I have been playing the Microsoft Solitaire Collection for several years now. Recently, I renewed my Premium subscription on January 6, [redacted], to avoid ads while playing. However, I have noticed that the ads have reappeared despite my active subscription status on my account profile.

Hello, I recently purchased a £50 Xbox gift card for my son. Unfortunately, when we tried to use the code, it repeatedly showed as deactivated. After contacting Microsoft and providing photos of the card along with proof of purchase, I was given various case numbers ([redacted], [redacted], [redacted]) with no resolution. The store where I bought the card confirmed it was still active, but I am unable to get a refund. The customer service experience has been frustrating, with long wait times and unfulfilled promises. I was charged $[redacted].89 for Hitman 3 Access Pass 2 Gold and $[redacted].77 for Hitman 3 Deluxe Edition on January 30, 20. I only ordered the Hitman 3 Access Pass 2 Gold but received the Hitman 3 Deluxe Edition as well. I have not used it and should not be charged for it. It is on my Xbox and I would like it removed. I also found in my emails that in November [redacted] on the 12th, 15th, and 22nd, I was charged $30.50 each time for Assassin's Creed Valhalla - Helix Credits Medium Pack (2,[redacted]). I should only be charged once a month for that, not three times. There appear to be multiple double and triple billings on my account. I am not pleased with this accounting practice. I have tried to contact Xbox customer service by phone without success. I would like the opportunity to speak to someone by phone about this issue. Thank you.

I cannot access my Xbox One account due to an issue with updating my phone number. My son added his number to receive a code and now my old number is not recognized. Despite having my backup Gmail registered with Xbox, I am not receiving any codes there. The system seems to be considering my son's number as a new update, causing me to be locked out. I have been experiencing frequent disconnections from the Xbox Live server for about three days now. I recently purchased a new Xbox Series X in late January. I already had a copy of Madden '21, which I had been playing on an older console. After setting up my new console, I installed Madden '21 on the Xbox Series X. However, every time I play the game, the console shuts it down.
I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times, as well as buying a new physical copy of Madden '21. Unfortunately, the issue persists, and I suspect it might be a problem with the console itself.

I am currently playing Fallout: New Vegas on my Xbox One through backwards compatibility. I have noticed that halfway through my playthrough, I did not receive any of my DLC quest notifications. Even though I have downloaded all the DLC content as part of the Ultimate Edition, it does not show up in-game. I have tried downloading my Cloud Saved games and accessing the Add-ons through the Xbox Live Marketplace, but the DLC is installed yet inaccessible in-game. I have photo evidence to support this. I recently got a new Vizio TV, but I am encountering issues when trying to play Xbox One X disc games. Upon inserting the game disc, I keep getting an error message instructing me to insert the disc or to clean it if already inserted.
Even though the game disc is clean and properly inserted, I am unable to play.
I have adjusted settings to confirm that the TV is compatible with Xbox One X visual and audio content. I have also tried restarting the Xbox, powering off for 15 seconds, and switching HDMI ports to no avail.
Next, I plan on purchasing a new HDMI cable to troubleshoot the problem.
While other apps like Netflix and Disney Plus work seamlessly, I am puzzled as to why my new TV is having difficulty playing Xbox One X games.
