Good day. I am Jess Ree Requija from the Philippines. I am inquiring if there is a way to recover a Yahoo account when the registered phone number is no longer active. The Yahoo account in question is [redacted], linked to the Facebook account sabarillo.jessamay. The Facebook account was hacked, and the only way to recover it is through the Yahoo email linked to it. However, the password for the Yahoo account has been forgotten, and the only option for recovery is through a phone number that is no longer accessible. I hope you can assist us with this issue as it would be a great graduation gift for her in May. Thank you for your help.

I recently received an email claiming I won a $5,[redacted],[redacted] Yahoo email lottery. The email instructs me to contact Mr. Charles Morgan, the Claims Officer, at [redacted] They provided a form to fill out with personal details like name, address, telephone, fax number, age, and gender. The email was signed by Mrs. Georgina Rowland from Yahoo Asia Pte. Ltd. (Co. Reg. No. [redacted]35D). I'm unsure if this is a legitimate win or a scam.

I encountered an issue trying to access my Yahoo account. When prompted to verify my identity with an old phone number I no longer own, I reached out to customer service. Unfortunately, I was directed to a website requesting a $5 deposit from a credit card I don't possess. Accessing my emails is crucial, and I believe answering security questions should suffice. If this matter is not resolved promptly without any financial obligations, I will consider discontinuing my use of Yahoo. I will also share my negative experience with anyone considering using Yahoo services.

I am experiencing issues with receiving important emails via Yahoo from Microsoft Outlook. These emails are notifications from UPS regarding my package deliveries and dental insurance plan information from a Cigna agent. I was informed by a tech support staff member at Pace University that Yahoo is blocking these emails. I would like to request for these emails to be unblocked. Below is a snippet of the error message received on my pace.edu email address: Subject: Your Cigna Quote Information Date: Mon 4/30/[redacted] 1:47 PM Recipient: Ms. Delahanty Error: Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's mailbox is quarantined. Please contact your helpdesk if the issue persists. Rejection Point: mta4475.mail.gq1.yahoo.com

I've had a Yahoo account for years, but now it's saying I don't have one. My email is [redacted], and the last password I changed it to was [redacted]. Unfortunately, I can't access it and keep getting conflicting messages prompting me to check my email and then saying I don't have an account. It's frustrating not being able to resolve this issue. After updating my computer, I had to buy a new one as my old one got wiped out. The previous password was "2007avalanche". I'd appreciate it if this could be resolved promptly.

Hello, I set up a Yahoo account when I was young, and it seems all my accounts got compromised. The security questions asked are not ones I would choose. They are about my first honeymoon (never had one) and my frequent flier card (never had one). I'm trying to access my account because it's linked to my Facebook and Steam accounts, where I have personal information and over $[redacted] worth of games. I have details that might help recover it, but I prefer not to share them here. Also, I prefer not to mention my account name here.

I am writing to ask for help with my Yahoo account. I have noticed that my iPhone is storing notes in my Yahoo account instead of backing them up to my iCloud. While my iCloud backs up everything else, my notes are not syncing properly. I have over [redacted] notes in my Yahoo account compared to only [redacted] in iCloud. I have spoken to Apple support, but they are unable to diagnose why this is happening. Considering I am a writer, my notes are crucial for jotting down ideas and are vital to me. I am unsure if there is an issue with my email settings that are causing this storage discrepancy. This matter is urgent as I need to upgrade my phone but cannot do so until I resolve this note syncing problem between my Yahoo account and iCloud.

I received a call from someone named Lucy Martin who claimed to be from Yahoo, stating that our computer Yahoo was hacked. Unfortunately, I unknowingly provided too much information and was eventually asked to pay $[redacted] for a contract, which raised red flags for me. They proceeded to shut down my email. I contacted DELL for help, but they were unable to undo the damage caused by these individuals. I have since contacted my bank to secure new cards. It seems like getting a new computer is the only solution to our issue. I am currently at work as my email is inaccessible. Reflecting on the situation, I now realize I should not have disclosed my email account or password, but regrettably, I did. Is there any possibility of restoring my Yahoo account? Thank you, Lillian K.

Hi, I am Roya, and I have an issue with accessing my email account. Three months ago, I didn't use my H2O number for a while, and when I tried to recharge it, I was told to get a new sim card. Unfortunately, my phone broke, and I can't access my email. Yahoo sends the Account Key to my old number, which I no longer have access to. My email is crucial to me, and I need help recovering it. I have another email, but the one I need assistance with is very important to me. Thank you for any assistance. My new phone number is (+[redacted]4), and my alternate email is ([redacted]).

I contacted potential buyers and brokers via email, providing my contact information and company details. Shortly after, I found that my website was blocked, and I couldn't send emails from my Yahoo account. I assure you that my business practices are legitimate, and I have only sent a few emails to companies. I am based in Africa, Nigeria, and wonder if this is why I encountered these issues. The emails I sent were regarding business, not scams. I am frustrated by being restricted from reaching out to individuals and companies online. I seek assistance in unblocking my website and resolving the issue that is preventing me from sending emails through my account.

I have searched online using the information provided, but I cannot locate any relevant results. I would like to know the source of this information in order to rectify the error.

I have been searching extensively using Google to find a Yahoo phone number, but the information provided in various search listings does not lead to an actual phone number when clicked. I have noticed that my Google browser has been redirected to Yahoo without my consent, despite having my PC Control Panel settings set to google.com. This unwanted redirection to Yahoo search results has been inconvenient. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. While I prefer Google as my search engine, I am content with using Yahoo and AT&T for email services. Please ensure that the correct phone number for Yahoo support is provided to me via email for any future inquiries. Thank you.

I need assistance with accessing my Yahoo account. I have received an account key but am unsure how to enable push notifications or where to find the settings for it, whether on the iPhone or within the Yahoo app. I would rather use a regular password but do not know how to obtain one. I find account keys bothersome and would like to reset my password that I forgot a while back. Your help in accessing my account and resetting the password is highly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

Today, I lost my cell phone, which had my Yahoo email account set up for notifications. I purchased a new phone from AT&T and kept the same number. When I tried to log in to my Yahoo email on the new phone, it kept saying wrong username or password and won't let me login. I have important personal and work-related information in that email account. Yahoo is now asking me to wait 24 hours before trying again. I'm at a loss on what to do next to access my Yahoo email.
