Hello, I have noticed several unauthorized Xbox transactions on my bank account. I have only authorized payments for Xbox Live, and I find it puzzling how money can be taken when the Xbox is not in use. Due to issues with bullying and the large sum of money taken, my child no longer has access to the Xbox or phone. I am hoping for a refund on all transactions, except for Xbox Live payments. I did not authorize these charges, and my 7-year-old son did not use my bank card for this purpose. I believe the card was only used once for Xbox Live, but additional charges kept occurring without permission. I would appreciate getting my money back if possible. Thank you.

Hello, I need to report that my son's Xbox account has been compromised, most likely by someone we know. I am unsure if this should be reported to law enforcement. Additionally, unauthorized charges have been made on my bank card, which was only added to the account for Xbox Live purposes. I have never authorized any purchases on this platform as I limit screen time for my son. I am requesting a refund for all the transactions made and will no longer allow my son to use the Xbox. Yesterday, I reported not receiving my Xbox Series X. I received the first order, but the second one has not arrived yet. The first delivery came earlier than expected, and if not for my brother, I wouldn't have known it was here until much later. I spoke with an Xbox Ambassador named Joshua G yesterday. I have an SR number; Joshua possibly emailed it to me. My name is Armando Jacobs. I ordered two Xboxes eight days ago and have only received one of them. The UPS delivery for the first one seemed like they didn't knock and just peeked in. Can you please assist me in locating the second Xbox delivery?

Dear Sir or Madam, I am reaching out with a pressing issue regarding my Xbox account. Despite having enough funds in my Microsoft balance, I consistently encounter errors when trying to make purchases, resulting in a deduction of $36.70 on March 18/19 that does not align with any transaction. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this through customer service but have been met with disconnections and unresolved complaints. The missing funds have prevented me from taking advantage of discounted offers like the Werewolf game at $35.99, which I was unable to purchase during the sale. My aim is to have the $36.70 refunded to my account and the chance to buy the Werewolf game at the discounted price. I'm struggling to find an answer. I play "Asphalt Legend 9" on my Windows 10 setup, but using a keyboard doesn't give me good control. I read that Xbox controllers are recommended for this game. I have emailed Gameloft for support multiple times but haven't received any responses. I'm curious about which controller to use - is wireless better? The ones I've tried are not plug and play and require a separate component to work. Also, if the game is downloaded on my computer, why is a "system" needed? I'd like more control while playing and I hope a controller can enhance my experience. Some online users mention that controllers slow you down. Can anyone provide guidance?

I have been a loyal supporter of Xbox and Microsoft for over a decade. Having spent a substantial amount of money on consoles, games, and accessories, I faced numerous technical issues. Recently, after purchasing Call of Duty Modern Warfare, my Xbox One crashed rendering it unusable. Despite engaging with Microsoft and Xbox support, the suggested troubleshooting steps failed. Following their instructions, I reset my console, only to be locked out of my account with connectivity problems. The support channels directed me to unhelpful automated systems and unfruitful community forums. I urgently need my Xbox repaired or a full refund for all recent purchases, including Call of Duty Cold War. Missing out on completing Battle Pass season 2 due to technical glitches has left me frustrated. I demand a swift resolution, competent assistance, and a functioning Microsoft Store. If my issues persist unresolved, I expect a complete reimbursement for all my investments.

Yesterday, I purchased a $50 Xbox gift card from Walmart. Today, I intended to use it to buy credits on Rocket League. While trying to purchase the $49.99 bundle, I realized there was sales tax, leaving me short on funds. As a result, I aimed to purchase the $24.99 bundle but found no money in my account. The code showed as "already redeemed." How can this issue be resolved? I simply want the full $50 added to my account.

I encountered an issue with Mortal Kombat 10. I had purchased a digital copy previously. However, when I tried to play it recently, it was no longer installed on my hard drive. I am certain I bought a digital copy, especially since I lost my hard copy before purchasing it digitally. Now the system is indicating that I never made the purchase, even though I did. I believe I should be able to reinstall it without additional charges, as it is the first time I've faced such a problem with digital downloads. I checked my purchase history, and I know I paid for it. I hope this can be resolved without further complications.

I need to address an issue regarding a recent purchase. On May 18, [redacted], I bought an Xbox One X from Makro store. However, just 6 months later, on November 24, [redacted], I reported a fault where the console lost connection to my TV. It was collected, and I received a 're-serviced' unit as a replacement, which was quite disappointing as I found out about it through forums. After using the replacement for a week, the same issue occurred yesterday - the console powers on but doesn't connect to the TV. I have tried different cables and TVs with no success. The console is set for collection tomorrow, but I am concerned about receiving another re-serviced unit. I find this unfair considering the amount I paid for a faulty unit which keeps getting replaced by re-serviced consoles. I would prefer not to receive another re-serviced machine and instead would like a new console. If this isn't possible, I would consider a refund for the console and recent purchases on my Xbox account, as I am no longer interested in owning an Xbox if this issue persists.

I am unable to access my hotmail.de account because it is asking for an authentication code via SMS, but I no longer have access to that phone number. I tried to update my phone number months ago, but I was told I could only do so on 13.05.[redacted]. I need help getting back into my account. I purchased Call of Duty: Cold War on an Xbox Series X with the Cross-Gen Bundle, but I am unable to play it as it keeps prompting me to buy it again. This is the second time I have bought the game, and I am quite disappointed with this issue. My gamertag is MythicalMoosen, and my order number is #[redacted]96. I attempted to get a refund over the phone with Xbox support but did not receive it. I have spent over $[redacted] on a game I cannot access. I bought the $1 trial version of Game Pass but canceled the recurring billing before the charged date. However, I noticed I was charged anyway. I canceled my Game Pass subscription again and now I don't have access to Xbox Live, which I would like to keep. I want to resume paying $24.99 every 3 months for Xbox Live, but I don't want to be charged until I get refunded for Game Pass. I've already requested a refund online, but it may take up to 72 hours for a response. I'm eager to get back on Xbox Live as soon as possible.

I'm having trouble connecting my Xbox online, whether using a wired or wireless connection. When I use an ethernet cable, it recognizes that it's plugged in but shows as offline. When I use wireless, it says it's online but most functions are not working. I can't access the store, help tab, or my games, even though there are no reported issues in the internet settings menu.

I recently gifted a friend the Deluxe Recruit Edition of Mass Effect Andromeda. Unfortunately, when he tried to redeem the code, he encountered an error related to "store compatibility" since I am from Canada and he is from the US. On May 18th around 2am EST, my Xbox Live account, Leucifer, was hacked. The perpetrator changed the email and passwords and made charges to my linked credit card. I have since frozen the card and reported the fraudulent charges to prevent further Microsoft charges. Despite providing evidence such as a picture of the credit card used for years and my Xbox ID/device # associated with the account, I am still unable to regain access. As a loyal Xbox customer with two paid gold memberships, I am disappointed by the lack of assistance from Xbox/Microsoft. After experiencing a power issue with my Xbox One S, I had it replaced by Xbox support in South Africa. I made sure to inform the agent about a Mortal Kombat XL game disc stuck inside before they collected the faulty console. Attempting to manually remove the disc myself would void the warranty. The order number assigned was [redacted] for my 1TB Xbox One S with serial number [redacted]16, received by Microsoft on 15 October [redacted]. The replacement console's tracking number is [redacted]. Despite the new console being delivered, Xbox did not return or compensate for the game disc left inside. I've tried contacting Xbox customer care via email without success. I am unable to afford a new game disc, which makes it unfair for me to lose the original one.
