I experienced a medical emergency that led me to be hospitalized for a week after a severe asthma attack resulting in a seizure and loss of consciousness. Dealing with the aftermath, I've made mistakes with my account information and am currently locked out of both my Xbox Live and Microsoft accounts. Waiting a month to regain access is not feasible as my Xbox holds significant importance. Please provide urgent assistance. [redacted]

It's frustrating to be wrongly reported and unable to block someone on Xbox who keeps messaging despite being on block. A user, possibly an underage kid, continues to send requests even after being reported. This has caused distress as your girlfriend has been mistaken for someone younger and harassed despite asking the person to stop multiple times. The situation escalated when the person involved got others in the chat room riled up. It would help if Xbox took action to address these issues promptly.

I am using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with a [redacted] G-force 1GB card, but I am facing compatibility issues with gaming apps. The Gaming control panel and Game Bar are giving me errors when I try to broadcast or record gameplay. Despite having apps like Opera GX Browser and Xbox Beta for PC for downloading games and streaming on Twitch and Mixer, I encountered problems. While attempting to download a free game twice, I am prompted to download DirectX 11 and Powerpoint, but it doesn't resolve the issue. I am a Mixer fan and want to enjoy gaming on my PC with Game Pass without these obstacles. Could there be outdated or unsupported apps causing this problem, or is it a technical issue that can be fixed? How can I resolve these errors to enjoy playing games smoothly on my PC?

I recently had an interaction with a player on Xbox One that resulted in me unjustly getting banned. The player in question displayed unsportsmanlike behavior and wrongfully banned me after I questioned his actions in the game. Now, I find myself banned for a month, which has led me to decide to switch to a PS4. This situation is frustrating, and I urge for a review to rectify this issue before more severe actions are taken. Despite reporting the player for unsporting conduct, I am now banned on both of my accounts due to this unjust penalty. Seeking immediate unbanning is crucial to address this matter promptly. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer support availability for urgent matters like this. I am determined to get to the bottom of why I have been silenced in communication and am extremely frustrated to be facing this issue once again. Restoring my account access is my priority, and I strongly believe that the player, FearlessTom101, should face consequences for their immature actions.

Last night, my 11-year-old son was playing on Xbox Live when a male harassed him by hacking into his account. The male mentioned personal information about me, including my name, address, and even my card number, which made my son panic. The hacker then blocked my son and changed his password. The account responsible for this is called "Lots of Bank." I had to contact my bank to get a new card. How can I protect my card information in the future when we purchase Xbox subscriptions? How can we prevent predators like "Lots of Bank" from targeting our children? Appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

Hello, my name is J.B. and my gamertag is x Jojo White x. I'm reaching out because I've noticed 35 unauthorized purchases on my credit card statement. I've made a note of all these transactions along with the transaction numbers. I've already spoken to my credit card company and disputed these charges. They advised me to get in touch with Xbox Support for a refund. Please reach me at [redacted] to help resolve this matter. Thank you.

Please bear with me. I've been trying to purchase Madden Ultimate Team points several times since Tuesday. My intended purchase amount was $74.99. Each time I tried, the visa payment would show "processing" but the points did not appear. This happened on multiple occasions, including Wednesday when I attempted to buy points for a total of $[redacted].98, and also on Thursday for the same amount. Surprisingly, when I logged in today, I noticed that all the Madden points were added to my account. Unfortunately, I didn't check my transaction history. I don’t need the extra points, so if there's a way to refund these transactions, I would appreciate it. Thank you for your assistance. - T.

When I try to access my account, it requests a code sent to my old phone number. Since I no longer have that number, I need to fill out a form for account recovery. Despite filling it out multiple times over the past year and this year, the system claims I haven't provided enough information. Perhaps it's because I created the account long ago and can't recall the details I used, and I don't even use the associated email anymore. Contacting customer support leads to an automated voice that ends the call without connecting me to a person or providing assistance. The support website's phone number requires signing in, which I can't do. This situation with my non-functioning Xbox is incredibly frustrating.

I sent my Xbox One to Microsoft for repair under warranty. It took a long time to return, with them saying it couldn't be fixed. Surprisingly, when I tried it at home, it actually worked. I had also sent the power cord, and they mentioned they would send it back once they located the cord for my Xbox One S. It's quite frustrating. I recommend trying DIY fixes with YouTube tutorials and Amazon parts if needed, as it might be more convenient than relying on Microsoft, even with a warranty in place.

Hello, I am disappointed with Xbox for releasing Call Of Duty Modern Warfare despite the download issues. The game doesn't allow multiplayer or special ops, prompting a download prompt from the disc. Even after trying multiple solutions, like giving the game to a friend or purchasing the Battle pass online, the game still didn't work. I tried to troubleshoot following Xbox instructions and even sought help on YouTube and from friends without success. I've been a loyal Xbox gamer for a long time, having owned every console. This experience makes me hesitant about trusting Xbox in the future. It's frustrating, especially during these times when gaming is a way to unwind. I hope Xbox improves and delivers better experiences in the future.

I am facing an issue with my current Xbox account being suspended due to an inappropriate gamepic from July [redacted]. The account belongs to my ex-boyfriend, who has allowed me to use it since he does not use it himself. I was not active on Xbox during that time due to personal reasons. I suspect my ex-boyfriend changed the gamepic as only he could make alterations. I discovered this recently and it is unfair as I was abiding by the rules prior to the suspension. Is there a way to lift the suspension temporarily until I can acquire my own Xbox and create a new account?

I have been a longtime customer, Jack Peel, and have faced numerous issues with my insurance payments when trying to pay online. Two months ago, I faced consequences for having no insurance due to issues with the updating of my policy by Gainsco, even though I paid on time. I recently requested to remove one vehicle from my plan, but received conflicting pricing information within a week, with charges varying from $[redacted].53 to $[redacted] for one vehicle with a $[redacted] deductible. Despite my loyalty as a good paying customer, the inconsistent pricing and lack of resolution to these continuous problems have left me dissatisfied. I believe I am owed a fair refund for these errors and expect fair pricing in the future, as the recurring issues have caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I recently experienced a communication ban on Xbox Live, which I believe is due to the flawed auto-ban system. The system seems to overlook in-game incidents, such as severe harassment and team killing that I faced. I found it upsetting that Xbox Live seems to prioritize detecting profanity from angry players without considering the context of what happened in the game. The strict anti-profanity rule feels out of place given the adult audience on Xbox Live, where such language is often present in voice chats. Initially, I tried to handle the situation calmly by messaging the player involved, but he was dismissive and provoked me without using explicit language, leading to my ban. I feel the current system has major shortcomings that need to be addressed.

Hello, I need assistance with accessing an old account. I am struggling to log in to my Xbox account that I created when I was 9 years old and have not used in over 5 years. I have forgotten the account password as well as the password to the Yahoo email associated with it. When I try to recover the Yahoo email, the verification code goes to a Hotmail account, which I have never used. It seems like my Yahoo email was compromised. I cannot recall the account details or security questions I set up over a decade ago. This account holds precious memories from my childhood, and I am unable to access it. I am willing to provide details about purchases made on the account or my mother's credit card information used for transactions if needed. I appreciate any help in speaking with a representative to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I have used the same gamertag on my Xbox Live account since [redacted]. Recently, the gamertag was changed because it was deemed offensive. I would like my gamertag, IMtheLUBE, to be changed back immediately. I am unhappy with this change as I have invested a lot of money into my Xbox gaming experience and have not caused any issues. I strongly believe that IMtheLUBE is not offensive. I am willing to escalate this matter until my gamertag is returned to its original state. I urge for a prompt resolution to this situation. Thank you.

While playing Xbox, a kid I never played with joined my party, leading to an argument resulting in me getting a 14-day suspension after he reported me. Similarly, my friend confronted the kid in a message, resulting in the kid reporting my friend and getting him suspended too. We are both hoping to have the suspension lifted and for the kid to face consequences for his actions. Despite blocking him, he continued to harass me with 35 invites on a second account and even taunted me about the ban. It feels unjust that we received penalties while he continues to engage in inappropriate behavior without repercussions.

While playing Xbox, a random kid, who I've never played with before, joined my party and started using inappropriate language. In response, I engaged in a verbal exchange, resulting in him reporting me, leading to a 14-day suspension. My friend also messaged the kid, explaining that his behavior was unacceptable, and as a result, the kid reported my friend, resulting in his suspension as well. We both feel it is unjust that we have been suspended while the other party involved faced no consequences for their actions. The kid continued to spam me with 35 invites, even after I blocked him, and even taunted me after the suspension. We request for the suspension to be lifted and for further action to be taken against the individual in question.

On Sunday, my Xbox account was accessed by someone who requested my email and password and provided a code to set up the Authenticator app. Unfortunately, this person was not genuine and used the information to take control of my account. They changed the login details, including my password, and the primary email address associated with the account from [redacted] to [redacted] I am now unable to access my old email due to not having the Authenticator app. Despite being signed out of my Xbox Live account, I am still receiving notifications on the Xbox app on my phone. My secondary email associated with the account is [redacted] I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account as it contains sensitive personal information that I do not want the unauthorized individual to misuse.

I received Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered as a gift on my Xbox One for $79.99. Unfortunately, I mistakenly purchased an Xbox Gold card for $59.99 instead of the game card I needed. This resulted in losing the game and all its downloadable content (DLC). I have proof of purchase with photos and would appreciate assistance in recovering the game, as it was a birthday gift. I only want to play the multiplayer and campaign modes and am not concerned about the DLC. This isn't the first time I've faced issues like this, as a similar incident occurred with GTA 5 in [redacted] where I had to repurchase the game. I'm hoping for a resolution as soon as possible.
