Due to his current deployment at sea and difficulty reaching Microsoft, I, Peter Cunha, his father with power of attorney, am seeking assistance to cancel the subscription, stop the recurring charges, and potentially request a refund. I recently chatted with your support team and I have to express my disappointment with the service. I believed that the numbers identifying players were hidden like on other platforms, not mandatory. I have encountered an issue where my account was accessed without my knowledge. The connectivity of my wifi and devices has been compromised, resulting in all my attempts to fix it being unsuccessful. I have tried rebooting my gaming console, unplugging it, waiting for 30 seconds, and restarting my wifi router, but unfortunately, none of these efforts have restored my connection. I'm experiencing constant issues with Xbox Live. I get kicked out while playing games and have to power cycle my console up to 5-10 times a day. This service has been unreliable for weeks, and I feel it's unfair to pay for something I can't fully use. Additionally, I am disappointed with the newer Xbox controllers as they have poor quality. The sticks drift, and the LB button even fell out of one of my controllers, despite minimal use. Considering switching to PlayStation due to their exclusive games and better controller durability.

After joining their party, they began insulting and threatening me. I decided to leave the party, but the harassment continued, so I reported them. To my surprise, I received a communication ban from Xbox Live. As a paying customer, I find this situation to be unfair and absurd. I reported the player for their inappropriate behavior, yet I was the one who received a punishment. This issue needs to be resolved promptly. I'm very frustrated that I can easily get live help from PlayStation for my son's console, but I'm having trouble getting through to Activision or Xbox regarding my own issue. I purchased Modern Warfare for the first time and encountered locked content in Campaign and Multiplayer. Although I could access Warzone, I wanted to play the game I paid for. After deleting and reinstalling, the game now prompts me to buy Warzone with no patches available. I would appreciate live support for this problem. I am interested in signing up for the Ultimate Gold Membership for at least a year. I initially signed up for a one-year subscription, but Microsoft has been charging me $16.99 per month for the last 5 months instead. Towards the end of last year, I upgraded to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to try out some new games. After letting it expire, I wanted to play State of Decay 2 today, but it prompted me to renew Game Pass or login with the account that purchased it. Although I believe I bought the game and DLC before subscribing to Game Pass, I couldn't find them in my library under owned games. To investigate, I tried to check my order history on the computer since it only displays the last three months on Xbox. On my console, the Xbox profile linked to my Outlook email is different from the one I play with. I accidentally removed my actual Xbox profile while trying to resolve this, thinking the game would work if I reinstalled it. Upon logging in with my Outlook email, it shows an unused Xbox profile with no achievements, order history, or Xbox Live subscriptions. Now I need help recovering my Xbox profile to regain access to my game purchases, data, and achievements.

Today is my birthday, and my dad kindly got me an Xbox Live Gold card a few days ago. He tried to redeem it for me after the code didn't work, suggesting I reset my password. I followed his advice, initiating a password reset that indicated I should hear back within 24 hours. Not wanting to wait, I tried entering the code myself on my Xbox One. This code had already been attempted once by my dad, resulting in an error message. Surprisingly, my attempt showed the code was added to my account. However, upon checking, I noticed the Xbox Gold subscription was still missing. Recently, I had a disturbing interaction with a user named "Th3b3ard3dOnion" that involved sexual harassment. Despite asking him multiple times to stop messaging me, he continued and then reported me for swearing, leading to me being banned. He sent me inappropriate voice messages detailing explicit actions. This all transpired following a game of For Honor, during which I remained friendly despite his insults. I am currently communication banned until July 5th. This morning, I noticed that my Minecraft realm status was expired, even though I have auto-renewal enabled.
