My broadband is terrible, especially when trying to play games on my Xbox during Christmas. Every 2 minutes, there are interruptions. I've had enough frustration dealing with this awful service. Who can I contact to get a refund for my Xbox Live subscription? Terrible service like this needs to be improved.

I have attempted to cancel my daughter's Xbox Live subscription multiple times, but we have still been charged three times. Despite following the instructions on your website to end the recurring billing, the system indicated there wasn't a subscription linked to the account. This is frustrating, especially when I received another charge today.
I kindly request that this subscription be closed permanently, and I would appreciate a refund to my card. The email associated with the account is [redacted] Serial number: [redacted]16.

I need to disable an account as I've been charged a recurring fee. The account is linked to my old email, [redacted], which I can't access due to my university email being disabled, preventing account recovery. I want to cancel the subscription for gamertag xXTodd14Xx. Can I receive a refund for these charges, as I was unaware of the recurring payments over the last 2 years?

I purchased a $60 Xbox gift card on 12.9.19 from Amazon for a Christmas present. When I checked the order on 12.10.19, it said "redeemed." I called Amazon Customer Service from my cell phone, explained the situation, and was asked to wait for a refund. When the representative came back on the line, she said a return was not possible, but suggested giving the card code to the recipient to redeem it. On Christmas day, the recipient tried to use the code but was unable to because it had already been redeemed. I am confused and need help getting a refund.

I recently had an unpleasant encounter with a user named rarebluewolf#[redacted] while gaming. After a disagreement, they made serious accusations against me and despite maintaining a civil tone, I was still banned. I found their behavior odd and concerning, especially their spamming of my account with messages. I have screenshots to support my claims.

I have two Xbox consoles, but I'm having trouble sharing my gamer tag on my second Xbox One. One shuts down when the other is turned on. I've been a loyal Xbox customer for around eight years. I want an Xbox in every room. I'd like my kids to have an Xbox at their mom's house under my account as they use it more than I do. If I can't have two Xbox consoles running simultaneously on my account after all the money I've spent, please inform me so I can sell everything and switch to PlayStation. I expect a prompt response. My kids are 11 and 13, and they can't afford their own accounts. I've enjoyed Xbox, but I won't pay for another account. Please contact me at [redacted].

I purchased the Xbox One X Gears of War Limited Edition, which includes gift codes for downloading Gears 5 Ultimate Edition, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, Gears of War 2, and Gears of War 3. I successfully redeemed the codes for Gears 5, 4, and 1, but encountered issues when redeeming the codes for Gears of War 2 and 3. After entering each code, the screen displays "Here is what you get: Gears of War 2." When I click 'confirm,' it shows an error message saying "Try that again" and prompts me to re-enter the code. This problem is specific to the codes for Gears of War 2 and 3.

My son had a gaming tag on Xbox that he reset, creating a new account linked to [redacted] We are unable to access his original gamer tag, THEFATPIG344, which has all Xbox live subscriptions and games tied to it. Our Xbox live gold subscription is paid annually through direct debit. To recover access, we are trying to regain THEFATPIG344, but we used the email [redacted] around 4 years ago to set up the Xbox. How can we retrieve THEFATPIG344 and access our subscriptions and games associated with it?

My Xbox power brick light remains orange even when unplugged. When I plug it in, it continues to stay orange instead of turning white. Consequently, pressing the Xbox logo does not yield any response. I am seeking assistance in restoring the functionality of my Xbox so that I can power it on successfully. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps such as unplugging and re-plugging, as well as restarting the system, but unfortunately have not been able to resolve the issue. Any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Miguel Hart. I recently purchased a game on the Xbox store about half an hour ago. However, I noticed that I have been charged twice for the same game on my bank account. I only intended to buy one game and would like a refund for the duplicate charge that I did not authorize. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue. I want my money back for the second purchase that I did not make. The bank statement shows two different reference numbers, confirming the double charge. I am frustrated by this error and I am determined to get my refund. I checked my purchase history online, which indicates one purchase, but my bank account clearly shows two charges.

Hello, I recently bought an Xbox for my grandkids. My granddaughter might have trouble with the passcode; it should be [redacted]. My grandson initially set it up and has tried helping her over the phone. I am 60 years old and haven't played games since Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, and Mario Bros! My first system was Atari, and we even had Pong! She may have attempted different passcodes and now we are locked out of our account. I'm currently unable to reach your company by phone and have kids staying overnight. I have to pick up pizzas at 6:20pm EST and I'm trying to keep the peace while they're getting restless. I have to leave in 5 minutes but could you assist me when I come back? Thank you.

I recently made a purchase using a Microsoft credit as my specified payment method, but I was charged on my debit card instead. This mishap has led to overdraft fees due to insufficient funds in my account. This has happened before, despite my clear selection of payment method, causing me frustration.
I am requesting a full refund to be credited back to my debit card for the purchase of Civilization 6. Additionally, I would appreciate it if the Microsoft credit can remain on my account. This situation is unacceptable, especially considering my loyalty to your services over the years.
I have provided receipts as proof of my claim and urgently require a resolution to this matter. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

I've had my Xbox One repaired twice in the last 3 months for the same problems. The technicians have looked at my unit, but they never told me what the issue was. Despite their work, my unit is now not recognizing discs, audio is garbled, and the screen goes black while the audio still functions. I'm unsure what the technicians are fixing because the problems don't seem to be related to my unit. I tested multiple discs before sending it back, so it's not a disc issue on my end.

I purchased an Xbox Live Gold card for my son, but when he tried to redeem it, the screen displayed a message saying it was declined or canceled. He has now missed a month of his paid subscription. I would appreciate it if Xbox could guide me through the correct steps or direct me to the appropriate channels to recover the money spent on this Xbox card. My son has used Xbox cards before, so he is somewhat familiar with the process of redeeming them. Unfortunately, this issue has soured his 14th birthday celebration, as this was his desired gift.

I got a new Xbox after my old one broke. I'm trying to log in with my gamertag, LateralCurve969, but I forgot the email connected to it. I believe I used [redacted] for my account. But when I try to log in, it takes me to an empty account that I no longer use. If someone could help me figure out the correct email for my LateralCurve969 account, that would be great. My name is James Roever, born on 3/30/[redacted].

I purchased the Ice Peak package on Fortnite using my son's account on my iPhone 7 Plus. When I checked my bank statement, I noticed that $27.46 was debited by Microsoft Xbox on 12/24/[redacted]. Even though I used my Apple ID for the purchase, Apple is billing me again. I find this confusing as Xbox already processed the payment on the day of purchase. I am seeking a refund as any transactions made on my phone are typically billed by Apple, while in this case, Xbox charged me.

I purchased Toy Story 4, Friday the 13th Game, and Five Nights at Freddy's 1 on my Xbox using a $30 gift card, but I now realize it was a mistake. I have tried contacting Xbox via phone, chat, and email to request a refund, but the process is being delayed. I keep checking my email anxiously for updates on my refund status so I can purchase something else from the Microsoft store. I hope Microsoft can quickly resolve this issue and confirm whether or not I will get my money back for the items I no longer want. Please reach out to me at [redacted]

I encountered extremely inappropriate language while playing a game. A player directed disrespectful and offensive comments towards me, using vulgar terms. When I responded in kind through private chat, the individual reported me to Xbox. It's frustrating because despite reporting offensive messages and individuals before, no action was taken. However, this time, when I defended my friends and myself, I received restrictions on my chat and messages.

I encountered offensive language in a game chat where a player used derogatory terms towards me. After confronting him in private chat, both he and I received messages from Xbox. It's frustrating that when I report others, there seems to be no action taken, yet when I defend myself and friends, I end up with communication restrictions. I can provide his gamer tag. I request a temporary ban on his Overwatch or a restriction on his messaging privileges.

I seem to have lost access to my account, xxxbeastxxxx648, after a console reset. I remember the password but have forgotten the email associated with it, making it impossible for me to recover it. I have been attempting to regain access to the account for a year now and have also lost my paid Xbox Live subscription in the process. I have information on the name the account is registered under and I'm hopeful there might be a way to recover it. Kindly advise if there's a possibility of restoring my profile.
