I purchased Fifa 21 early to start playing ahead of time. The trial went smoothly until the 6th when I encountered an issue with Ultimate Team. When selecting a team to play against the server or another player, I receive an error saying a game session cannot be created and then lose communication. Some players cannot be sold with a message stating the transfer market is busy.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue with EA, spending over £[redacted] on the phone with them, they have been unable to fix the problem. I've tried twice to get a refund from Xbox with no success.
I'm 55 years old, dealing with a medical condition since [redacted] that has worsened since [redacted], affecting my mental health. Playing games like Fifa helps distract me. I've followed all troubleshooting steps, including resetting the Xbox, formatting the hard drive, and reinstalling Fifa 21. My internet connection has been checked by my provider, and everything seems fine.
I'm at a loss and in a difficult financial situation, with the game still not working after spending £[redacted] on it. I just want to be able to download a different game like Fifa 20 or Fifa 19.
Sincerely,
Mike B. (Xbox Gamertag: Red Devil 20)

I have noticed multiple purchases on my son's Xbox One account ([redacted]) for Fortnite V-Bucks and APEX coins on my bank statement from September 2nd to October 18th, [redacted]. These appear to be unauthorized transactions totaling R21000.00! I suspect the account was compromised, and credit card details were stolen. I am concerned about the lack of notification from my bank regarding these purchases from another Xbox. Despite being disconnected from the call while speaking with an agent, I did receive a reference number: [redacted]. I kindly request an investigation into these transactions and inquire about the possibility of a refund, considering the recent discovery by my wife on October 20th. Thank you. Regards, Kelvin Hendricks.

I am seeking assistance regarding my foster daughter, Carolina Costa, who created an Xbox account in [redacted] using her high school email address, [redacted], which has since been hacked with unauthorized charges totaling over $[redacted]. This account is currently part of a Capital One Mastercard fraud investigation. Carolina is unable to recover access to the old email address linked to the account, preventing her from obtaining a detailed transaction history since its inception. Between February [redacted] and August, there have been charges totaling $[redacted].51. We need a statement from Xbox listing all transactions on this account to proceed with the fraud investigation and formally close the account once resolved. Carolina has attempted to close this account but lacks the necessary access. I am concerned about unauthorized charges predating [redacted] and request a comprehensive list of all charges and associated products or services since Carolina opened the account. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Best regards,

My grandson owns an XBox1, Model #[redacted]. On 10/19/[redacted], he used my Visa debit card, with my permission, to purchase an XBox GTA game for $32.01. I did not realize that my card information would stay on the account for automatic deductions while he played, generating "cyber money" for in-game use. Despite a $12M balance that my grandson claims appeared mysteriously, I have been debited $[redacted].28 so far, with $[redacted].94 remaining after accounting for the game and a $5.33 monthly fee. Additional charges include two car purchases totaling $[redacted].32. As the only intentional purchase was the initial game, I request a refund of $[redacted].94 for unauthorized charges. I am willing to continue the $5.33 monthly fee for his social play. After learning about these transactions, I contacted my bank for understanding and had my card removed from the system on 10/25/[redacted]. Due to financial constraints, I kindly ask for a refund.
Thank you,
RP

I am extremely frustrated. I was able to connect to Xbox Live without any issues, but suddenly I can't connect anymore using either my phone or the wireless gateway. On my phone, I keep getting a Nat error, and on the wireless, I am getting a code [redacted]. I have tried restarting everything, clearing caches, and my phone and wireless can connect to other devices, so the issue seems to be only with the Xbox. I just want to watch Netflix but can't connect to Xbox Live at all. I've been trying for 6 hours straight and this is unacceptable considering the amount of money I've invested in the console and internet connection for my child's entertainment. I hope this issue can be resolved soon, as I really don't want to switch to PlayStation. It was working fine before, and now suddenly it's not working at all, and I can't reach anyone for assistance. Better service is needed as my child is now unable to watch TV.

When I attempt to play online games on my Xbox, I encounter errors. In Fortnite, specifically Save the World, my character freezes for approximately 60-90 seconds every 3-5 minutes. In Battle Royale, upon landing, my character freezes and I am then kicked back to the lobby due to a connection issue. Loading into GTA Online takes a considerable amount of time. The first attempt always times out while logging in, and even on the second try, I don't see any other players. When playing Madden NFL 20 online, it indicates that I am not connected.
My internet connection works flawlessly for my phone, iPad, and smart TVs with no interruptions while using apps like YouTube and Netflix. However, issues only occur when I play online games on my Xbox.
I have attempted troubleshooting steps such as unplugging and plugging back in the router, resetting the Xbox multiple times, adjusting NAT type as per Xbox support, as well as reinstalling games, all to no avail. I believe this problem lies with my Xbox and I am seeking a resolution.

I recently noticed multiple unauthorized charges on my bank statement that I did not approve. I only authorized one transaction for a $29.99 monkey ball game for my nephew, but upon reviewing my statements, I discovered several additional charges related to Xbox and Microsoft, services I do not use. My bank advised me to contact Microsoft directly due to the recurring nature of the charges. I would greatly appreciate a phone call to address this issue. Kindly reach out to me at +[redacted]9.

I recently traded a game at GameStop and purchased the digital copy of Modern Warfare for $59.99, only to find out my wife had bought it on her account. I'd like to explore options for a refund or credit to my Xbox account to purchase another game.
I've tried calling twice but was disconnected both times after waiting for 90 minutes. I would appreciate assistance with this matter.

On 11/12, my 10-year-old son made unauthorized charges totaling $52.97 on my Bank of America card for his Xbox, and an additional $37.06 on my ReliaCard. I believe there should be safeguards in place, such as notifications for transactions over $15, to prevent unauthorized spending. I am urgently seeking assistance to refund the unauthorized charges and address this serious issue. Yesterday, a total of $90 was taken from both cards within a 10-minute span without any alerts or notifications. I am extremely frustrated by this lack of security measures. Please reach out to me at [redacted] to discuss this matter promptly.

I've been unable to access my old Yahoo email, [redacted], for years. Despite this, my Microsoft account linked to it on Xbox One worked fine. Recently, I purchased 4 Xbox gift cards for Call of Duty Cold War and a 3-month Xbox Live card, all redeemed successfully. However, when I tried to sign in last night, I was prompted to verify my account due to accessing sensitive information. I don't have a phone number associated with the account and the Xbox verification process via their website hasn't helped. I've provided various details to Xbox support without success. I'm feeling frustrated after spending hours trying to resolve this. If anyone has any advice or suggestions, please let me know.

Hello, my name is Anthony, also known as DeathbyAlgernon. My Xbox Day One Edition broke back in February, and I have been waiting to get a new one, but I am unable to order from Microsoft. I really need my Xbox. I have contacted Xbox support multiple times without any help. Microsoft, unless you address the limited supply issue, I will escalate this to the Better Business Bureau. It seems like you are controlling the supply to increase demand, which is not good business practice. PlayStation was recently launched, and their consoles are readily available. What's going on, Microsoft? I have evidence of a previous issue with my Xbox that Microsoft did not resolve, leaving me in limbo. I am willing to purchase an Xbox X, but it seems like the limited supply is intentional. This behavior is unacceptable. I hope we can resolve this issue, but if not, I will consider switching to PlayStation, where I can at least purchase a PlayStation 5 without supply restrictions.

I returned my Xbox One system more than a month ago due to it malfunctioning under warranty. Upon receiving my replacement system on the 13th of this month, I noticed the replacement controller and power cord were missing. This has prevented me from using the system and is causing frustration. I have contacted your support team multiple times regarding this issue, but it remains unresolved. I urgently request that you send me the replacement controller and power cord promptly. Despite my repeated attempts to address this, I have not been kept informed about the progress of resolving the problem. I am requesting a callback to discuss this matter further.

I have two Xbox One consoles, which I'll refer to as the Primary and Secondary.
Recently, I've been experiencing issues on the Primary Xbox with connecting controllers wirelessly. After pressing the connect button, the Xbox icon does not blink as it should, even though I hear a click.
Furthermore, I have encountered a problem with both Xbox consoles not reading any physical disks, including Xbox One, Xbox [redacted], and Blu-Ray discs. This issue arose after successfully installing a game (MCC) but later being unable to read the disk when trying to play it. The same issue occurred on the Secondary Xbox when attempting to play the game the following day. It's concerning that these problems have coincided with the launch of a new system.

On November 8th, my son accidentally spent $[redacted] on in-game purchases for Fifa 21. He intended to buy one pack for $21, but due to a potential system glitch, he was charged 8 times. We have already contacted Telstra to confirm that my son's phone was used for this purchase of content services. While attempting to resolve this issue, we spoke with a customer service representative from Xbox based in the Caribbean. Unfortunately, the call got disconnected, and we were not provided with a callback number or any follow-up details. Can you please reach out to me regarding the potential refund for these unauthorized charges?

Hi there, I recently bought an Xbox Series X and I have a quick question I was hoping to get some insight on. I'm considering using a dust cover when the console is not in use. I understand that during operation, it needs ample airflow, but I'm unsure about the best practice for when it's turned off. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been trying to reach Xbox support for several days to inquire about a recent purchase. I ordered an Xbox Series X from Microsoft.com, and it is listed as pending in my order history. However, my bank informed me that the transaction did not process as expected, resulting in two reversals of the payment. I am concerned about the status of my order and would like clarification regarding its delivery date.

I need assistance from a representative to check on the status of my X-BOX card code. I prefer speaking with someone for better customer service. As I'm not very tech-savvy, I would appreciate a phone number to call. Kindly provide a different number from 1-[redacted] as it hasn't been useful for my issue.
Thank you for your help.

I recently purchased a Roblox add-on for [redacted] Robux priced at $19.99, totaling around $21. However, even though the amount was deducted from my bank account immediately, I have yet to receive the Robux. This has been going on for a few hours now. I am hoping to receive the [redacted] Robux soon. If there are duplicate charges (a recurring issue), I only want one transaction for the $21 for the Robux. These are for my daughter, and while she is more patient about it, I would appreciate a quick resolution as she will be leaving for her mom's soon. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been experiencing unauthorized charges from Microsoft on my bank account. Despite previously resolving the issue, I was charged on Nov. 23 and 27, [redacted], and again on Dec. 3, [redacted]. I have tried contacting them by phone without success. I do not have a Microsoft XBOX account, and my debit card details do not provide any information for the agent to verify. These charges amount to around $[redacted], and I would appreciate guidance on how to address this before considering legal action. Thank you.

My 17-year-old son accidentally logged out of his Xbox account. When he tried to sign back in, he might have entered his email or password incorrectly. Xbox instructed us to reset his password on a website. After a few attempts, it said we had requested too many codes and to try again tomorrow. My son, who is autistic, earns his Xbox time by performing well in online school. He is really upset that he may have to wait until tomorrow to access his account. Is there any way you could assist us in resolving this issue today?
