Hello, I am looking to remove my credit card information from my son's XBOX Live account. Although we plan to pay the annual fee with a gift card to avoid unexpected charges, I would like to disconnect the Mastercard from the account. Could you kindly provide instructions on how to do so? If needed, feel free to contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I've been attempting to cancel my account for more than a month. I had my bank block payments to Xbox Live and any related services, but I've still been charged twice despite this precaution. One of the charges did not go through yet but is pending. I have not used my account for three months. I am looking to get a refund for the two charges of $14.99 each and finally cancel my subscription. Thank you for your assistance.

We bought two Fortnite cards for a friend's birthday for $25 each. However, when we tried to load them onto his account, we received an error message indicating they were already used, which wasn't the case. We went back to the store, Tom Thumb, where we purchased them. After contacting Blackhawk, who manages the gift cards for the store, they stated that the cards were used and advised us to reach out to Xbox directly. I am currently trying to resolve this issue. The card numbers in question are [redacted][redacted]50 and [redacted][redacted]24. Your assistance in clarifying where the funds from these cards went and whose account they were applied to would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am having an issue with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate regarding a payment that didn't go through due to a technical problem. I tried to pay it now but realized that I cannot use my Xbox account to do it, only credit card or PayPal, which I don't have. I had filled my account with credit and had a balance of €50.90 yesterday. Today, I noticed that money was missing from my account, currently at €33.92. I cannot explain this difference as I didn't make any purchases or orders since yesterday.

I am experiencing an issue with my Batman Arkham Knight game on my console. Despite reinstalling it multiple times, the game keeps freezing moments after I start playing, requiring me to restart each time. I initially suspected a network problem, but upon investigation, that does not seem to be the root cause. I even purchased the game again, thinking it might be related to online functionality, but the problem persists. I have also tried logging out of my account and back in, but it hasn't resolved the freezing. I have managed to reach 22% completion, but the constant crashes are detracting from my enjoyment of the game. I am seeking assistance to address this frustrating issue.

I purchased a $[redacted].00 gift card at the Soriana retail store in Guadalajara, Mexico, to add to my balance and buy a game through my Xbox account and console. However, when I tried to redeem the code (which I hadn't revealed), it had already been used. I demand a refund of my money. I have been unable to reach anyone via chat for a solution. I want to clarify that I have faced this issue before, and I expect a resolution promptly.

Hello, I recently noticed a discrepancy in my Xbox Gamerscore. As of today, when I logged in and played Rocket League, I observed that achievements I had previously earned back in [redacted] were showing as achieved in [redacted]. As I continued playing throughout the day, my Gamerscore suddenly dropped from almost thirty thousand to twelve thousand when I last checked. I find this puzzling and concerning as I appear to have lost progress on older achievements dating back three years. I am hoping for assistance or a potential rollback to restore my Gamerscore to an earlier date, considering the significant amount of time I have invested in playing Xbox games. I look forward to your response. Thank you.

I had two accounts on my previous Xbox One which is now replaced due to technical issues. Unfortunately, I did not keep a record of the gamer tags and passwords. One gamer tag is SithLord77577 which I created, and the other is StellarEffect, created by my father with some unknown numbers attached. The associated email for SithLord77577 is [redacted], and for StellarEffect, it is [redacted] My father's credit card was connected to the StellarEffect account, and I used this account to make purchases for both StellarEffect and SithLord77577 due to the shared feature on the console. Any assistance in retrieving my accounts and purchases would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and help.

My account was compromised by an email address registered as [redacted] Initially, we could reset the password when the hackers first gained access. However, they continually locked me out by changing the password, leading Microsoft to completely lock my account due to suspicious activity. Despite briefly regaining access yesterday, I encountered restrictions with Xbox functions. When trying to resolve this by connecting to Wi-Fi, it automatically logged me out, and now I am unable to log back in.

Approximately 6-7 years ago, at the age of 13, I cancelled my Xbox Live subscription. Despite my efforts back then, they continued charging my mother's card. Recently, we discovered they have been deducting the monthly fee all along. Today, I attempted to contact them via phone multiple times, with each call claiming a 10-minute wait time, but I spent more than two hours waiting with no resolution in sight.

My Xbox is unable to read my Modern Warfare disc. Even when it recognizes it, the system claims I do not own the game and prompts me to buy it. Oddly, this issue started after a recent update, as I've been playing online for months without any problems. Strangely, I can hear the disc spinning in the console, but nothing appears on the TV, preventing me from accessing my saved data. The disc itself is not damaged. I am adamant about not repurchasing the game when I already own it. I've noticed a similar problem occurring with a few of my friends' consoles within a short timeframe.

Hello, my name is Robby Hill, and my gamer tag is BA AT COD. Recently, my Xbox account was banned due to reported offensive behavior. The individual who reported me was also engaging in provocative behavior towards me and a friend, ultimately escalating the situation. I acknowledge my error in responding, but I was merely trying to defend myself and my friend. Following my ban, the same individual has persistently spammed my account with taunts and insults, adding to the distress. I have compiled videos and screenshots as evidence of this ongoing harassment. Despite my actions, it is concerning that this person, whose gamer tag is Penguin#[redacted], is also behaving in a similar manner with apparent impunity, even claiming to have connections within Xbox to get my account permanently blocked. The lack of equal consequences for their actions is perplexing.

I purchased a 12-month Xbox Live membership for $59.99 USD. My receipt shows it was activated, but when I scratched off the code and tried to enter it online or on my Xbox One, it keeps saying the code is incorrect. I've double-checked the number multiple times and it's frustrating. I usually play on PS4, but I got this for my partner. Any help would be appreciated. The new season of Apex Legends is out, and I really need to play it, especially during this quarantine. I'm not looking for a refund; I just want the service I paid for. Thank you. - 21-year-old sister from a busy household of 8.

I have been in touch with Microsoft support for around 40 days now. Unfortunately, each representative I have spoken with has failed to assist me in resolving my issue. Recently, the second-to-last agent mentioned a new case number that was not provided by the previous agent. They also mentioned that a message was sent to my Outlook account, which is unhelpful as that is the very account I am attempting to access, and I rely on Gmail. I am confused as to why they would send a code to the email account I am locked out of. I am now seeking to escalate the matter to a supervisor or manager, as the Xbox support team has not been able to resolve my issue either.

I purchased a 12-month Xbox Live subscription from Walmart as a gift. When we tried to connect it to our Xbox [redacted], it redeemed successfully. However, the next day, we were unable to connect to Xbox Live or even link our internet to it. Our internet works fine with other gaming systems. Ever since redeeming the Xbox Live subscription, the Xbox has not been functioning properly. Despite trying several troubleshooting steps, the issue persists. I requested a refund, but was informed that I couldn't receive one because I had played a game. I only redeemed the subscription and didn't get the chance to play. I don't understand why it's an issue to refund me, especially since Xbox Live is not working as expected, as it should be available at all times since I paid for it.

As a Game Pass subscriber who also receives Xbox Live through the subscription, I recently encountered an issue when trying to access Xbox Live. Upon checking my Game Pass account, I noticed that the last charge was on May 13. The card on file is outdated, leading me to believe that my account was not charged. Therefore, I attempted to update the card details, only to encounter an error preventing the switch to a new card. In an effort to resolve the issue, I tried to cancel my Game Pass subscription to start anew with the new card. However, I faced the same ambiguous error message, leaving me unable to cancel the subscription or update the payment information. Consequently, I am currently unable to access Xbox Live or Game Pass while my card has already been charged for the month of May.

I created an account and upgraded to the gold membership which worked fine initially. However, three days later, I encountered login issues with a prompt to visit account.live.com. Despite following the instructions there, I still couldn't sign in. I tried various troubleshooting steps like holding the Xbox power button and resetting the Wi-Fi to no avail. Eventually, my profile disappeared along with my membership. I've tried everything to resolve it. I hope to get a refund for the membership fee since I only enjoyed four days of playtime, which cost $60. After deleting all accounts in frustration, I created a new profile with a $1 membership, but encountered the same problem after three days. I'm seeking assistance to either resolve the issue or receive a refund. Thank you.

I need help recovering my Xbox account, MOATHXD2. My account and associated email have been hacked, and despite my efforts, I couldn't regain access because I can't reach the email. I am looking to speak with a staff member to resolve this issue. I have all the necessary documents to prove my ownership, including a copy of my passport, visa card, my Xbox One serial and product number, and my national ID card. I have been using this account for years and it is vital to me. I am eager to connect with someone who can assist me in this matter.

I have an overdue balance on my account due to being incorrectly billed for Game Pass Ultimate, which I haven't been able to use since my annual subscription expired on May 7, [redacted]. I do not wish to use Game Pass Ultimate and I do not want unauthorized charges from Xbox. After experiencing this issue for a year, I removed my credit card details. Despite having a one-year membership code, I can't apply it due to the outstanding balance. The subscription page insists I update my credit card for payment. I'm seeking a refund for the one-year subscription card I bought. I've attempted to contact Xbox but have been unable to reach a person, either through calls or the website. I'd appreciate assistance in resolving this matter and speaking with a customer service representative.
