issue I am facing with my Yahoo account is that emails sent to my Cloud storage are bouncing back, indicating that they cannot be delivered to an unknown recipient. Consequently, people assume that I am not receiving emails. I suspect that my emails may be unintentionally trying to forward to this unfamiliar individual. I previously contacted Yahoo about this matter a month ago but did not receive any response. Are there actual humans working at Yahoo to address customer concerns? If Yahoo is indeed trying to reach out to me officially or if you can assist me in resolving this email forwarding problem, I would greatly appreciate hearing from a Yahoo representative, whether human or robotic.

Upon returning from my vacation, I noticed that my Yahoo email account had signed me out. Despite attempting various passwords unsuccessfully, I'm still locked out of my email. Primarily using the Mail app on my MacBook Air for personal emails, I seem to be stuck as it prompts for a password. While I can access my email via a browser with an account key sent to my phone, there's no option I can find to change my password for the Mail app access. The security settings appear to only permit sign-in with a Yahoo account key, which I currently have set up. Any guidance on where I can modify my password to resume accessing my email through the Mail app would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I need some assistance with my Yahoo account. I am trying to recover my account under the username [redacted] When I attempt to reset the password, it requests the phone number associated with the account for security verification. I remember the phone number, but it is an old one that I no longer have access to. The recovery process prompts me to enter an old email, which is my dad's outdated centurylink email that he cannot access anymore. The email and phone number fields are both masked for security. I do remember both, however, I cannot access them, and I have also forgotten the password for the associated email. I recall a few previous passwords but not the most recent one. Despite the obscured information, I am confident that the account belongs to me. Is there a way to regain access? Thank you.

I recently received an email informing me that my account would be deactivated soon. I mistakenly replied before realizing it was not from Yahoo. I inquired why the message didn't come from Yahoo but received no response. I did not provide any personal details but am still concerned. The email claimed I requested the deactivation on 8/3/18, which is untrue as I've had this account for over 20 years and don't want it deactivated. If this is a legitimate Yahoo communication, please refrain from deactivating my account. I am willing to help identify whoever is impersonating me. Thank you.

Yesterday, after years of speedy service, my Yahoo email service suddenly became extremely slow, taking 15-20 seconds or more to respond. Initially, I suspected my computer, but all other activities were working normally. I deduced that the issue lies with Yahoo's servers. Please assist me. As an elderly individual, this problem is causing me significant confusion, stress, mental anguish, and hindering my ability to enjoy using Yahoo's email service. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Alf

My Yahoo account was compromised around 5:30 Israeli time. I can no longer access it as the hacker likely interacted with you previously and now has removed all my contact information - my Israeli mobile number and two linked emails. The hacker messaged some of my contacts in French, soliciting fraudulent help. Additionally, a deceitful email address, [redacted], was created and linked to my Yahoo account. Could you kindly remove all current contact details from my account and allow me to log in with only my mobile number (+[redacted] 52 [redacted])?

Subject: Help Needed with Yahoo Mail Spam Issues I am encountering extreme difficulties with spam in my Yahoo Mail, preventing me from sending emails due to constant bounce-backs. Additionally, my account was falsely reported for deactivation, which I did not authorize. I suspect my account has been compromised, similar to incidents with my PayPal and eBay accounts. This recurring internet fraud is troubling, especially since we pay for internet services. It's crucial for Yahoo to enhance security measures to prevent unauthorized access. Kindly address and resolve this urgent matter promptly. Thank you, [redacted]

The email provides identification numbers and instructs me to contact a person named Mr. Dick Turkel to claim my prize. I created an account a while back and originally linked my Xbox [redacted] account to it using [redacted] However, I later changed it to [redacted] without realizing I had no access to the new email. I forgot the password and am unable to answer the security questions. The zrmurphy1 account has not been accessed in a long time. I have tried all my old passwords but none work. Hello, I am the commissioner of a fantasy football league on Yahoo. We have a private cash league, and unfortunately, one player has not paid and informed us just yesterday. I reached out to customer support via email last night but have not received a response yet. I am requesting assistance in enabling us to transfer the player's team to another Yahoo account as we have a replacement ready to join. This would be the fairest solution for the rest of the league given the circumstances. This situation is causing a lot of stress as our first game is scheduled for today at 5:20 pm. I kindly ask for prompt resolution so that our league can proceed smoothly. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Zachary C. Fantasy League Name: I dunno League ID: [redacted]

On September 5th, [redacted] at 4:53 PM, I received an unusual email from "[redacted]" in my [redacted] account. It claimed a request was made on 04/09/[redacted] at 12:42 PM to close my account within an hour of opening the message. Immediately, I replied denying this request at 8:22 PM on 9/5/18, but on 9/6/18 at 1:26 PM, Yahoo!Mail from "[redacted]" stated the closure request made on 9/5/18 at 2:07 PM was approved. I replied to dispute this to "[redacted]" I want to ensure my account [redacted], active for two years, remains secure and functional, as I did not request any closure. I fear this might be a hacker's prank putting my important emails at risk. Thank you.

I've had my account since I was young. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and seem to be struggling with the answers to my recovery questions. The online recovery process was unsuccessful, and I simply need to reset my old password. I'm encountering issues with the help sign-in option, as it only prompts me with the second security question, making me think I answered the first one correctly. Could Yahoo please email me the instructions to change my password? I appreciate it.

Hello, I am experiencing issues accessing my email on Yahoo due to security verification asking for missing digits of an old phone number. After contacting a friend for the missing info, I tried to proceed, but now it asks for an Account Key to verify my ownership, which I can't receive. The system then redirects me to their Help site, which hasn't been helpful. I urgently need to resolve this matter to access my EA account. Thank you.

I recently encountered an issue with signing in to my Yahoo account. After attempting to reset my password, I was asked to provide a recovery option. Despite entering my correct phone number and email address, I kept getting error messages and was unable to access my account. I have important documents and communications stored in my account that I urgently need to access. I have been trying to resolve this for two days without success. Your assistance in helping me regain access to my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I have been primarily using my Yahoo account on my phone and rarely use a computer. On August 28, I attempted to check my emails and was prompted to enter a password. Since I typically access my account without a password from my phone, I forgot what it is. When I tried the "forgot password" option, it displayed an old email I no longer use, and I couldn't remember its password either. Then, I was provided with another email address linked to my account, for which I also don't recall the password. I am now locked out of both email accounts. I am worried because my children have started school and I may be missing important emails. I usually share my Yahoo address with important contacts like credit card companies and banks. I am frustrated by this situation and would appreciate urgent assistance to regain access to my account.
