I'm reaching out about my Xbox Elite Controller, the first version. I purchased it less than a year ago. Lately, I've been experiencing issues with the top right bumper, which keeps popping out, and the right thumb stick has a noticeable drift that's affecting my gameplay. Despite taking good care of it and only using it on weekends, these problems have come up. I'm hoping to arrange for it to be repaired or replaced. While I appreciate the product's quality, given the price, I expected it to be more durable. Thank you for your assistance.

My grandson used my payment card again to make a $[redacted] purchase without my permission. Despite setting up a password requirement for purchases, it somehow did not prevent this transaction. The $[redacted] taken was meant for groceries, and it was the last of my recent paycheck. I am unable to replace these funds. This has happened multiple times, and I cannot overlook it any longer. I urgently need a refund for this unauthorized purchase to cover my essential expenses. Thank you.

I recently canceled my Game Pass subscription, but unfortunately, I missed the deadline to avoid being charged. My wife and I, with our two children, are facing financial difficulties as she's currently unemployed. I acknowledge that the oversight was on my part, and I sincerely apologize. Is it possible to request a refund for this month? My gamer tag is Smitty42166. While I am aware that this means losing immediate access to Game Pass, I am willing to accept that consequence. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide.

I've been attempting to access my Xbox account for months without success. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to the account for password recovery. Despite providing correct details like my Xbox and credit card numbers, the recovery form keeps denying me access. This situation is frustrating as I've been charged multiple times, leading to an overdrawn account for a service I can't utilize. I am seeking a refund and wish to cancel my subscription.

I recently noticed an unauthorized payment made by Xbox Live, a recurring issue that has gone unnoticed for years. I am requesting a refund for the unauthorized transaction and for my credit card information to be removed from your records. Although my son removed the card details from his computer 12-18 months ago, I am puzzled as to why this payment was still authorized. The lack of accessible customer support channels has made resolving this matter incredibly frustrating.

It appears that Xbox [redacted] support has redirected me to contact Rockstar regarding the issues I am experiencing with loading my saved data for GTA 5. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from Rockstar since Thursday. It seems that there may have been tampering with Rockstar's cloud servers by a moderator, resulting in the inability to load saved game data. As a result, I had to create a new account and request a refund for my Xbox Live Gold membership, which has been granted. I am awaiting the refund, which may take 3 to 5 days to process. I doubt that Rockstar will be able to recover my lost data, especially if illegal tampering has taken place. I have been in contact with a member of the modders crew who mentioned that the player may have disabled online capability or removed my saved data from Rockstar's cloud servers. If there is any chance of recovering my data, please reach out to me via email. Thank you. Sincerely, John H.

I can log in with my username and password, but my Xbox [redacted] shows me as roaming because the console I originally used was stolen. I have tried to change the console ID linked to my account as the main console, but nothing seems to work. I have limited internet access and can't enjoy the games and DLC content I purchased over the years, like Skyrim, Oblivion, and Black Ops 2, without being online. Due to the internet setup in my location, it's inconvenient for me to constantly connect and disconnect devices. I need a solution that doesn't require me to disrupt my roommate's setup or buy an expensive new router.

About a month ago, I bought a 12-month Xbox Live gift card. Recently, I discovered my Xbox account renews automatically, so I planned to sell the gift card. Unfortunately, when the buyer tried to redeem it, an error message appeared stating that the code was unrecognized. I double-checked the code for accuracy and it still didn't work. I am now unable to sell the gift card and would appreciate a refund for the purchase.

I bought the wrong version of an Xbox digital game and now I'm trying to get a refund or exchange. I opened the game but didn't play it before realizing the error. The company's policy doesn't clearly state not refunding played games. I've reached out via email and phone but haven't received a reply yet.

Recently, my 9-year-old made unauthorized online purchases using my debit card without my knowledge. I discovered multiple charges of $4.99, totaling $[redacted].00, which left only $1.40 in my account. To add to this, there were additional charges on the 11th of February, affecting my ability to pay essential bills like gas and electric due on the 19th. I kindly request a refund for the unauthorized charges and ask for the card to be canceled to prevent any future occurrences. Thank you for your assistance.

I need to report an issue with one of your online support representatives named "João Vitor Bento." I sought assistance for my Xbox problem regarding the inability to delete my cache. Despite explaining my situation in detail, emphasizing that I lacked internet access, he recommended steps that ultimately led to the loss of over [redacted] hours of game progress on "Borderlands 3" for both myself and my friend. I followed his instructions to reset the console without losing game data, only to discover that an internet connection was necessary for an update, resulting in the loss of all saved progress. He admitted his error, attributing it to a difficult day. I am not seeking monetary compensation but rather some form of reparation, such as in-game items or subscriptions, to mitigate the significant setback we experienced due to his oversight. I would appreciate any gesture to alleviate the impact of starting anew with nothing after investing considerable time and effort into our gameplay. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought Xbox Live Silver for my Xbox [redacted] at the end of December for a one-month subscription only. However, when I checked my bank account today, I noticed that Xbox deducted £6.99 from my account. I no longer use Xbox and did not authorize this payment. I would appreciate a full refund of £6.99. To avoid future charges, I have deleted my card information from the console.

My Xbox One S has an issue with loading Call of Duty MW. The main menu screen shows up with colorful pixels all over. Regardless of going online or offline, when I try to enter multiplayer or campaign, the game freezes and then the system shuts down. Even trying to go back to the Xbox dashboard doesn't work, as it still shuts down without any error codes. I've tried a factory reset, offloading updates OSU1 and 0SU2, but nothing has worked. I'm frustrated and considering switching to PS3 after 10 years. I can't play newer games like Star Wars; when I enter gameplay after the main menu, it goes to a black screen. I've been trying to fix this for 7 days with no success.

I faced an issue signing into my Xbox One X once again. Following the advice pages, I removed my account from the Xbox One X but now when I try to reload it, I receive a message saying 'another user on this device uses this Microsoft account, so you can't add it here.' This has left me without access to my games and progress. Despite not seeing my account on the Xbox One X, it is still recognized. I am unsure how to proceed to resolve this matter. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

My Xbox One S is having trouble loading Call of Duty Modern Warfare. The main menu screen appears with colorful pixels everywhere. When I try to start the game, whether online or offline, and go into multiplayer or campaign, it tries to load and then freezes, eventually shutting down my system. I have tried to go back to the Xbox dashboard and quit the game, but it still shuts down with no error codes. I even did a factory reset, powered off and updated the OSU, and attempted SU without success. I am frustrated and considering switching to PlayStation after many years. I can't play newer games like Star Wars, which goes to a black screen during gameplay after the main menu. I have been trying to fix this issue for days with no luck.

Sometimes, I encounter an issue where I can't play a game that I purchased on my Xbox, even when logged into my account. When I try to launch the game, a prompt requests that I sign into the account that bought the game. Although I am logged into the correct account, the prompt persists, directing me to the Microsoft store. Clicking "Play" brings up the same sign-in prompt. This problem occurs even when offline. My wife and I do game sharing, where my Xbox is set as her home console and vice versa, but the game I purchased should be playable by me offline, as it is for her.

I've been trying to resolve my hacked Microsoft account issue that led to my Madden NFL 20 Ultimate Team being deleted. I had to create a new account, losing all my progress, which is extremely frustrating. If no action is taken, I may end up leaving as a customer due to this unfair situation.

I'm very frustrated and considering buying the PlayStation 5 due to this issue. I've been trying to cancel my Microsoft Game Pass subscription for the past year, but it's been charging me $15 monthly despite my attempts to turn it off. Now, my wallet is in the negative because of this and you have also taken away my Xbox Live access, preventing me from playing. I purchased an Xbox Live card that you have also somehow taken from me. Please assist me in unsubscribing and refunding the $[redacted] that has been mistakenly charged. I'm a loyal Xbox customer and have owned every system you've released, but this continuous inconvenience is making me incredibly frustrated. I have multiple Xbox systems throughout my home and have always supported your products, but the current situation is unacceptable. I've been trying to resolve this for three days now, facing phone call disconnects after long wait times. I prefer speaking to a person rather than a robot. The repeated $15 charges are bothersome, but not being able to play for three days and losing $60 for something I canceled months ago is extremely frustrating. I hope we can resolve this promptly.

I bought the digital version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare through the Microsoft Store. Every time I attempt to play the game, it crashes and powers off my console. I've already contacted Xbox support and followed all their instructions. They confirmed it's an issue with the game software, not my console. I've tried various troubleshooting steps - removing my profile, clearing the cache, deleting saved game data, hard resets, and even resetting the console to default. I've attempted to play the game on different profiles, uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times (a massive [redacted] GB download each time), but the issue persists. While waiting for updates to fix it, the problem remains unresolved. Despite owning the base game and additional bundle packs, I can't enjoy them as the game consistently crashes my console shortly after starting. Oddly, all my other games and apps run smoothly except for this one. This persistent issue with a faulty product has tested my patience, and I now seek a refund, preferably as in-store credit to select a different functioning game for my family to enjoy!

I have been billed for an account that was canceled. Last year, I got charges even though I thought my account was closed. I spoke with an agent who was very helpful. He investigated, credited all my charges, and was supposed to close my account. I was just billed for a charge of $63.59 on a credit card I never use. I haven't had an Xbox for probably five years. I have no idea what my account number or password is. Please help.
