My Yahoo email has been compromised on the dark web. I received an alert that someone accessed my Facebook account and took it over. They used my picture to message my contacts asking for money. I checked my email history and noticed a device I didn't recognize linked to my Yahoo account. The security settings were modified to bypass my usual two-factor authentication, which I found suspicious. They managed to get into my Facebook account through my email and created a fake profile with their contact information. I have been locked out of my account since then. I have attempted to contact Facebook for help multiple times with no response. Any assistance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking to contact an English-speaking customer service representative. The accent of the customer service agents at the new turbify customer service line is difficult for me to understand. Yahoo store services have changed ownership numerous times, from companies like "a" to Luminate, Verizon, to the current owner, turbify. I am unsure how to switch to a different web service provider while still being able to access my custom mailbox emails that I have had for fifteen years through Yahoo store. I am considering moving to a new web hosting company but am afraid of losing access to my past months' worth of emails. I cancelled a service with Yahoo and then had to reorder it to retrieve my emails, but I am now unable to access them from an email address that was my primary one.

Hello, I am Nilesh Kumar Khade, and I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Yahoo mail account under the email id [redacted] I have forgotten my password and am also unable to use the two-step verification process with my other email id, [redacted] This has prevented me from accessing both my emails. Good day, I'm Enough Dzunisani Mathebula, a South African attorney. In November [redacted], I opened a Yahoo Mail account for my firm as "[redacted]" Everything worked fine until January 25, [redacted], when I tried to access my emails and was told my account isn't recognized. Emails sent to the account get a message saying it's activated. This account is crucial for my law firm, containing sensitive client and firm documents needed urgently. Please reactivate "[redacted]" so I can resume receiving important emails essential for my firm's operation. Without access, my firm faces potential collapse. Hello, I am Ali Essa and I am unable to access my email account [redacted] that I created over 13 years ago. Despite using "bluema123" as my password, it is now marked as invalid. This email is linked to my recovery email [redacted] which I added in [redacted]. Both emails have the same IP address. I may have provided inaccurate information for security questions due to creating the account at a young age. I am experiencing issues with accessing my email account [redacted] that is linked through Yahoo. Despite not changing my password, I am now unable to log in due to an "invalid password" message. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset my password as there is no rescue email or cell phone associated with the account, and Frontier no longer offers phone support for password resets. I have tried reaching out to Frontier technical support, but have not received a resolution. As seniors, my husband and I are finding this situation challenging. We are looking for a way to update our contact information to receive a verification code or reset our password.

My email through frontier.com has stopped. I used to access it via Yahoo Mail after discontinuing our Frontier account four years ago. I've spoken to Frontier, who can't send a verification code due to old contact details. They require a new account to access the email which can only be done through their internet service. I have HOA internet already and wish I could update my information directly. Does Yahoo offer a way to update account details that could help resolve this issue and regain access to my longtime frontier.com address?

I recently received a letter addressed to James at my email address, but my name is actually Marietta Hassan. I have been the sole owner of [redacted] for nearly 20 years. I recently received an email addressed to James stating that the email would be closed due to inactivity. This email address belongs to me, and I have been using it for many years. Please review your records and see that I am the rightful owner. This email is vital to me as it is my main point of contact for everyone who knows me. I do not know who James is, but he does not own this email address. I kindly request that this matter be resolved promptly.

I am unable to reach a live support representative, which is quite astonishing in this modern era! My computer was hacked, and I must reset my Yahoo email password. However, when I attempt to do so, Yahoo asks for my phone number to send a 6-digit code. Even though I receive the code, Yahoo's page prompts me to enter an 8-digit code. This is clearly a Yahoo system issue, and I require immediate assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I am having issues sending promotional emails to my users with proper records like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. However, both my main IP and unused IP are getting blocked by Yahoo. I am unsure why my IPs are being blocked and how I can send bulk emails to users without encountering this Yahoo error: Error: "[redacted] 5.7.2 [TSS09] All messages from [redacted].34.[redacted].15 will be permanently deferred." I need a clear explanation on why this is happening and tips on how to avoid being blocked by Yahoo in the future.

Since 02/27/23, I have been unable to receive POP3 emails from sbcglobal.net on any of my 4 Outlook programs across 5 computers at 2 different locations. Although I can still send emails without issue, attempts to use a secure mail key have been unsuccessful. Despite creating a new key and trying to delete and recreate accounts, the error code 0x800CCC0E persists. I reached out to Zendaya at AT&T/Yahoo Mail, who promised a call within 10-15 minutes six days ago but failed to follow through. Today, when chatting with Samantha, she claimed she would connect me with someone who could assist me but abruptly ended the chat without resolving the issue.

Hello, I've forgotten the password for my account [redacted], and unfortunately, I don't have access to the recovery email. I need to find another way to verify that I'm the rightful owner of the account. Calling the helpdesk is not possible as it's exclusively for US customers. I've had this account for over 20 years and there are many crucial emails stored there that I can no longer reach. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently had to factory reset my phone because I forgot the password and lost everything on it. Now, I'm unable to sign in to my Yahoo account because I forgot the password. The system is asking me to use a recovery phone number from Afghanistan to receive a sign-in message, but now I'm in the Netherlands where that number doesn't work. Yesterday, my email froze and I had to shut down my browser. Now, I have lost hundreds of emails in my email file, my sent emails that are crucial, and all my contacts. It all began when I received an email from Yahoo informing me about the closure of old accounts yesterday. I checked the accounts I rarely use but consider as archives for specific emails. I opened them, thinking I updated them to prevent closure, which they haven't faced. However, they may be affected similarly. I then attempted to move some stored data (documents and photos) from those accounts. Everything seemed fine around 7 p.m. yesterday. I had urgent emails to respond to, but when I began doing so, my system froze. After restarting the browser, everything appeared normal. Today, I received four phone calls from friends and relatives about two emails they received from my account, which I did not send, making me suspect hacking. One caller was not in my contact list but in my wife's. Around 10 a.m., two hours ago, I opened my email to find all contents vanished. My email file with hundreds of emails, my sent folder, contact list - all gone. My years' worth of emails in the sent folder are now empty. To address this, Yahoo advised changing my password, which I did. However, now I cannot log in successfully with either password. Though an open window displays new emails and allows me to respond, everything else is missing, and I am unsure which password I am using. I need to restore my email to its previous state, along with anything received post-disappearance, and restore my old password. This involves recovering my contact list, sent emails, and other deleted items. The email account in question is [redacted], tied to three other accounts under my name, which I verified yesterday.
